Negative experience: Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I would advise avoiding this clinic. A lady dentist made unprofessional remarks during our visits, and we were never properly informed about best practices for dental care. Unfortunately, we only learned about potential issues after seeing another dentist, as she was unavailable. Years of trust and repeat visits resulted in missed problems and the loss of healthy teeth. This raises serious concerns about her level of training and overall professionalism.

Negative experience: Traumatic experience for our teenager. The lady dentist rushed through cleaning and missed important details. Avoid this place, not worth it. The receptionist was fine.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend go smiles Cannington Kelly at the front desk is delightful and knowledgeable and Dr Ben is extraordinary as I have complex dental issues and a fear of the dentist, he has been so understanding he's incredibly gentle he explains everything he's doing and why and I have not felt a single step of a root canal due to this extra care he has taken the work he does is remarkable and has provide the service with utmost care through out the process.

At first, I was quite nervous, but Dr. Kaur’s kind and reassuring behavior made me feel completely at ease. The procedure went smoothly, and she even provided two free follow-up checkups to ensure everything was healing properly. The receptionist was also very friendly, making the entire process comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. G. Kaur for anyone in need of dental care!

But when I transferred to GoSmiles Dental Studio, I had an amazing experience. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, and they provide accurate information about the services you're about to receive. The dentist is gentle, which is a big reason why I love going here. I highly recommend this dental studio.

Fantastic experience: All the staff especially Dr. Jurpreet (Dentist) and the Receptionists Kelly and Hazle were so kind and helpful. They walked me through every step of the way. They helped me understand my treatment plans, appointment options and rebate needs. I felt nervous coming in but the team made sure i was comfortable and took care of all my needs during my visit. 10/10 service!!

Negative experience: I would rate this place a zero if I could, I had an appointment on the 26th of November at 9am with gupreet Kaur, I arrived on time for my appointment, she comes in at 9:15am then she comes to call me in I say hi no response from her, instead of asking how I am, she said "so what's you're pain rate it from 1 to 10. Then when she checks it she says it needs to come out, instead of having a solution before she said that, I declined then paid $160 for an X-ray I shouldn't have to pay it if the dentist is late so i left with antibiotics which helped instead of extraction the first solution she should recommend antibiotics and if the patient doesn't feel betterwithin 2 weeks to come back, because it took 2 weeks after the antibiotics to recover., wasn't informed she's running late either. I then bought my kids the beautiful Vanessa saw them she was a gem, she tries to rectify the problem before she results in extraction for one of my children, I then had a follow up appointment for my child on the 17th December and requested that gupreet isn't in the room with us when reception called me, I was told yes that's fine Dr Ben will be, but to my suprise I arrived at her appointment vanessa leaves the room and gets gupreet to come in(sneaky move) and she looks at me up and down and sits behind my daughter, she thought I didn't notice because i was looking at my phone, I didn't say anything because my daughter was already numbed up.
