Negative experience: Dr Rokon... Absolutely does not give a hoot about patient care, he's dismissive and not supportive, Let alone check high blood pressure on visitors that have blood pressure issues. Seriously very saddened by his rudeness and treatment of those actually asking for help. Do not water your time. He lets the entire clinic down

The only thing that is extremely annoying, is that there is only one car park marked for those with a disability access card, and it’s FREQUENTLY used by non-disabled persons. I’ve seen many of them just shopping or using the laundry service. Thanks for the lovely staff. Always a pleasant day with them.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the Best Doctors in Melbourne – Dr Zainab! I’ve been seeing Dr Zainab for over six years now, and I highly recommend her. She is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate doctors I’ve ever come across. I struggle with anxiety particularly around my health and chronic health issues but Dr Zainab always handles me with patience, empathy, and understanding. She knows exactly what I need, never makes me feel rushed, and always takes the time to ensure I feel supported. You can tell she genuinely has her patients best interests at heart. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with genuine care! Dr Zainab is truly one of the best in Melbourne!

Fantastic experience: I will start off by acknowledging the welcoming attitude of the reception staff at MedicFirst. In particular, Suada, always friendly, professional, listening to patients, with a smile on her face. We have been attending Medic First since it first opened and recommend Dr Ashish Mathur. Our children don’t complain about visiting the Dr.

Negative experience: There're several problems here. They failed to fax a referral to a specialist till I asked them a week later even though they confirmed that they had already faxed. They didn't send an SMS to confirm whether I had to use a prescription even though they promised me to do so. They didn't clarify what kind of scan in the referral and I had to pay an additional appointment just to get it done. It appears that they generated revenues by withholding the information from the patient to increase the returning patients.

Fantastic experience: Amazing services with short wait times and very experienced practitioners. The staff are extremely welcoming and accomodating for every possible need. Highly recommend this clinic for any medical OR dental services.

My youngest was traumatised by a painful and 1.5hr tooth extraction in Darwin and gets extremely anxious and scared going to the dentist now... but Dr Sahar puts him at ease every time... talks him through everything and calms his mind every time... honestly couldn't recommend her more..

Positive experience: Dr Hussain gets 10 stars from me. Absolutely love her attentiveness and care. She's often booked out and I've had a few hits and misses with the other doctors. One doctor didn't take my concerns about my daughter's fevers seriously enough. Just said to give panadol. I ended up taking her to the hospital and they said she had pneumonia. Luckily I listened to my mum gut and we caught it early and she went home with the right treatment and care. Another occasion a few weeks ago I walked in with a severely stiff and sore neck that I could barely move but was turned away as no one was available. So my experiences are mixed. Edit to add: On a more recent visit in November 2024, I saw Dr Bhaskar and I do not recommend him. I had a terrible experience with him where he tried to disregard my request for certain blood work to be done. The tests were done and unfortunately, there was an issue. I'm glad I persisted but will never go back to see him.

Fantastic experience: Our family doctor is Dr Zainab Hussain. Right from day 1, we felt very comfortable with her. Very knowledgeable, caring and very comforting. Its truly a blessing she's our GP. Highly recommend her

The reception team is always welcoming, helpful, and polite, and the clinic itself is clean, open, and inviting. My children and I see Dr. Firas, and he is wonderful. He’s excellent with children, very thorough, and takes the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. He ensures we fully understand all the information and never rushes through our appointments. I highly recommend Medic First for anyone seeking quality healthcare.

Positive experience: Sometimes, customer service feels challenging for both the provider and the customer, and both parties are responsible for a good experience.

Negative experience: I had my recent appointment with Dr Rakesh Bhasker i must say had a worst and the most disappointing vist ever i was only 2 minutes late and he was like you came late and i dont have much time to discuss everything just quickly finish it off he clearly said only tell me the priority ones as you don’t have much time left for the appointment and the way he responded over my concerns was so pathetic i asked him how to prevent pollen allergy the response he gave was so rude and said hold the air if you can then you can prevent it and many other things literally have never had such an experience with any doctor. A doctors job is to listen and make the patient comfortable but he was nothing like that would never recommend him and never gonna see him again .

Negative experience: Never will I ever book an appointment again with Dr. R Bhaskar. Stubborn, loud, disrespectful and feminist comments. I am a regular patient of Medic first. Never had any issues till yesterday. I visited this doctor with my kids and requested an assistance for cold flu viral as general panadol and nurofen was not working for 4 days in a row. He would just not listen and told me to not demand Antibiotics, not follow fashion of antibiotics if other ladies have got it I should also get it? These were his Exact Words. He was just hopeless. No Doctor talks this way. What does medicine have to do anything with feminism and fashion? Where other ladies came from in the picture? I was with my 2x kids who were in need of antibiotics. Not going to school for 1x week now. My little one (3 yrs) even had a nose bleeding, I told him. His chest is so congested, I hear his cough. He hardly cared and said no congestion and hand balled the treatment on ear drops. What a hopeless and rude Doctor. One must retire if not wanting to care for patients and their needs. He must apologise for his comments honestly!! I just cant get over my experience with him and his comments!!

Fantastic experience: What a place! Visiting medic first has become more than just our usual doctors visit. I am always greeted with the warmest welcome from the beautiful receptionists, Maria, Jinan and Suada. The kids look for them the minute we walk in. The pathologist Tina, always makes an effort to say hello or wave, even when you aren’t waiting for her to take your tests. Last but certainly not least, Dr Zainab Hussain. THE most amazing, gentle and beautiful Doctor with the kindest of hearts. She will always listen, and give the best advice and care. 10/10 service from the whole clinic❤️

Negative experience: Do not go to Dr Rokon!! I felt completely shut down and uncomfortable when seeing him. He was rude and dismissive, even cutting me off when speaking. I had told him about a reoccurring issue that has been unsuccessfully treated with specific medication, so what does he do? He prescribes me the exact medication that didn’t work last time! My husband has also seen him before and did not have a pleasant experience! Not happy at all and I feel worse than when I went in.

Negative experience: It was quite disappointing that I had to book an appointment only for prescriptions for my daily intake medication. I requested during my appointment call if I can get a on telephonic appointment because I need only prescription. There was no option provided to me by the receptionist I had to book walk in appointment. However doctor did mention if it was only for prescriptions I could request for online appointment they do have options to book in advance for telephone consultation.
