Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Vincent Goh at Allied Dental in Port Coogee, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was impressed by how bright, clean, and aesthetically pleasing the environment was. It truly felt welcoming and comfortable. Dr. Vincent was incredibly kind and thorough throughout my appointment. I joked about how he had to look inside my mouth, and he responded with a smile, saying, "Lucky I love my job!" His passion for dentistry was evident in every aspect of my treatment. During my visit, he conducted a series of scans, x-rays, and imaging on my teeth. I then received a scale and clean that was not only gentle but also the most effective I've ever had. The warm water used made the experience even more pleasant, and I left with my teeth looking amazing – all stains removed! What I appreciated most was how Dr. Vincent took the time to discuss my dental care going forward. He explained everything in clear, easy-to-understand language and focused on my needs rather than pushing unnecessary services. We went through all the images together, which made me feel involved in my dental health decisions. I also mentioned my interest in Invisalign for teeth straightening, and he was more than happy to provide a quote and discuss options. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the outcome for my teeth and my overall experience. The staff at the clinic were equally lovely and professional, creating a great atmosphere. She is incredibly thorough, informative, and warm in her approach with my entire family. Dr. Nicole Low was also wonderful! She was welcoming, professional, and comforting. For the first time, I felt comfortable asking for more information about treatments. My four-year-old instantly trusted her, and thanks to the team's efficiency, we were able to get my daughter's dental health on track. Thank you so much, team!

Fantastic experience: Very good dental care. Great communication with lots of options given to solve problems with my teeth. My teeth feel so clean and I was given a better solution than flossing, so I can maintain this easily.

Fantastic experience: This is a very well equipped practice with all of the latest technologies( I spent 25 years in the industry selling medical device to dentist) I Googled to find this practice because of the equipment they have here. Dr Mike did a brilliant job on a tooth I had a vertical crack and showed me my tooth using an intra oral camera at the various stages of the treatment. I highly recommend this practice.

Positive experience: Everyone who works here is very polite and great with their clients and I had a great experience with my fillings. Only taking off one star as I felt at my appointments that going to a surgeon they recommend (to get my wisdom teeth taken out) was asked about repeatedly every time I came in. Even though I kindly said I would think about it and that I would check with my hbf provider first to make sure I was covered. 3 times I got asked that I should still make an appointment and even had the surgery call me which I don’t remember giving my consent for this business to call and ask to book in. It tbh made me feel a little uncomfortable and was made very obvious that some of commission is given to the dentists there if the referral goes through…. It gave me a bad taste in my mouth every time I left. But with all of that said, I still give 4 stars because of everything else that was done there, great staff, clean facility ect. I will come back again regardless… this review is more just for feedback :)

I am an out-of-town patient; it is not easy to deliver care to a visiting patient in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high quality treatment. Dr Vincent has nailed it on all fronts. He has truly gone above and beyond my expectations. P.S. I am a dentist myself. Treating a fellow dentist is, by no means, an easy task. So this speaks volume to Dr Vincent's skills.

Positive experience: Had a very expensive filling to replace a crown that broke off a front tooth. However, it wasn’t your average filling but formed and shaped to look like a tooth so I can appreciate the skill involved and aesthetically it sits ok beside a partial denture I have.

Fantastic experience: Sadly my long time dentist retired and I struggled to find one I liked and trusted the same. These guys came recommend to me by a friend who is one of the most fastidious people I know. I have had an exceptional experience with them so far. From Kate's professionalism and going above and beyond to book me emergency spots and actually following up on her word (rare these days), to my dentist Vincent who has shown genuine empathy and understanding. Many have great knowledge, but as a person in service myself, truly caring about the client is very important to me. Putting the people in their care before their own interests is a common theme emerging with my dealings here. Over all, I can see why my friend raves about these guys! I will spread the word, I’ve finally found a good dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: I had to visit Allied Dental Port Coogee urgently recently after chipping a molar while eating lunch. I was able to book an appointment online for that afternoon and was promptly contacted to prefill an online form before I got there. A very easy and seamless process. The appointment itself was as a pleasant an experience as a visit to the dentist can be. The receptionist was polite and helpful. Dr. Vincent Goh was outstanding. He was honest and transparent about what he was going to do, the options available and his recommendation. His recommendation - and ultimate action - reflected his authentic desire for the best outcome for me as a patient. He and the nurse assisting him demonstrated impeccable care and not once did I feel any pain during my visit. I left knowing I had found a dentist I will gladly visit regularly.
