Staff there could see the pain I was in and had me in and out in 20 mins sorted. Quick, efficient and friendly with payment options for those that don't have private insurance. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to see my dentist Dr Pak at Primary Dental for years (even after moving away from the local area!) - he’s fantastic. Very kind, understanding and experienced about sensitive teeth. He ensures that you don’t feel any anxiety or pain during the treatment. Super efficient too so that you are in and out and maximising time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Negative experience: Doctor Pak had quite poor bedside manner and seemed like he was always rushing. He pricked my tongue with a needle and didn’t tell me when he was giving me a needle or that I was receiving two needles. He got the job done right but I would’ve liked more communication.

Negative experience: I have been dr Pak’s patient for a while but decided to move on. I had a tooth with root canal. Most of the tooth was filling. Some of the filling had become empty. He initially said that he needed to do the filling again and then use a crown to protect the tooth from being broken. He asked me to come back a few weeks later. When I went back he only did the filling again but did not put a crown on it. I reminded him of our discussion but he ignored and sent me home. Sixth months later the tooth has become empty again as if no work was done on it. I went to another dentist and they were extremely surprised that previous doctor did not attempt to use a crown on a tooth this week. Will never go back again to Dr Pak.

Fantastic experience: I visited Primary Dental for my daughter's urgent dental issue and was treated by Dr Sam. My overall experience was very good - The reception and dental staff was very supportive and Dr Sam was superb. My daughter had one of the best experience and was relieved of her pain.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kani Lakshminarayanan is Brilliant, efficient and very attentive to my dental needs. Met her last Monday for scale and clean and she immediately did an X Ray and ordered a deep clean. Though she never met me before, took care or me as if I was a long term childhood friend and went above and beyond. Also the dental centres fees are cheap in my opinion and the service was incredibly high quality. I strongly recommend Dr Kani Lakshminarayanan. The reception staff are also fast with booking and answering questions. I can't praise them any more and would gladly recommend anyone to use the dental centre.

Fantastic experience: Dr Pak has been or dentist for 7 years. He is professional, friendly and honest. Together with his staff looks after our teeth with care. We attend every 6 mths for a check and clean and that has helped to eliminate major dental work. When major dental work was needed he informed us before what it would cost so we could plan ahead. His skill in dentistry is unmatched in the Hills Shire in my opinion. I recommend this practice whole heartedly.

Fantastic experience: I first came to see Dr Pak when I chipped a tooth about 4-5 years ago. After calling almost 5 places saying it was an emergency, I was given an appointment on the same day by the receptionist. He has been my regular dentist since, always very professional, even when I had to get a wisdom tooth removed he was very caring. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went for a "Check-up & Clean Package" with Dr. Mugdha SADHALE on 1st October 2021. I was received with a smile at the reception and was very satisfied with the service & the dental treatment that I received. During the cleaning process, Dr. Sadhale explained as to how I can preserve my dental health by following some simple routine. I have sensitive teeth. However Dr. Sadhale dealt with them in a skillful way to avoid painful experience. Dr Sadhale also advised on some preventive actions to improve dental health in future.
