Negative experience: After making a first appointment in early February and then being bounced around between them and another orthodontist with hundreds of dollars spent over multiple visits and still couldn't get a treatment plan until everyone had made some money! They seem more interested in taking your money than actually helping. Will be seeking help elsewhere, not wasting anymore time and money with this unprofessional organisation. Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: I had an implant done here four years ago. Today I saw a new dentist in NSW. She initially couldn't tell that the tooth was an implant. She said it was very well done and, after looking at x-rays, commented that it was very well positioned. Good to hear this from a professional.

Fantastic experience: I've had a fantastic experience at My Implant Dentist South Perth. Dr Ealin has done an outstanding job with my dental implants in 2024. I'm now returning for my third implant in May 2025 with complete confidence. I chose to have the Lorazepam anti anxiety medication for the implants and it truly was a breeze! Dr Ealin is so nice. She is very skilled, professional and kind. I am very happy with my implants and have had no problems with them. Dr Meng is also a wonderful dentist, kind, thorough and always ensuring everything is just right. He goes the extra mile to provide the best care possible and is happy to answer all my questions. The reception staff are lovely, helpful and very kind. Nothing is too much trouble! I highly recommend Dr Ealin Dr Meng and My Implant Dentist South Perth.

Fantastic experience: I had a implant done 2/3 years ago. Very happy with them. First it was the cheapest I found. And then the dentists were very pro, friendly, and took time to rebook me FOC at at later date when the first part took some time to heal. 3 years later my implant is still strong and happy. I since then use them for every dental procedures.

Dr Meng and his assistant went above and beyond to help assist with removing my wisdom tooth as it was causing me a lot of pain. The process was quick, efficient and pain free. Fantastic experience: 35% less $ than quoted by my long-standing practise, which meant I could afford the "Zirconia" full upper arch... and it was still well under first quote! I am so pleased I made an off chance phone call to see if I could get my quite major dental treatment done sooner, being upper "all on 4"(got all on 6, bonus) and a fair bit of other work on my lower teeth after a long history of nerve issues and root canals etc. The care, professionalism, commitment to best practise/result possible and accomodation shown by Minnae, Ariana and Haley at front desk reception;-), treatment manager Jade(amazingly efficient), and my two treating Dental specialists(Dr Ealin Lee and Dr Redwan Haque) has been absolutely outstanding and better than expected, giving my spirits a much needed and appreciated lift as well as my smile. Thankyou also to Dr Kent Tan, whom I have not met but feel I know by the integrity and diligence of the people he has working within his practise, what a great team!

Fantastic experience: Tl;dr : Five stars from start to finish. Professional, transparent and clear. I usually don't give 5 stars but, the comparison was with my local dentist warranted for it. My local dentist quoted me twice as much, by throwing some numbers around, without a clear walk through, while requiring me to get expensive 3d scans, which are really hard to get appointments. My implant dentist made the process so easy, the reception staff gave me a quote (that was half the price). They and they so professional. Scan was half fhe price I, and performed in-House. They walked me through a professional personalised powerpoint before committing to the procedure. Definitely recommend dr.Meng and his team.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Dr Kent Tan for his very professional dentistry in my recent tooth implant. The whole procedure went smoothly. I was able to choose sedation when my old broken tooth had to be taken out and the implant post put in at the same time. Fantastic experience: After reviewing multiple perth dentist I made the great decision to get my implant done by this company. All staff are friendly and helpful, the entire process was 5 stars perfect. During the procedure Dr.Ealin talked me through her process and helped me relax by giving breathing and relaxation tips. It was explained that it would be similar to getting a filling done and I couldn't agree more. Post-procedure I didn't need any pain medication at all (others may have different outcomes). Negative experience: I am extremely disgusted by one of the staff members at this dentist. My partner went in for an x-ray and as he was paying she made a comment about his teeth. He had mentioned that the x-ray was for his wisdom teeth and that he was planning on getting braces. Her response was along the lines of ‘yeah that’ll help’ but in a sarcastic manner. He is already very self conscious of his teeth. So this comment was not ok. Regardless of if he was self conscious or not it is unacceptable. Leading up to that comment I would have given a 4 star rating. We will not be going back and I do not recommend if you are self conscious.

Fantastic experience: I've got my tooth implant couple years ago and I was so very satisfied with the outcome. However, when I've done my tooth cleaned and filling with the two different dentist (Male) they didn't give that service I paid for. It was the worst tooth filling and cleaning ive ever had for the price i paid for. I have to give a try for one last time wether i will go for another clinic to do my tooth cleaning and filling , this time, i did choose another dentist which I came across to Lin, she did a very excellent job . It is very important to give your best service to retain a costumer especially when this is an ongoing yearly health maintenance.

Fantastic experience: I was at a really low point in my life, had an accident 2 years ago which broke 3 of my teeth and a bridge in between my 2 front top teeth. From that moment I became extremely conscious of going out,socialising and found my self withdrawn and depressed as I didn't know what to do. Then a friend told me about My Implant Dentist. I plucked up the courage and went for my first consultation at Mindarie Quinns dental practice with Dr Zaheer who explained all my options and advised all on 4 top and bottom. Not only Dr Zaheer but all the staff and doctors at both Mindarie and South Perth were amazing and extremely professional and made the whole process seemless. Having the treatment has given me back confidence and enabled me to socalise and do things with my family and friends that I couldn't do before. Fantastic experience: I would like to say a huge thank you to My IMPLANT DENTIST, for being so amazing, accommodating and professional. The entire process was easy and stress free, the team helped me to access my Super to cover costs, at no extra charge. I had 11 extractions and an immediate denture placed on the same day. I have a massive phobia about dentists; I was offered light sedation prior to the extractions, which really removed my anxiety and smoothed over the whole procedure. The follow up has been amazing, Ben ( the denture guru) has ensured that any sore spots, tight areas or loose fits are addressed immediately.
