Fantastic experience: My dentist is Dr Ibrahim. He explained everything clearly prior & during dental work. He was also very patient & reassuring throughout my procedure. As I am a very nervous patient, this was greatly appreciated. In my experience he is the only dentist who has ever given me the exact costing prior to work being carried out. This dentist provides quality work, minimal pain to your mouth & pocket.

David takes great care of me—I’ve had a few fillings and a crown done, and I never felt a thing. He’s always checking in to make sure I’m alright. Fantastic experience: We had a very good experience with Dr. David Lee for my 2 year old daughter's dental check up. He tried to make the dental visit as fun as possible instead of a very formal one! My daughter was frightened a bit when she sat on the dental chair so Dr. Lee was very patient and talked to my daughter to make the check up more interesting. The admin lady went out of her way to book myself and my daughter in back to back appointments. Dr Ibrahim has been the best dentist I've had. But Dr David at Manchester Rd Debtsl Surgery was the furthest thing from judgemental. Fantastic experience: Dr David Rivadillo is not only an outstanding dentist he is an outstanding person. He genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable, informed and that you are aware that your business is appreciated. Both he and Amanda are incredible. I recently decided to explore the possibility of invasalign even though I am an older person. Dr David explained the process every step of the way, informed me of the cost and he always made me feel like I was his only patient. I never felt pressured to go ahead with any treatment in fact David gave me the time to process the information and I was given literature to take home which cemented what he had explained. All of the staff were only too happy to answer any questions I had. The significant crooked teeth are gone and my friends and family cannot believe the end result. The journey was painless and the time flew. I had my invasalign for approximately 18 months and often people could net tell that I had the retainers/trays in. Thank you David and your team. You have an advocate for life.

Fantastic experience: I had an extremely infected and broken wisdom tooth needing extraction with urgency after being informed by ER that I must have it removed within a few days. After calling this clinic at 2pm, they were able to not only fit me in to be assessed; but were also able to perform the extraction within 2 hours of calling up. Dr. Anna and her assistant were absolutely incredible and performed amazing painfree work whilst keeping me calm and feeling safe. A big thanks to the receptionist for being able to fit me in as quickly as she could as well. One of the best dental experiences I could ask for and I will be a returning patient most definitely.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming here for many many years for all my dental needs, Been extremely happy with david. Was the start of this year when i chipped my front tooth and damaged it too with a crack. David suggested i do some veneers and crowns. I ended up doing all 6 teeth. The whole process was explained in detail by david, the out come was fantastic i even smile different now :) Im now going back to get more of my teeth done as the outcome was so good. You wouldn't meet a more caring and gentle dentist like david.

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have tended to avoid dentists, but after my last two visits to David I wonder why. Lots of assurance, care and patience. After my first visit a number of years ago it was a revelation in terms of explaining exactly what is happening and "does it hurt" means. I expect now on the third visit in 7 years I will have the confidence to attend the dentist regularly. And, an added benefit - I actually asked the receptionist if she had undercharged me because I'm sure the last time I had a crown years ago in Sydney it was twice the price. Definitely a dentist that is worthwhile traveling to.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Manchester Rd Dental Surgery for the past 2 years. After having previous bad experiences with dentists, I decided it was time to try somewhere different. From reading such good reviews about Manchester Dental I booked an appointment with Dr Anna. She listened to my concerns and was so gentle and caring and made me feel at ease. My son also sees Dr David who is also fantastic. They are both such knowledgeable and excellent dentists. I also referred my mum to Dr Anna as she suffers from dental phobia. She has completely won her confidence and encouraged her to undertake major dental work that she would never have been brave enough to have with anyone else. Fantastic experience: "Manchester Road Dental Surgery" (MRDS) has expanded with purpose-built renovations (completed this year); check-out the TV screen on the ceiling when you are in the chair! The build inside gives off a nice comfortable "vibe" which is further enhanced by the ladies at Reception: Ashley, Brody (and others) who are [each] superbly-helpful, very personable and efficient to a tee. They always make a person feel welcome; you girls rock! When it comes to the business-end of my reason to attend MRDS, this review is about "Dr David Rivadillo"; his practioner-wife Amanda is just as deserving. I have presented a number of "tricky" dental situations with David, over the years, e.g., a 'double' tooth nerve when preparing for a dental Crown; very rare, but picked-up by David! He is very personable, professional and always has a relaxing pre-examination chat with you. Throughout the procedures, he explains (forewarns?) what he is doing, or will be doing. At the end of the appointment, he reviews the work done and explains any further issues you need to be aware of—any questions? (It would be remiss of me to fail to also include the seamless synergy between David and his dental assistant.) As a forty-year resident, I 'know' there are a number of Dental Surgeries available in Mooroolbark—tested them out in my earlier years—but I am prepared to swear "on-a-stack-of-Bibles", that you can be extremely confident that all of your dental needs can be addressed by the Team at MRDS. They also do a follow-up a day or two after a procedure to check if there are any post-dental concerns. For me (and incidentally our family) there is simply no other Dental Practice I would trust for complete dental care.
