I appreciate that I didn't have to go back again to get the procedures done. She understands people are busy. She also gives clear options for fixing issues and advises whether or not it's covered by my health insurance. This allowed me to decide straight away. Looking forward for me and my family to visit her again in 6 month's time.

Negative experience: Today we made appointment for two kids 5:10pm, to make it punctual. We cancelled the swimming lesson from 4:30 pm to 5:00pm, just worried we will be late, and my wife called clinic to confirm to see if we can be late, clinic told us we must arrive there punctually 5:10 pm, when we arrived there 5:10pm, we wait there until 6pm, 50 minutes waiting. Then I asked receptionist, she told us because previous customer late, causes our appointment delay, then I asked her why when we made call to confirm, we are still required to come 5:10pm, no one told us previous customer delay. Our time also previous. The receptionist told us she doesn’t know, they really need to get training what is customer satisfaction and customer service!

Fantastic experience: I had broken a crown of a molar at lunch time, called and had an appointment at 4:10pm with Dr. Shagun Gandhi Prajapati (name copied from email) who went through the options with me. We decided on a repair which was done quickly and efficiently and by the end of it, the tooth felt just as it did before the break. With my health insurance card, there was no further expense. Update 29/4/23: I had another appointment and was sent a New Patient form which was very unfriendly to fill in, especially when you have to select your date of birth from a calendar starting with the current month. At my age, I would have had to tap left around 800 times to get to my month of birth! I attended without filling it in. Otherwise, service was good.
