Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Natural Dentistry for years. The team are all excellent. The staff is caring, professional and friendly. I appreciate that any procedure is explained thoroughly and I have great confidence in my dentist and hygienist. The rooms are modern and clean and I highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: My first time going to a holistic dental clinic and first of all there not holistic at all I needed a wisdom tooth extraction I asked for local anaesthetic without epinephrine in it and dr Angela said no and didn’t accept my wishes and then on top of that was quite rude saying if you don’t have it u will need to be put to sleep and be referred to a specialist and said let’s just do this the proper way. Like seriously how rude I simply just asked for a anaesthetic without epinephrine in it I have since found a dentist that will accept my wishes and said they can remove my wisdom tooth with the anaesthetic of my choice without adrenaline in it so it is possible she just didn’t wanna accept my wishes it should be my choice what I do and don’t want in my body wouldn’t recommend them unless u want to be told what u should have in ur body I was denied treatment because of this very unfair

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a dentist for a while now. I chose this place because they fuse eastern philosophy with western medicine. I had a great experience with Christine. She took the time to explain what she did and how she did it. Answered all my questions and made a plan to get me on track for, 1 what I was asking for and 2 how it's going to be done. This place is an hour travel for me but it's worth the trip. Absolutely love their holistic approach, the world needs more places like this!

The whole positive experience started at the reception as they where super friendly and professional offering an exceptional customer service. They were also very nice and kind to my son, and did a great job at helping him getting comfortable before and during the consultation. I honestly let the girls know about that at the end because we were so well treated. Then consultation with Dr. Sam was amazing, I was very impressed with their state of the art equipment, and what I liked the most about the doctor is that I could tell he was being honest and wasn’t just trying to sell more products or appointments, and I highly value that as it gives me the confidence to trust that they really have the patients best interest in mind. Now I can even say that I feel excited to go back to the dentist:)

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to a wholistic dentist. was very impressed by the very thorough consultation I received to ascertain the status of my oral health. Dr Angela and her dental assistant were wonderfully reassuring and gentle in the manner they conducted the consultation including X-ray, scan and oral examination. All necessary treatment options were explained to me and I did not feel rushed during this process. I did require some work to be undertaken and feel that Natural Dentistry is the best place for me.

Fantastic experience: I’m in my mid fifties and my teeth needed a lot of work. My molars were all filled with amalgam. Some fillings had fallen out, and my front teeth were discoloured. My teeth were regularly sore, and after each meal i’d have to use toothpicks to pick food out of various holes in my teeth. I’d kind of got used to this over the years. I contacted Dr Sam Guirguis as a friend had had her teeth done by him many years ago, and they still looked great. I’d met Sam once before, and thought he seemed like a good guy. I had a consultation with him and he explained the process and costs to me very clearly. I had work done over a 4 month period, and I’m thrilled with the results. I can highly recommend Natural Dentistry.

The best part is that they can set you up with the DentalMontoring kit which allows you to scan your teeth using your phone at home so they can monitor your progress and move you on to the next aligner when you are truly ready. Also I believe that saves you from having to go in for an appointment every few months which is good because I don’t live close by to the practice.
