Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience at Bupa Dental Tree Plaza. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, especially as it was my first visit as a new patient. Both the dentist and hygienist were excellent—professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. The dentist, in particular, was incredibly skilled and took the time to clearly explain everything when I had questions. I genuinely feel like this is the best place for my regular dental check-ups. I have no complaints at all and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.

From the front reception to the Dentist (Dr Parker) Dental Hygienists and the staff at the payment/re-booking desk every single person has been so pleasant and accommodating. I also appreciate the spotless cleanliness of the practice and the TV on the ceiling is a lovely distraction Would thoroughly recommend this business to anyone looking for dental care.

I have had 3 appointments with Colin and am so impressed with his work as well as how kind and patient he is. I recommended my daughter to book an appointment with him and as someone who is very nervous about visiting a dentist, she raved aboit her experience with him. All the staff are so lovely and accommodating with booking appointments too.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at Bupa Dental after getting my wisdom tooth removed. The biggest issue was the lack of proper communication from both the dentist and the staff. I was not given adequate information about post-extraction care or potential complications, which led to me developing dry socket—a painful condition that could have been prevented with proper guidance. The pain was excruciating, and it was frustrating to realize that something so important wasn’t even explained to me beforehand. When I asked if there were any special precautions or preparations needed, I received vague responses. The overall experience was stressful and painful, not just physically but also due to the lack of support from the clinic. I expected better care and professionalism from a place with such good reviews. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic. The material used to attach my temporary crown failed within five days, even though it should have lasted at least six months. I visited a specialist, who confirmed that Dr. Lorren applied the crown without properly cleaning the old cement. This lack of care led to unnecessary inconvenience and additional costs.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Bupa dental have all been friendly and kind. They are efficient and the dentist Maedeh. R is so gentle and informs you the whole procedure and checks constantly if you are ok. Would recommend highly.

I hadn’t gone to the dentist in over 10 years and it was this clinic that has helped me get over my fears and I have attended at least 6 times for my treatments over the past 12 months! Positive experience: The team at BUPA TTP are amazing. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. They are always happy to answer your enquiries. Their friendly appointment reminders and confirmation is really considerate. The Hygienist and Dr. are fantastic at what they do. All super friendly and always gives off a comfortable feeling when you are at your appointment. They answer all your concerns and take care of you so well. I have been coming here over 4 years now and can never fault anything. I highly recommend this place. Update: I have had different hygienist and Dr since coming here over 5 years ago. This place is still the one I go to. Wouldn’t go elsewhere. A little disappointed they no longer have Saturday hours, but can understand why. Hopefully they re open Saturday working hours for everyone’s convenience.
