Fantastic experience: I went in expecting to have a tooth pulled, but thanks to Dr. Inho I left with just a painless filling and a huge sense of relief. Inho was incredibly understanding, comforting, and clearly skilled. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. Shelby, his assistant, was super helpful and on-the-ball. The clinic was spotless, modern, and welcoming. I was genuinely surprised by how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. Shoutout to Libbi on the front desk! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: If you are an intelligent person wanting treatment by an intelligent dentist don't go with Dr Nanci. She has outdated views & training and over reacts and even refuses to do simple routine dental procedures. Would not recommend going with her. Although there may be other more competent staff in the clinic that I did not meet, my advice is to avoid Dr Nanci if you can.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming — the room was beautifully set up with stunning artwork that really helped put me at ease. Dr Nanci took the time to talk me through every step of the process, checking in with me often and making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made such a difference. You can truly tell she’s passionate about her work and her patients. If you’re looking for a dentist who is not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate, I can’t recommend Dr Nanci and her team enough!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Nancy or serenity dental enough. For someone who is petrified of dentist and I mean petrified Dr Nancy made my last appointment so easy. The time and patience she takes to ensure you are comfortable and looked after is not anything iv experienced anywhere. I got a quick filling and a clean which was painless and over so quickly. I generally like to avoid going to my appointments but i’m not as worried going back for a clean and check up in 6 months time.

Fantastic experience: I was overwhelmed by how straight up Dr Shiv was with information about my questions regarding dental implants. I appreciate this kind of service. Everything was explained and also typed up to take home so there was no misunderstanding in costs, procedures etc. Natasha backed everything up while discussing other parts of the whole treatment, costs etc. I recommend Serenity Dental for these reasons and the whole feeling of the place was comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I have had a life long fear of dentists. Serenity dental is the greatest dental surgeries in the world! They care so much for their patients and are gentle and help you along the way asking if you’re okay and they keep you feeling safe the whole time. I had two wisdoms surgically removed and two other teeth basically broken down to the nerves, Dr Connor saved my two teeth and added two crowns. I am feeling amazing after with no pain recovering and my fear of dentists has disappeared as I am super comfortable and confident with returning to serenity dental for dental work. Fantastic experience: One of the best dentists I have ever been too. I am in remission from cancer and the advice I received for taking care of my teeth after chemotherapy and radiation from this dentist was invaluable. I opted for Happy Gas and did not regret my decision. After many months of needles and pain I wasn't ready for any more pain and discomfort. The gas was fantastic and I didn't feel a thing. I am 69 years of age and sick of dentists telling me that I do not need gas and then putting me through pain and not stopping even when I put my hand up to ask them to stop for a moment because they are probably hitting a nerve. Sick of being told to stop being a wuss and I don't need the gas. It was only for children. Dr Nanci was fantastic. Kind, informative, gentle and just a really nice person to manage your teeth. Did not hesitate to give me the gas when I asked for it. Reception girls also lovely and welcoming. No question too hard to answer. Full report on the state of your teeth when finished. First dentist to finally tell me how to clean my bridge which was done many years ago. This is definitely my now go to dentist and I am thrilled to now not be anxious to go next time. Very, very happy with this dental practice and would recommend this practice to anyone especially if you have put off going. They are very gentle and understanding. I might have a chance of keeping my teeth a lot longer now because I won't put off going until it is too late. You won't regret going to Dr Nanci.

Fantastic experience: I'm generally not a good dental patient, with high anxiety and white knuckles. I'm so bad with my fear of dental visits that it's been 10 years since I last sat in a dentist chair. After 10 years I figured it was time so yesterday I saw Dr Nanci at Serenity Dental. I had the usual anxiety to start with, but Dr Nanci talked me through things before we even started, which helped to relax me a bit. The examination was gentle, no horrible prodding with that sharp tool I used to get. I felt so relieved, and was happy to go ahead with the clean that I needed. That too was without pain and I found I was fairly relaxed by the time we were finished. I actually left the dentist feeling happy and calm. I have no problem saying I'll be going back to see Dr Nanci in 6 months and I know I won't have that terrible anxiety and fear any more. I totally recommend Dr Nanci at Serenity Dental.
