Fantastic experience: I am so so grateful for Station street dental. They saw me as an emergency patient, stayed back late and removed a wisdom tooth that was causing extreme pain after another dentist sent me home with codeine and said they couldn’t help. I was so nervous and the dentist as-well as dental nurse made me feel so relaxed and calm. I can not speak highly enough they followed up the next few days and have been fantastic to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Updated - Your treatment of me, knowing I had a terminal medical diagnosis, was absolutely disgusting and caused me a lot of stress. 5 stars for giving me a full refund of over $8000.00 so I could go to another exceptionally qualified dentist to create my crowns as the crowns that were made for me were beyond ridiculous and I can’t believe you even showed them to me! I have reported my concerns about your bullying, completely inadequate service, threats, lies and untruthful records to AHPRA, the Health Complaints Commission, my local member of parliament. They are all well aware of your disgusting behaviour, service and lies. I posted an update with a photo of my stumps that I had to live with for 4 days, putting my health at risk, but it has disappeared for some reason. Anytime you want to apologise for your abominable treatment, just let me know and I will post another update.

Highly recommend Freshta for young children after being referred to a dental specialists and told my 2 year old would need to go under general anaesthetic to have work done that was going to cost thousands of dollars Freshta was able to do the work safely and confidently saving me thousands of dollars and a huge a relief of not having my 2 year old put under anaesthetic I have so much respect for her patience and confidence with the work she has done on both my children highly recommend seeing Freshta for a second opinion if you’ve seen a dental specialists before committing to an expensive treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: Can't thank station street dental enough tonight, 3 sleepless nights due to a wisdom tooth pushing against a nerve and another tooth but Ameera and the team got me in straight away and didn't rush to get me out the door due to a last minute booking, they stayed back away from there families just to make sure I was pain free. They're lovely friendly people and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

I obtained more information about my teeth (in just 2 sessions) then I have in received in the last 5-6 years at the previous dental clinic. Very knowledgeable and approachable. Extremely appreciate the time taken by Dr. Aanchal to explain what is happening with each tooth and what procedures are available and the repercussions of each. Highly recommended to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this practice. All the staff are professional and courteous. I attended the practice initially for tooth ache after moving in the local area. I highly recommend Dr Aanchal. Dr Aanchal is professional and empathetic and has provided me with a person centred tailored treatment plan to address my ongoing dental problems.

Negative experience: Beware their root canal prices are almost double than the going rate. Felt ripped off..

Positive experience: I was a bit disappointed with my recent visit. I confirmed my appointment twice and arrived 5 minutes early, but ended up waiting 30 minutes. After that, I had to wait another 15 minutes to finalise my account. The clinic, which I’ve always had a great experience with, didn’t seem to be running smoothly this time. The receptionist, Sheyda, seemed a bit out of sorts, which made the whole process frustrating. Apparently she was a student who was doing a training placement there. That being said, management reached out to address my concerns, apologised sincerely, which I appreciate. It's clear they take customer feedback seriously, and I’m hopeful they’ll improve the scheduling and staff training going forward. Looking forward to a better experience next time.

Fantastic experience: I have been greatly supported through what seems to be a very complicated tooth issue that has given me lots of pulsating painful and sleepless nights. Not quite sorted yet, but Dr Nishu and Co have been highly empathic, willing to go that bit extra, and have kept me well informed through everything. Fantastic experience: My adult Son had 6 teeth removed including 4 wisdom teeth at a Melb Hospital on Tuesday. On Sunday he started to get a dry socket. Thank goodness this Officer Dentist was opened. I rang them and they didn't hestitate to fit my Son in. He was seen immediately by a lovely Dentist who explained everything, fixed the problem and gave him some advise on looking after it. Highly recommend going there.

Fantastic experience: Station Street Dental has been an absolute blessing! From the front desk staff, dental assistants to the dentists. I'm a nervous/anxious patient when it comes to dental work, however Dr Nishu Bagga and Dr Geetinder Kaur Deol have been amazing, they're very kind, patient and very caring in their treatment.

Fantastic experience: I've followed Nishu to a few different dentist places now and would not go anywhere else. Main reasons are she is quick, accurate and knows what she is doing. I prefer to spend the shortest amount of time in that chair as possible ;) As for the location and facilities: easy to find, easy parking at rear, comfortable and seems like is has modern equipment. Lots of room if you are a parent or partner and are sitting in the room for support.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this dental recently, Dr Nishu is really great and she helped me and my wife with our dental issue. The team in there is very helpful. We got insurance but we are not sure whether we are covered for the dental or not but both the doctor and team helped us with the insurance. Will come back for sure… love the team. Fantastic experience: I have had work done to my teeth by multiple dentists at this clinic and I have never been disappointed with the work. They are very upfront about costs and help organise appointments based on your availabilities. I have had work on my teeth with fillings and cleaning, and am also undertaking a smile styler treatment to straighten my teeth. I don’t live locally to this clinic but it is worth the travel for me because I know I will be taken care of here. Thank you!

They even went through my private insurance before the treatment, so they could give me an exact out of pocket amount after cover of private insurance, which is transparent and fair price. I will keep my ongoing treatment with Dr Lisa at Station Street Dental. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Update - since management change Ns Dr Stephen is not there it's horrible management. Harrassing me make a booking which I never made and specific told them not to make any booking. And stop calling me every month make a booking when I told many times we have moved out of the area. I am super nervous seeing a dentist even just a clean. Dr. Stephen is wonderful, he is not pushy and talk me through everything. And even I was so scare of my wisdom teeth extraction he kept me so calm I didn't even feel it came out ready. Highly recommend.
