Fantastic experience: I had really bad wisdom teeth pain and went to TL Dental, I was able to get them removed under general anaesthetic at Port Macquarie Private Hospital. TL Dental were lifesavers, I could never gone through with it in the dental chair and it also needed to be done quickly so I was lucky they got me in straight away. Dr Tan was super nice, and the whole experience was very smooth. Thanks TL!

Fantastic experience: From the minute you walk into TL Dental and say hello to the receptionists you are made to feel relaxed and welcome. A lovely modern and clean building, and a free coffee machine is just waiting to be used. My dentist is MARCELO and he is just the best, and they have all the latest and comfortable gear. Not forgetting the dental nurses, they are all lovely. Honestly, I would go back there to have my teeth drilled even if I had no filling to be done, they make you feel so relaxed and special. If anyone has a fear of going to the dentist, you'll have NO FEAR with Marcelo. I give them 5 stars out of five.

Fantastic experience: The team at TL Dental are fantastic. The practice is so welcoming, clean and modern. For my own appointments, I see Solitaire and she is always so kind, caring and thorough. Explaining any oral health issues and how to help these improve or plans to treat in the future. Last year, I transferred my daughters (ages 9 and 4) to TL Dental for their checkups and they now see Lily. My youngest was scared at her prior first dental visit and wouldn’t even sit in the chair. From the first visit with Lily, she felt more comfortable. She is so patient and helps them feel at ease and explains their oral health. My girls love coming to the dentist now! Highly recommend TL dental, especially anyone who may have some dental anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Our whole family goes to TL Dental and will keep coming back as the Dentist here are best in Port Macquarie. We always recommend Solitaire specifically to anyone who has kids needing dental check ups or dental work. I can not express how grateful we are that our kids have always seen her for their dental work. She always goes above and beyond with our 6 and 4 year old to make sure the kids are comfortable and have the best experience possible. Thanks to Solitaire our kids love going to the dentist!!!

The caring and professional approach by the Dentists, nurses and hygienists in a relaxed manner is so reassuring to an anxious patient like myself. All procedures are fully explained ahead of time and the bill is never a shock thanks to their honest approach. Given my previous experiences with over servicing, over-charging and constantly rescheduled appointments at a different dental practice this genuine, caring and professional team are a breath of fresh air. I have never been happier to go to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Leigh did a very good work on putting a crown on one of my lower teeth. It fits well. The dental nurse was very helpful in making me as comfortable in the chair as possible. Fantastic experience: This Dental Practice has the latest technology in a wonderful modern building.The staff and practitioners are SO professional and achieve some great results even with very challenging bites (like mine). Other dentists tried but TL Dental is the only practice that I have found who get it right first time every time. If you are a little nervous of dentistry, this is the practice for you, they make you feel so relaxed. Best in Port Macquarie.

The new practice in Savoy Street is such an amazing design, so fresh & vibrant, there is not a thing I would change, well done, such lovely, modern taste. The children sectionhas been well thought out, love the colours & the pigs. The coffee area in reception, together with the fireplace is very effective. Well done.☕️

Fantastic experience: Fantastic calculus clean and polish treatment today with Jackie and her dental assistant. Teeth feel super clean, shiny and smooth. Receive a clean every 6 months from other dentists and this was by far and away the best. Highly recommend Brooke for this treatment. 6 stars.

Fantastic experience: My 6yr old son unfortunately had developed a few cavities - after several people recommended TL Dental we gave them a go and they have been amazing! Not only is the clinic very clean and fancy to look at, the team there are so friendly and kind. It was my son’s first experience at a dentist and they were so patient and gentle with him. The dentist took the time to explain and show him how each device worked and felt, and made him feel comfortable and content throughout his time in the chair. I highly recommend TL Dental for those with children. I’ll probably start coming here too!

Fantastic experience: DR Marcello was really great. I usually don't like dentist as I hate needles, but Dr Marcello was fantastic and told me what he was doing at each step and said I could stop him if I needed a rest. I will be using him, as my dentist from now on.

Dr Ez and his assistant were incredibly gentle and considerate. Taking care to explain everything and give me breaks in the procedure. No pain at all and the staff followed me up next day to ensure I was ok and had no problems. I have already highly recommended them to friends.

Fantastic experience: If you're reading this you're in the right place. You don't need to look any further, you've found THE BEST DENTAL clinic on the Mid North Coast. WOW! WOW! and WOW! Get ready, you're not going to believe it's possible, BUT IT IS! From when you walk in the door to when you leave is AN ENTIRELY NEW DENTIST EXPERIENCE. Yes, true! The clinic is styled more like a resort, elegant but homely colors, comfy furniture, your own self serve beverage area, and even a fireplace! It's incredibly welcoming, comfortable and sort of homely. Yes, how weird is that! Didn't their designer know this is supposed to be scary, gloomy, the place where torture happens at an exorbitant price? Where we have to pay for guaranteed ouch, ouch and more ouch! The 'uniforms' aren't just fun and colorful, again, more like a health resort than an "OMG, please don't make me go to the dentist" experience. They're hot pink, bright blue and pretty much all the colors of the rainbow. I'm sorry, I don't care if you've got dibs on being 24 x 7 gloomy, even if being a grump it's hardward in your DNA you're not going to be able to stop the corners of your mouth curling up and your eyes shining brighter at the smiling hot pink attired enthusiastic TL Dental team member that you meet. Hmm, maybe they take turns during their breaks having a spirt (or two!) of the happy gas because the TL should be scrubbed and replaced with Happy, Happy Dental. And no. Do they charge higher fees because of this EXTREMELY HIGH calibre environment, brilliant best of the best staff and all the latest wiz bang gadgets and equipment that help keep even the sneakiest hairline crack, over bite, grind or abscess from going undetected. Even 3D scanners! Move over IMAX screens, check out the view of your pearly whites from above, behind and beside. Yep, the full 3 dimensional experience. I've travelled the world and given my experience at TL Dental continues to just keep getting better, yes, I had thought they all put on their A Games and faked it that first time, that one time. But no! I pressed repeat and each time I leave with yet another unbelievable positve expeirence, I have to remind myself that the incredible staff at the front desk are not the concierge, no the happy team member who escorted me in was not the bellboy. Put my purse away! I do not need to tip them. It's obvious this team do everything so exceptionally well because they love what they do and where they work. When they smile and be the veritable poster child for why good teeth matter, they don't just smile from their mouth. Their whole face and body smiles. * WARNING * You will not be the same when you leave. Their positive can-do vibe is infectious. It doesn't matter how flat you're feeling, you'll leave feeling better from the Tender Loving care you get here. (Hmm, is that why the TL???) If you want best practise you're in the right place. If you want to experience what SETTING A NEW BENCHMARK IN DENTAL CARE feels like, you're in the right place. No I don't have shares in Tender Loving Dental, I wish I did. Before shares are offered to the Public I'll continue to be more than happy to be one of their family. * * * * * PS - I tried writing 'patient, client...' but those words don't fit in the same sentence as Tender Loving Happy Dental. Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience here. Stacey in reception is always warm and welcoming, the dental assistants are always friendly and Dr Marcello has great judgment. I thought I knew what I wanted but so glad I trusted Dr Marcello because I don’t think I would be as happy as I am with my teeth if he’d done what I thought I wanted. He has a great cosmetic eye in addition to the knowledge and practical expertise you’d expect from your dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’m someone who is extremely nervous at the dentist and held off going for a long time. They made me feel comfortable, advised what was happening at each step and offered breaks during my procedure (which to my own surprise I didn’t actually need because I felt quite at ease). No pain, healing well and much appreciated the follow up call the next day to see if I had any concerns. No concerns at all! They have been great. Highly recommend for all ages.

Fantastic experience: The kids love this dentist. They are so kid friendly: for example, they have videos on the ceiling, the dentist by kids saw let my son hold his (very big) teddy bear while having a treatment. She asked the kids a lot of times how they were feeling and talked in a kind and compassionate way to them. One of the staff even gave the kids a little toy when we were leaving. The rooms are beautiful and light and there's a nice waiting area with a "fake" fire and a very decent toilet. There seems to be sufficient parking as well.

Fantastic experience: I had 3 fillings done with the one needle (how good is that) as they were all close together, and it didn't hurt a bit (how good is that). My dentist was very quick, friendly, explained everything well, although a bit hard to understand at times with his sexy Brazilian accent, and showed me before and after photos of the fillings. And to top it all off a TV screen on the roof with relaxing images to help take your mind of 'everything'.
