Fantastic experience: Terrific practice

Fantastic experience: While travelling Australia I got a bad tooth ache in Innisfail and unfortunately had to have it removed but not without a long consultation of my options. Real gental care was taken by both the dentist and his assistant as I am a neveous patient and patience is what they showed me. Best dentist I have ever been to highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I was totally scared at first but the friendly staff made me feel welcome especially the dental assistant if I remember correctly her name is Jen (pardon me if I got it wrong) in my first tooth extraction. The dentist Mr Khaled was straight to the point and firm with advice regarding my oral health.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, made my kids feel very comfortable for their first visit to the dentist. My kids both loved the little gift pack too.

Fantastic experience: Always friendly and generally care about you, every staff member always smiling and have a very professional manner. I would recommend this practise for both children and adults, you would be in good hands. They do their best to try and accommodate your appointment needs. I personally get very nervous and anxious visiting the dentist, but my dentist Dr Sabha put me at ease.

Positive experience: I rang with a broken tooth I'd had for 9 days as I was out of town.They fitted me in, stabilised it and gave me a follow up appointment. Now after further preparatory treatment I am waiting to have a crown fitted. I feel safe in their care and the staff are empathetic and patient.

Fantastic experience: I had extreme pain, explained on the phone and got an appointment straight away. They found the issues and gave me options to resolve the problem. They dealt with it there and then, painless experience. I would highly recommend this practice

Fantastic experience: I haven’t visited the dentist in a little over 2 years, as it’s not my favourite place. But the service I received from Jenna out the front to Imogen and Dr Khaled made me feel at ease. The experience was the best I have ever had at the dentist. Would highly recommend

They have been open and honest about all the work required along with the costs. The kids feel safe and happy to go back as well which is always a plus. Fantastic experience: Went in for a annual check up last Tuesday. Everything went smoothly and after a thorough examination and polishing of my teeth by Dr Remy I was on my way. Thanks to all the staff for a pleasant and efficient visit.

Fantastic experience: OMG Remi was so amazing dealing with removing a tooth for my ASD son. She was calm, cool, collected and very respectful of his needs. She explained the whole process to him and helped him remain calm I’m so very grateful we could do this in the chair instead of having to put him to sleep for the removal. Positive experience: Professional friendly dentist, as expected fees are high. Not sure what hurt the most - the procedure or emptying my wallet. Forget about using the website appointments contact form as no one replies. Phone for an appointment. Sales reps shouldnt be yak yak yaking with receptionist while paying customers are waiting to be received

Fantastic experience: I had an issue that needed attention in a timely manner and the young lady on reception was able to give me an appointment within hours. Jennifer and her assistant were excellent and after explaining what had caused the issue, steps were taken to correct. We are caravan travellers and dental attention can be a little tricky at times. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough and if I resided in Innisfail, it would most certainly be my practice of choice. Thank you Jennifer and your assistant whose name I didn't catch.

Fantastic experience: My Family Dental are fantastic!! I am terrified of dentists due to a very traumatic episode with a dentist years ago. I was so much pain yesterday, they had me in within the hour and everyone was so nice and compassionate. Today, I have some minor pain and am on antibiotics. I cannot recommend them enough.

My tooth was removed by an experienced dentist named Jennifer whom removed it with little or no pain. She also went out if her way to reduce my fears explaining the procedure all through the process. She and her staff performed extractions that other dentists in Sydney and Newcastle had refered me to dental surgeons. My trust factor in dentisty in this country was close to zero till I attended my family practice. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone needing dental care.
