Fantastic experience: Im new to brisbane so decided to go here as its close to home and im glad I did! The care I received was great. The dentist was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and showed me photos of the work I had done- I’ve never had a dentist do that before, so it was nice to see what was being done to my teeth. It was a long process from beginning to the amazing end result Virginia kept me well informed every step of the way of my procedure. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Sae. She is a very gentle and skilled dentist. I get really anxious about any dental treatment, but she is very patient with me and explains the process well to make me calm. I am so sensitive to any pain, but I didn’t feel almost anything when she gave me local anaesthetic as well.

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin? My experience at Balmoral Dental earlier this morning was phenomenal. The receptionist was attentive, personable and reassuring which made me feel extremely at ease regarding my anxiety with visiting a dentist - 12 months ago I sporadically developed an abcess which killed the blood supply to one of my molars which I ended up getting emergency root canal treatment (and let me tell you, I have a high pain threshold and it was by far the most painful experience I've ever had). Since then I have had a fear of the dentist and when visiting balmoral today, I felt really at home. Thank you Dr Andy and Lee the receptionist (I hope I got the names right), I walked in with anxiety and came out with a big smile!!!! You guys are amazing. I wish I could give you 6 stars.

Dr Virginia and Dr Kieran are both extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions with patience and genuine care. Fantastic experience: I have always had a big fear of going to the dentist, from previous bad experiences. Dennis and his amazing team do an excellent job in keeping you calm, and the professionalism is 5 star. I definitely recommend Balmoral Dental Clinic for any of your dental needs.
Fantastic experience: I was needing any emergency check up during the weekend and I was searching around trying to find vacancies. I received a call back from Lin outside their work hours on a Saturday night and she was so helpful and managed to book me in for the following day! I was then met with more amazing customer service from Nicole when I arrived to my appointment and was well informed during my appointment with Dennis. The commitment from the admin team is like no other and I am definitely grateful to have found this clinic.
Negative experience: Extremely unhappy with the service I have received regarding my recent appointments at this practice. In multiple appointments I have been told that I grind my teeth at night which then requires me to have multiple filling fixed. Nobody has acted on this issue and only recently the dentist told me the practice can fit me with a night guard. This was not made apparent to myself when the issue was raised initially. My appointment was cancelled short notice this morning with only an available date being offered for June. This service is unacceptable as I work in healthcare myself and have specifically taken the day off to accommodate my appointment. I can only be fitted for a night guard once my teeth are fixed for this appointment and if I cannot be accommodated until June then this problem will continue to occur.
Fantastic experience: I initially went to Balmoral dental for a dental emergency which they fixed at a really reasonable price. Virginia is amazing, she is thorough and talks you through what to focus so you can maintain healthy teeth. I havent had any issues since seeing her. I have since moved further away but will keep going back to them because as others have said they are worth the trip.
Fantastic experience: I am generally very nervous at the dentist but my recent visit was amazing. All the staff from the reception to the dentists were so caring and kind, especially Vivian who made me feel so comfortable. I will absolutely be recommending to friends and family as well as making it my regular dentist. Thank you the amazing team!!
Negative experience: Last Friday The dentist injured my son mouth, and he hasn’t eaten anything for two days. It’s very painful, and he’s still bleeding. It’s really bad!

Fantastic experience: During my first appointment with Dr Virginia, I came in with pain from my TMJ disorder and concerns with particular teeth that may require a filling. Over the next few years, Dr Virginia took the time to educate and help me “reverse” my tooth concerns with the right care and maintenance. With my TMJ, Dr Virginia created a comfortable splint that prevents me from experiencing migraines and she continued to make sure I am comfortable with the splint and offered any further assistance. On top of that, the receptionist team are amazing! 6 stars

Fantastic experience: I usually (all the time) strongly dislike going to the dentist because it is an unpleasant experience. But my last experience at Balmoral Dental centre was actually rather pleasant. Dr. Kieren explained thoroughly all the things I should be doing (like flossing, yeah right) and what can happen if I don't... The actual procedure felt less painful than what I'm used to and not rushed at all.

Fantastic experience: My root canal appointment at a different dentists was rescheduled at the last minute and I was desperate to get it sorted due to the agonising pain. Nicole and Elsa came to my rescue! Nicole was able to book me in on the same day and was extremely helpful. Elsa was fantastic and worked diligently on my stubborn tooth. Fantastic experience: We have had an amazing experience with Balmoral dentish, especially with Dr.Virginia. This is the first time my kid is happy to see a dentist and he is not afraid of going to the dentist anymore. The Dr is not only experienced but also good at working with kids. The receptionists are friendly, the clinic is clean and tidy, the equipment is new and modern.

Fantastic experience: I would have to say 10/10 experience.. The experience i had with this Dental Practise was so warm, welcoming, understanding and cannot recommend Balmoral Dental more. I had an excruciating tooth ache on a weekend and they were so helpful. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming and explained the process so well to me and costs. The Dentist was so gentle and removed a tooth without a needle which was amazing didn’t feel a thing and having explained in such detail making the process so much more relaxing and comfortable. Fantastic experience: Had a tooth problem that appeared a few months ago. At the time, I submitted an email late at night and the next day (A Sunday) had a call first thing in the morning and was booked in for that afternoon. Back again today for a follow up and deep clean, got it done in one session. Amazing service and found the best dentist to work through my dental issues. Highly recommend.
