Fantastic experience: I went in for a hygienist appointment and the process was very thorough and the lady was very careful with me. I hadn’t been for 2 years so was a bit nervous, but I was welcomed warmly by the receptionist and had a great experience. I had to go back to get an old filling replaced, and it was the best filling experience I could have asked for. I had an old metal one replaced so I was nervous for the drilling, but if I need any thing else done, I will be going back here. My dentist Joseph Kazzi was efficient and gentle, as was his dental nurse assistant. All the staff there have been wonderful.

Negative experience: The worst dentist I ever been to my whole life I would not recommend them to anybody after what they did to me I went there for a cleanup I was completely misled on my tooth that completely deformed my tooth they shaved my tooth for no reason I was told that if I don't do I will lose my tooth half shaven completely deformed 2 years have gone past I still have my tooth they set to me if I don't cap it I will lose my tooth what a complete load of crap I regret the day that I went to this I have sent this dental practice a letter of complaint. Last week. And i have been told that it will take a week for them to reply to my letter. From Dr Theo him self. They have told me they are taking this letter seriously. Negative experience: I’m not a paitent anymore, I had seen a Dr there who is no longer working there, he was all about upsell to me and told me I need to replace my teeth I got a second opinion and they told me my teeth were fine. And they still are fine I’m so lucky I got a second opinion and did not go ahead My advice is shop around there 5 star reviews are questionable.

My friend got his Invisalign treatment done at this practice and his results look outstanding. I decided to give this practice a try and I’m so glad I did! I am currently doing my Invisalign journey With Dr. Kyriakos Tambassis. I would highly recommend him to anyone as he provides professional Services And I have always been leaving the practice feeling highly satisfied as he does a fantastic job and takes care of me very well. Fantastic experience: We traveled from Darwin to Sydney to see Dr Theo Spyrakis for my husband and hoping for a solution to his failing teeth . Travelling all that way was so worth it as my husband now has an amazing smile after completing the A04 implant procedure and can eat and smile again with confidence. I thank all the team at Bexley dental and would highly recommend them to all .

Fantastic experience: From the day i walked in and seen Theo and his wonderful team they were able to ensure the best outcome for my teeth which were not in the best state at all. I have finished my treatment and have a wonderful brand new smile and i feel i can now smile in photos and not hide my smile anymore and the results were amazing.

Negative experience: The worst experience I've ever had, resulting in rough treatments, gum injury, a failed tooth filling, incorrect charges, and arbitrary words from the doctor. I found this clinic through Bupa and started with a general check-up two weeks ago. Unexpectedly, I had to visit three times for a simple filling due to the unprofessional operation of Dr. Joseph. The cleaning was rough, rushed, and painful, causing bleeding. I've had many cleanings before, and this was the worst. Then I had a tooth filling with Dr. Joseph three times to get it right. The first time, it wasn't well-polished, and I had to return hours later. The next day, the material started falling out, causing food stuck with each bite, so I had to go back again. Dr. Joseph was impatient and rushed me through the final check because he "had other patients waiting," as if I hadn't booked an appointment or paid. Additionally, my gum was cut, leaving a painful straight-line injury. During the first filling session, Dr. Joseph mentioned an inflammation from a past root treatment after he had already opened the tooth. He claimed it was visible on the X-ray, but I wonder why he didn't bring it up right after the initial check-up. When I asked about it two days later during my return visit, he said he couldn't tell from the X-ray… Now, I could need a crown costing over $3000. I could’ve plan and get insurance ready if he discussed this beforehand. Also his inconsistent information has further eroded my trust. btw Hopefully the incorrect charges for the check-up will be refunded, thanks to the help of Kris.

Negative experience: I chose this practice due to its high google reviews and advertising as Bupa gap free. However I did a new customer checkup at this practice as a member of Bupa and was charged a substantial gap fee (with no prior notice). In addition I contacted Bupa afterwards and one of the items I was charged twice for in my one visit is ‘per appointment’, and Bupa were not sure why I was charged twice for it. Australian Dental Guidelines is to cover this once every 2 years. I have left this with Bupa who are looking into it.

Dr Theo Spyrakis and his team at Bexley Dental changes everything you know about going to the dentist. Dr Spyrakis is a master in his field "all on 4 Dental implants" yet he is so humble and his experience really shows. From the first appointment his excellent staff make you feel like your visiting family. Zainab the Treatment Coordinator makes all the paperwork so easy, and the smile she gives you when you walk in, you would think you were long time friends. The care that is provided is unbeatable. All your individual needs are taken care of. (Even having your hand held during treatment) They look after all aspects of your treatment with exceptional undertaking it just can't be faulted. All staff smile and greet you by name (even on first visit) As for the product all on 4 I can't believe I waited. They have really changed my life. I can eat everything I used to eat.
