Fantastic experience: Dental hygienist (I think she may be new but I didn’t ask the name) did an excellent job. Really knows her stuff. She spent time making sure the clean was 100%. and was also very informative. One of the best cleans I’ve ever had. Have been going to Opulent dental for around 7 years or more now and find them very good. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Front desk always go out of their way to be of assistance with appointments and any inquiries. Highly recommend. Also, Dr Chan does implants. He is excellent. Thank you OD. Regards, Llisa McGuffin

Fantastic experience: Great follow up prior to appointment. Worked hard to save four teeth. Some had decay nearly to the jawbone. Always checking I was ok. Both dentist and assistant were tops.

Positive experience: Upon arrival in the dental room I spotted two drill bits on the floor! which was a worry, let the girls know and they were oh sorry we didn’t see them. Had the hygienist lady clean n scale my teeth but she missed some back ones altogether so not entirely sure about going back to the hygienist tbh. Might just stick with my dentist next time.

Fantastic experience: From the initial contact to book an appointment as I had just moved to the area and have had the same dentist for over 20 years. I was a bit anxious being a new patient. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient and made me at ease. I scored an appointment with Dr Kay. He was so nice. Dr Kay explained each step as the procedure was being performed and was extremely gentle. Yes a gentle dentist. I think I may have found my new dentist. I would happily recommend Dr Kay and Opulent Dental.

Fantastic experience: Well words can’t express how overwhelmed I am by the service and outstanding treatment you receive at Opulent Dental . I needed some serious work doing and haven’t been near a dentist in 8 plus years . I took my chances and went with no prior knowledge . I am so glad I did. Completely pain free surgery , fantastic aftercare amazing results . Dr Andrew is still listening to a few things , that are nothing to do with his work , more in my head with compassion and understanding . I can’t thank you all enough for your time patience and listening to me .

Positive experience: Hygienist did a great job mostly. I do feel like there could have been more cleaning on one tooth which was my main concern. Unfortunately I will need to re-book another appointment for this to be done.

Fantastic experience: This is Vicky Smith. I saw Dr Vasily he is so good. My teeth are awful after continued chemo and radiation they are crumbling badly, but he is slowly saving them. He is very gentle and I am not a fan of dentists but getting a little less scared. His nurse is the best. And the girls on reception just lovely. This Is my first time at Opulent dentists. Very impressed.

I phoned after cracking a tooth and understood that there were no appointments for a few weeks but I was fortunately offered a short notice cancellation the next day. The Dentist and assistant were awesome, working hard at the stubborn tooth, but we're gentle and considerate of me throughout. What could have been a stressful intervention, wasn't and I left feeling well looked after. I'll definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: I don’t enjoy going to the dentist’s, in fact most appointments that I have I come very close to running out of the dentist before I even get in, but this appointment with Dr Jay was surprisingly a very good experience, both him and the dental nurse were fantastic, so for me this time it was a good experience

They went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Throughout my dental work the dentist and her assistant were also extremely considerate doing everything they could to help alleviate my anxiety. I felt no pain during my procedure and left feeling confident that the dentist and work that the work carried out was to an extremely high standard. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Opulent and awarding a score of ten out of ten. Knowing I have further work that needs to be done on my teeth, for the first time, I am less afraid of attending my next visit to the dentist. Quiet an achievement and thank you so much to everyone at Opulent.

The cost of the service was fully covered by Medibank Private for a scale and clean. Quotation for work needed on my teeth was provided. The Dentist was very thorough with the clean and scale which is the best I have had for some time.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak too highly of the team at Opulent Dental. I recently had an abscess on my tooth and Dr Omar and the team took excellent care of me. I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: I had annual check up and clean. On my appointment, my 1yr and 4yr olds were with me. The 4yr old was fast asleep in the reception chair and no sign of awaking when called upon. The reception staff said they will keep their eyes on my 4yr so I can go ahead with my appointment. During my check up, my 1yr started to become agitated. Dr Rebecca worked promptly and Michelle tried to smooth my 1yr so we can finish as quickly as possible. The check up and cleaning was thorough and efficient. I booked follow up appointments for the whole family in the next year. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Yes, they are busy, but the best always are. I have, as necessary, been a patient of Opulent Dental since I retired and returned to the Mandurah area in 2012. I won't give you my life story, but they were recommended, and the advice was spot-on. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted by genuinely friendly staff, so it's not just the Doctors that are friendly, and they are, but it is everyone. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Thomas Munro at Opulent Dental yesterday and was very pleased with my experience. Thomas made me feel comfortable and explained all my treatment needs thoroughly. I felt confident in his advice and comfortable in his presence. I also was made very comfortable by his assisting hygienist. I was happy with the entire experience from the friendliness and assistance by the reception staff through to my treatment and future dental plan.

Positive experience: Last few appointments being cancelled on me the day before due to dentist not available and then being told to wait another 2 months with another new dentist. Then when in the appointment being told different things by the different dentist.

Fantastic experience: The extraction of my front tooth went well. After waiting the required time for my jaw to grow, the implant went well also. I had the stitches out early as it was uncomfortable with a small infection. The dentist flushed the area with saline solution which made the implant more comfortable & have me a course of Augmentation which cleared any infection. Just waiting the required time for my jaw to grow & secure the implant, then I will have the crown mounted on the implant. Would highly recommend Opulent Dentistry for any dental work, as they're very professional & friendly! Regards Bob W Greenfields Western Australia
