Negative experience: This dental clinic is full of tricks. They lure you in with a $199 cleaning offer. I double-checked multiple times to confirm it was indeed $199 with no extra charges, and they assured me it was. But when I arrived, I was told I could only get a deep cleaning. I asked how much extra it would cost, and the Korean female dentist couldn't give me a clear answer. She said she needed to examine me first, which would cost $100, and only after that could she tell me the price. I asked for an estimate, and she said it could be $300, or maybe $500 — the previous patient just paid $800... I said I just wanted the standard cleaning, not deep cleaning, but she said she couldn’t do it because my teeth "needed" deep cleaning. So I walked out, and she still asked me to pay $63 for the consultation. What a joke. Strongly advise everyone to stay away from this clinic — it’s a total scam!

Fantastic experience: Such a clean and well located facility in Ringwood. I see Dr Kat Kokoreva and she is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Not only is she kind funny and fun she knows her stuff and is so passionate about teeth! She won’t do anything unnecessarily and even reception staff are lovely and so helpful! My mum now sees Dr Kat too because she is so amazing! You won’t regret making the move. The new patient deal for $199 is amazing and that’s what attracted me and I won’t stop going back now :)

Negative experience: The service at this dental clinic was disappointing. The entire teeth cleaning process was rushed and finished in less than five minutes. I had actually been here once about six months ago, and the experience back then was already unsatisfactory, so I didn't book a follow-up appointment. Last month, I received a call saying that my previous dentist had left and asking if I could reschedule. I mistakenly thought the call was from my current dental clinic, so I booked an appointment for today. It turned out to be the same clinic as before. I decided to give it another chance to see if anything had improved, but unfortunately, it was just as bad as last time.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kokoreva is a trustworthy dentist who gives a genuine diagnosis with no money-earning intent, putting the best solution forward and recommending what is the right way to go financially and logically and providing details with trustworthy endodontists for further consultation, putting my health first rather than sucking as much money out of the patient as possible. Definitely recommend to be in the right hands of someone empathetic, fair and trustworthy. Humorous and takes the fear out of what is a daunting prospect.

Negative experience: Dentist was 45 minutes late, very blunt and no bedside manner.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Gina Kang, she is polite, gentle and is well educated putting me at ease during my cleans and check ups. She also provides great recommendations in supporting gum health.

Negative experience: My partner had Wisdom teeth extracted here. During the procedure the dentist was incredibly rude and unprofessional towards her assistant nurse in front of my partner. To add insult to injury, no after care was provided nor instruction given as to when it is safe to eat, what it is safe to eat / drink and also no additional gauze provided. As a result we were forced to attend a nearby hospital until 4:30am to recieve emergency care for excess bleeding. This is entirely unacceptable! Do not go here if you value your safety / sanity.

Negative experience: More of a review of a particular dentist than the clinic. It’s been one of the worst and disappointing dental visit I had experienced. I went for my mother’s dental check up as she had pain in her teeth. We were recommended Dr June but unfortunately she couldn’t see us so we had to consult another dentist. This other dentist, seemed in a hurry as there were no greetings exchanged, no introduction of herself etc (rather it took me few seconds to gauge who is going to see us (as there was also an assistant in the room) the dentist had few questions ie if my mom will stay here or go back etc which were fine. Later after the examination (which was hardly 2 minutes) she told us what the problem was which she said “it’s a very bad gum disease” great way to tell the patient about an issueWell, that was also alright. I asked her what’s the disease called and she said she will write it down and handed me the post it note with the name of the disease on it. I asked her what it is, can she just explain in layman’s term. To which she replied “ You can google it in Indian English, you should be able to understand” I told her I can understand English and if she explains it to me I will be able too get it Well same answer again “ Google it in Indian English”. I am not sure if that’s how a dental visit should look like. For anyone who is planning to visit the clinic probably should let them know what kind of “English” you understand so that they can book you accordingly with a dentist who can explain it to you in your “version”of Englishrather than asking to google.

Negative experience: Absolute horrific experience. Negligence and malpractice! When forwarding my complaints to upper management, literally no response heard whatsoever. Breaches of patient confidentiality when another patients medical records were emailed to me - no one seemed to care. Leaving multiple voicemails, emails which went unanswered for weeks and weeks. Absolute nightmare - avoid this poorly run clinic with incompetent reception team and upper management who seems to not give two F*#ks about anyone. All up their failure to treat a simple filling during my 2 years visiting this clinic has now cost me over 5k to fix - their response? A shrug of the shoulders and turn their backs. Criminal.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place. Dr Gina (Jeeseon) Kang knew that I have no X-ray and said she can pull out my tooth., she invited me to the room for two minutes to say she can’t pull out my tooth because I need to do an X-ray and they had no X-ray that day and charged me $62. You can’t call it an oral examination. We don’t make $62 in two minutes. I wouldn’t even give a half of star but without the star you can’t post your review.
