Fantastic experience: Our family has been with Dr. Raj for many years now. I was first referred to him when I needed a second opinion. The other dentist at the time (a young uni student from Griffith, and his supervising dentist) claimed I needed a root canal even though I hadn't experienced any pain. After meeting with Dr. Raj, and visiting a dental specialist, the condition shown on the x-rays did not require a root canal. I am so thankful I was well-advised by Dr. Raj! Now more recently, I required emergency dental work. Dr. Raj was available to assist immediately and does so with expertise, care, and calm. This dental practice truly feels like visiting family you can trust for your dental needs. Nowadays it is hard to find an intimate family practice when it's monopolised by corporate dental practices, and I am thankful for Dr. Raj and his wife's practice.

Fantastic experience: I felt very taken care of and welcome there :) I got composite veneers there and Dr. Rajiv has done a great job. He took his time and answered all my questions and talked me through everything, he made sure I was always happy with it and gave me time to get used to it to. He’s super friendly and I always felt comfortable, I’ve seen Rina a lot too and she’s just as great, bubbly and welcoming :) I haven’t had a good dentist or felt not judge by one in many years, would really recommend

Fantastic experience: Usually I despise going to the dentist, but today I had a great experience. Today I had a great experience. I had chipped my tooth the night earlier, and was having trouble finding an appropriate time anywhere else. The staff here slotted me in, for 4:30, I was the last patient. Even though the staff had been working all day, the dentist was meticulous with her work, giving me a fantast filling, that fits perfectly on my tooth. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Seeing a dentist has been a horror experience as child and has stuck with me through adulthood. I find it difficult trusting someone drilling in my mouth, and I've looked around for sometime for a genuine dental practice. Coming to the Robina Family Dental Surgery was the right decision all the staff are sincere and show empathy to each person, if they say they'll do this for you then it's a guarantee it'll be done. Fantastic experience: I rang in the morning due too extreme nerve pain which had me in bed most of the weekend. I got a same day appointment thank goodness. And After 15mins of walking in I haven't had pain since. Quick work pain free. Staff all really friendly.

Fantastic experience: I visited this dental surgery today with a rotted tooth that needed to be pulled.. I, like most people, hate dentists and am full of anxiety at the thought of one but Dr Mai and her lovely assistants made me feel so comfortable. They have some fidget toys you can hold to reduce the stress and they’ll play some Netflix on the tv above you to take your mind off things. Fantastic experience: Arriving on the Gold Coast from Melbourne with a broken tooth emergency and having a fear of dentists was not ideal. I found Robina Family Dental on Google and they fit me straight in which was great. From the start I was looked after exceptionally well and they managed my anxiety well with good pain treatment, clear instructions and gentle care. In fact, they did such a great job that I went back a few days later to get another tooth fixed which I had been putting off. And to top it all off, the costs were much better than Melbourne prices. Fantastic experience: This is my 3rd visit now and from someone who has not been to the dentist in 4 to 5 years because I suffer from vertigo I truly could not be happier. Dr Rajiv was very understanding, kind and so accommodating. He advised that he deals with other patients that suffer from vertigo like I do and was happy to work around this. This meant I could sit upright in the chair, I was also offered a pillow to put behind my neck and they could see I was a bit nervous so offered me stress balls which really helped (1st visit) How thoughtful and I left feeling good. Second visit had tooth extraction which went well and today had x-rays and scale/clean. Honestly, my experience has been wonderful and I would strongly recommend this practice. The whole team are friendly, helpful and caring. Have booked next appointment already.

Negative experience: Had temporary crowns put on most of my teeth to correct bite with view to perminant crowns. not cheap. Within 2 weeks they had all fallen off in bits and they were rank, food had got between my teeth and the crowns hate to think what would have been the state of my teeth if they stayed on . Won’t ever be going back there for any sort of treatment.

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful experience! Dr Raj was really kind, careful and the best dentist I've ever met in my life. He really cared about the surgery and all the events I might experience. He explained every single procedure before surgery and it was so easy to understand. Also his wisdom teeth etraction surgery was very quick and gentle so I barely feel any pain and even didn't need a panadol. Also all other dental hygienists were so nice and kind, front staff was so lovely and generous. Strongly recommend this practice to anyone wants to have perfect wisdom tooth removal.

Fantastic experience: This clinic has saved my mouth! After years of neglect and a bit of trauma to my mouth I finally worked up the courage to go see Dr Raj. Like most people I hated going to the dentist. I would get so anxious that I would put off making an appointment completely. After meeting the clinic and their staff you really do feel welcome coming in. Even during the first consultation I didn’t feel judged or anxious at all. Raj actually takes the time to have a chat with you and explain lots of things. His work is professional and fast.
