Negative experience: They took $132.57 to x-ray, anesthetise, clean and paint a single painful tooth with fluoride. Thanks. I guess. And now they have included personal information in a reply to my initial review. And lied. You did not provide me an itemised statement on the day of the treatment, you only provided me one today when you noticed my complaint. Petty, and unprofessional. I had given you two stars, but you can have the lowest ranking now. Include private information in any reply to this review, and speak to AHPRA, the ADA and the OIC about it. You need to understand your obligations as a healthcare provider, or find a career better suited to a complete absence of professionalism in the face of critique.

Negative experience: I wasn’t going to write a review but a day later I’m still so shocked and disappointed at the very brief encounter I had yesterday. My husband has been here for a check up (needs a lot of work done - which we knew) and he spoke so highly of the dentist. I decided to pop in yesterday to book in for myself and my 2 year old. I was so taken back by how rude the receptionist was I couldn’t even find the words! So we walked out. The minimum should be a ‘hello’ and a smile. My husband explained he had been before and that I wanted to book - she blankly stared at us both and barely so much as a nod. A day has passed and I’m still baffled by this! It was SO rude. As we literally live next door it would have been so ideal to make this our regular dentist but instead I will be trying the dentist over the road.

Fantastic experience: Went in today to get a couple fillings and I ended up having a bit of a panic as they were numbing my mouth. They were very patient and understanding. They gave me some water and a stress ball and waited patiently for me to collect myself. The rest of the appointment went wonderfully. Overall very happy with my experience.

Positive experience: All the staff were friendly, helpful and polite and the Clinic was very clean and organised. I dealt mainly with Dr Suruchi and Judy who were lovely ladies both in performing the treatment and regular post treatment follow ups etc. They clearly care about their patients wellbeing. I returned from overseas for a short visit and was shocked that I needed so much treatment after less than 2 years despite suffering no pain or discomfort of any kind except that one gold filling had fallen out a couple of months earlier. The result was 4 or 5 visits to the Clinic which delayed me returning to my charity work. The treatment went well without any issues and the quality of the work seems perfectly good to me. The treatment cost me a small fortune which I had to borrow from friends and will be paying back over many years as I am an overseas voluntary charity worker.

Negative experience: I really hate this dentist! it was not a cure, it was quick money! I came in with a toothache. I got two!! fillings in two teeth, although the problem was one. They didn’t ask me either, but they also filed the upper tooth! I think this is wrong and I should have been informed about such a procedure! in the end I paid 466 dollars (66 dollars cost a consultation) but the doctor did not pay attention to any other tooth! but made a presentation on teeth straightening! then I came three more times because the fillings were uncomfortable and I couldn't chew. I was assured that this is normal! As a result, I made an appointment with another doctor to redo everything. I really regret that I went to this clinic because my tooth still hurts! Be careful, you won't be heard here RESPONSE TO THE REVIEW OF THE CLINIC: why do you write a lie? a couple of weeks later you invited me and my husband for a $50 dental cleaning, that was all your interest in me! The doctor did not prescribe any treatment for me, but simply gave me a small toothpaste. I came to you three more times, three whole times to deal with one problem. As a result, I have two fillings that I do not need and my tooth still hurts! According to the doctor, she did a tooth restoration, not a treatment! Moreover, it looks ugly on the two front teeth! Please do not write a fictional story for the sake of good reviews!

For those with dental phobias fear not, Dr Suruchi has a soft and kind approach with everything fully explained, very gentle hands and no unnecessary probing , you are in the greatest care. Prices also very reasonable. My son can never wait for his next visit. I highly recommend for the entire family , young to elderly but especially to those with fears.

Negative experience: I had 2 fillings done about half a year ago. Recently went to another dentist and was told the fillers are already wearing away, the gap between 2 tooth are not properly surfaced leaving a cave in between, with the underlying infection not cleaned out properly and still eroding the teeth underneath. Also note that the tools are rusted. If you have had fillings done here before, get a second opinion elsewhere; If you are planning to visit this clinic, don't; If you are visiting this clinic despite this warning, at least examine the tools, it was rusty my last visit.
