Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Invisalign treatment at 123 Dental and can’t tell you how amazing my entire experience was with Dr Jack. Not only did they make the process seamless, he understood exactly what I wanted and how to make me feel confident in my smile again. The end result is more than what I thought I could ever achiever. I can’t recommend them enough and all the staff are just so kind and caring.

Fantastic experience: I was a patient of Dr Alex Poli while he was on the Gold Coast . I was gutted that he moved back to WA! Honestly the best Dentist I have ever had (and I have had a few!) He took time to make my teeth beautiful in a very cost effective way. Also just a really lovely, kind and caring Dentist. Highly highly recommended

I had my wisdom teeth removed earlier this month in the chair, and the entire team truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, comfortable, and cared for the entire time. Before my wisdom teeth surgery, I had a consultation with Dr Jack to see how my smile could be improved. I have always been very self conscious of my smile, and Dr Jack kindly and sensitively explained my options without any pressure. I’m looking forward to starting my Invisalign journey soon! Fantastic experience: No one enjoys a visit to the Dentist but I have to say my experience today at 123 Dental, was a very pleasant one given that I had a crown fitted. Jack did an amazing, job making me feel at ease and explaining in detail how it would be done. Sasha worked tirelessly assisting Jack with this dental procedure. She was a fantastic dental assistant. The crown was made onsite while I was there with state-of-the-art technology which meant only one trip to the dentist. Although a piece of my tooth fell off as Jack was fitting it, which meant a new crown had to be made, his calmness and professionalism shone through, and I now have a new crown. I would highly recommend Jack and his team!

Also, Jack Brazel is the Only dentist in my entire life that has actually told me why my teeth are misaligned or crooked. Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental clinic! I started to get a toothache over the weekend which became really sore and concering. I had limited time to come in due to my work hours and the girls at reception called each time they recieved a cancellation to try get me in and and we found s time that worked. I wasn't pushed into getting a big, expensive treatment to fix the ache, was given a more cost affective option to try sort it first (which so far it looks to be working) Very friendly, welcoming staff and understanding and knowledgeable dentists that have your best intrest in mind. Think I've found my new dentist!

I unfortunately had an awful experience with another provider (Smile Direct Club) and Jack and the team came to my rescue to get me back on track! Fantastic experience: I vaguely considered leaving a subpar review just so Jack will always have availability to see us , but that would have been a lie. Absolutely the best practice hands down, Dr Jack, Dr Kevin Keyhani, Dr Deanne, all the dental hygienists and the ladies at reception, are lovely and genuinely care. I used to have a real fear of dentists stemming from horror childhood care, and incredibly I find myself no longer worrying nor losing sleep prior to my regular checkups. Everyone at the practice is so mindful of creating a positive experience, and I’ve found that my children are also equally relaxed and comfortable in their hands, what a great start to a positive dental care plan for them. Front receptionist Chloe had me booked in and I was all ready to go without any delays. It was such an easy and super efficient process as I was straight in to get my teeth cleaned by Kobi, the dental hygienist. Kobi really took her time to give a thorough clean and I would like to say she's the best hygienist hands down. I felt cared for and looked after throughout the cleaning session with no discomfort. You can tell that the owner Jack knew how to pick the best employees, because he was also outstanding for providing dental advice as well as making me a sports mouth guard using a 3D scanning machine never seen before. They all went above and beyond to provide the best dental experience. Thank you 123 dental for such a good time.

Fantastic experience: Had an absolute ball at this place last week, rolled in for a check-up and clean as well as an invisalign consultation. The check up was done by the lovely hygienist Ciara, she was incredibly efficient and gentle whilst passing on a wealth of information on how to better maintain my teeth. The consultation was a similar experience with their invisalign guru Tash taking great care and explaining every step of the aligning process. Putting my mind at ease towards the whole excercise. The cherry on top had to be the fantastic dental nurse i believe was called Ness. She took my X-ray and directed me through the whole appointment, making me feel super welcome from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, honestly it'd be worth nocking a tooth out just to go and experience such a well oiled machine.
