I was a bit apprehensive due to previous painful experiences with other dentists. However, Dr. O'Connell and his staff reassured me that everything would be fine, and they were right! The procedure was surprisingly painless, both during and after. I'm thrilled with the outcome and grateful for the exceptional care I received. Negative experience: Booked via website and received confirmation via text and email of time and date. Turned up to be told it’s not on the system and couldn’t fit me in for another week, which is difficult as I work away. Not the first time this has happened. Also according to the receptionist my last visit was in 2019, which is incorrect. This means my last visits and treatments have not been uploaded. Total shambles. To follow on, I sent two emails to the address you provided over a month ago and still no reply. I think that sums this dental practice up. I rest my case.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Banksia Grove Family Dental for the last 8 or so years and really enjoy the service they provide. Staff are very friendly and make sure the experience is as good as it can be going to a dentist, they provide expert advice and I always feel full of confidence with the service they provide. Negative experience: Not happy at all. I came in with a government voucher and it went to an absolute waste. The dentist was a bit rude and I got absolutely nothing done when I had booked in to get a filling done. The dentist said he didn't have time but I booked the appointment to get stuff done so I'm not sure why he said that. Just seems like they want to make you spend the most amount of money possible and have no care for the government vouchers. I definitely wouldn't come here.

Fantastic experience: Makes going to the dentist a tolerable experience . It’s not like getting tortured at all! Starting with the friendly and helpful reception team and ending with the dentist and assistant person. I highly recommend the Banksia Grove Family Dental Team!

Had everything thoroughly explained with options identified, procedure completed, and was out within an hour. Did not feel a thing, and the gap was reasonable. Fantastic experience: I have a ridiculous fear and anxiety of the dentist and I’ve never been keen to go unless I absolutely had too. I initially decided on BGDC as it was close, now however I will never go anywhere else. The staff and Drs are amazing, understanding that my fear is real for me, talking me through any procedure (even a scale and clean) so I know what’s happening. If you’re like me and have had childhood trauma from previous dentists … please consider BGDC. You won’t be disappointed. They simply are amazing.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely team. First time visiting this practice for a check up and clean and had a great experience. The team were very helpful with my baby who started crying in the pram whilst I was mid treatment, they took the pram and walked him around the practice a bit to help settle him so I could continue my treatment. The clean procedure was the most thorough clean I've had. Would highly recommend.

Pain eventually forced me to go!! The team at Banksia Grove were so supportive. They made me feel completely comfortable. My pain is resolved and they are now helping me get back my confident smile again. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to comment because I am actually petrified of the dentist however all the wonderful ladies at this practice made me feel so at ease. From the beautiful smiles and warm greetings the moment I walked in the door, to the lovely Dentist Jen and Nurse Sharon (hope I got the names correct) who calmed me down and explained everything wonderfully, it was a lovely visit to dentist. Fantastic experience: I’ve always had anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but the staff at BG Dental are amazing through and through! The lady I saw was very kind and made sure I was as comfortable as possible every step of the way. A friend of my daughter's, Jac, spoke very highly of this practice. I have a huge fear of the dentist so it was really really important to find one that would understand how I felt. I am so pleased that I found Banksia Grove Family Dental. The staff there were so good at helping to ease my nerves from the office manager right through to the dental nurse and the dentist.
