Fantastic experience: I have known the clinic's owner (Dr. Sanjeev) for more than 25 years, since I first used his services in Gurgaon (India). I was happy to learn he is in Browns Plains and visited for a very painful (and I learnt, decaying) wisdom tooth. As expected, the extraction went smooth, and the recovery was perfect. Post-treatment, the communication was excellent. I received clear aftercare instructions, and they even followed up with a call to ensure I was doing well. This level of personalized care is truly commendable and shows they genuinely care about their patients' health. It's also evident that the clinic invests in the latest dental technology. The equipment is state-of-the-art, which filled me with confidence regarding the quality of care I was receiving. Everything from the X-ray machine to the examination chair felt modern and well-maintained. The treatment rooms are spotlessly clean and designed to put you at ease. Negative experience: Very unprofessional, uneducated & Most of all the owner is Greedy, i went in with a emergency vouch from the Goverment, and the owner explained in a shady was "i should bring my daughter in under the goverment benefit to give back to them financially as my voucher apperantly didnt cover my filling, on top of that traumatised my child, and then 2 days later i went back too oral health and had the tooth beside that just filled tooth also done and the dentist working for Oral Health asked how long ago it was done and by who so i told him 2 days ago it was done, and here i was rold by the owner to see his assistant dentist to be told that the Dentist has not fixed my tooth as its a terrible job and has not been done properly, as for not being done properly i have been experiencing electric shocks uo through the feont of my face feom my front tooth, to say im upset is a damn understatement because the trauma of the situation and anxiety i have already has now been worsened, this dentist surgery is disgusting, usually you charger 50 dollar on top of the emergency voucher for whatever excuse and i was told not to worry about payment.... i came with and emergency voucher for a reason because i cant afford to pay for my teeth to be fixed as is and yous still have a feed on top AND have traumatised me more after my experience and now have qorsened my pain and not completeled the job properly, i will be making a more formal complaint and will have this practice removed from the emergency voucher list of private dentists as a recommendation due to the carelessness and unprofessional service, especially when my gut already told me not to go back when you mentioned bringing my daughter in before you had even booked my appointment with your assistant dentist to fix my tooth, my Dentist from Oral Helath at Wine Glass was not happy at all with the job done 2 days prior to seeing him and told me to come back in because it needs to be fixed properly and on top no one should be preasures into bringing there child in to a appointment just to benifit there company financially from my daugther goverment benefit for Dental! VERY UPSET CUSTOMER! & VERY UPSET MOTHER! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE OR YOUR EMERGENCY VOUCHER.. MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY! I will be going further with this as i dont go to the dentist to be traumatised, or my familys goverment benefits to be taken advantage of, now iv not only experienced trauma and added pain, like electric shocks up throufh front of my face from im in 10x more pain then i was when i came to BRITE DENTAL BROWNS PLAINS - UPDATE..... When the goverment oral health Service Dentist who was older then both the owner and your assistant tells you that they did not do the job Correctly and needs to be done again because of the Dentists indicates to me uneducated qualifications in the industry of the specific place, no it wasnt missundsrstood, my child is 5 yrs old just because im there for an appointment doesnt not indicate my children need to see a dentist, and you as the owner convinced/ preasure me into making that appointment for my daughter, you were VERY very very adamant about making it as well, i dont believe i missunderstood as i had an extremely heavy gut feeling not to go back and i pushed it asside for nerves, and its clear to me you dont understand that the Goverment based dental service is the dental surgeon who checked my tooth 2 DAYS after and told me it was not correctly and it was very poorly done due to the xray he took that was his professional understandmg as a Dentist who has been in the i dustry longer then the owner of Brite Dental, and that really makes me upset i gave my trust. I appreciate the appolgy but its not enough as my trust is broken and ill never trust a private dentist again as for now.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience at brite dental, few months ago i called brite dental for a emergency procedure (after having already had an accident in the past which hadn’t been attended to i wasn’t leaving it any longer this time) and i was seen first thing the following monday. Prior to my arrival i was feeling so nervous and embarrassed with my appearance. However stepping foot into this beautiful welcoming space and being greeted by the wonderful receptionist i felt a warm and nurturing feeling come over me. Being called into the room by Dr. Baniwal the nerves kicked in again but quickly left me when he thoroughly explained my potential options with procedures, had addressed all my concerns and giving the cost of everything he reassured me that there are payments plans available to me as an option of repayments. The amazing efforts Dr. Baniwal has put into bringing back my smile and confidence in a short time is beyond me and i’m so very grateful. I highly recommend Dr. Baniwal and the team at brite dental for their exceptional care, professionalism, and genuine concern for their patients well-being.

Positive experience: Went here a few months ago I had an infection in my wisdom tooth they took some pictures and had a look . It was going to cost me alot and I asked the lady dentist if she could prescribe me something for the pain and she said I didn't need any pain relief at this time ... like she was me and in my mouth and looking at me like im some pill chaser i was in extremely bad pain and i couldnt eat or anything my gum and cheek was swollen . I couldn't afford the extraction she said how much do I have and she will see what she can do and I said $100 and she said we do afterpay which i didnt have anything on there.. And she just wrote me a script for antibiotics and told me to go to wineglass to get a dental voucher. I PAID $90/$80 JUST FOR SOME ANTIBIOTICS. I was sooo upset paying that much for some antibiotics .... I ended up getting the voucher and going elsewhere.

My first experience with then was needing an emergency examination on my existing root canal that got infected. Dr Peeta and Dr Baniwal are very knowledgeable and lovely dentist and explain clearly what my option were. During my extraction, Dr Babiwal and his team were extremely lovely and made sure I was not in pain for the procedure. I really appreciate the team and the Drs involved in my pre and post cares.

Fantastic experience: I booked an unscheduled appointment with Brite Dental Group, Browns Plains, on Saturday, 30 December, 2023. I was in a bit of a panic! A had had a filling replaced on 27 December (my birthday!) by a local dental group. The filling fell out two days later!!! That practice could not offer me an appointment until 2 January 2024. I worried that the pain in my tooth would get worse over the holiday .... From the moment I contacted Brite Dental Group, Browns Plains, the situation became more manageable. The staff were professional and kind. The receptionist was friendly and informative. She listened to me and she gave me options. The dental nurse was supportive; and the dentist communicated my current situation and my future options with the aid of images I could understand. Thanks to her, the dentist, I know that the filling could dislodge again and, if it does, I am aware of why that has happened and what can be done to fix it. I was not aware of this betore. For me, as a nurse educator, this type of care and communication is invaluable. In my estimation, if the staff I met with today is any indication = they 'tick all the boxes'

Having to get complicated wisdom tooth extraction done, a low price and painless procedure(does not go hand in hand), I looked around for one that was both handy and gave me some hope that my experience would not be a miserable one either. So far I've had 3 visits , and every time has been pain free with no dread of going back for the next appointment. The reception staff are really friendly and accomodating, Dr sanjeev and his 2 assistants(don't know there names) made my complicated surgery look as if they are just doing another simple extraction Awesome dentists who made me feel at ease and answered all my questions in terms I understood. He is very patient focussed and takes time to explain procedures and pricing in detail with no pressure to undertake any service suggested. Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Dr Sanjeev for more than 10 years and we have always been satisfied with his work on us. He is very good with children and gentle with them. My children started getting checkups since they were 2 years old but none of them were forced to open their mouth when they got anxious and refused to open their mouth which enabled as a result to take them back for checkups every 6 months. (I often hear bad stories about children getting traumatised by their first dentist visit because of how dentists treat them) Dr Sanjeev is a very friendly and gentle person who always provides careful and thorough treatments. All the staff are very polite and friendly too. We would confidently recommend Brite Dental group to anyone.

Fantastic experience: When I was in need of a root canal no dentist in green bank or browns plains could book me in for an emergency appointment. However, Dr Sanjeev and the Brite Dental Group were able to quickly schedule me in. Before the appointment Dr Sanjeev examined my tooth and was able to provide me clear information about the problem, procedures and cost. This made me feel appreciated, comfortable and safe. During procedure, the dental assistant made me feel well looked after. The receptionist have the happiest personality and are very welcoming and warming towards everyone.
