Negative experience: Not even deserve 1 star….I am very disappointed with the customer service at this place completely disrespectful & unprofessional approach try to never go back again. My 3:30 PM appointment for my kids was double-booked with someone else, which is unacceptable. They requested to wait for few minutes & After waiting 45 minutes which is not digestible, I was told we'd need to wait another 5 to 10 minutes, which is unfair for young children. What do you mean by confirmed appointment if have to wait for 60 minutes. While I appreciate the convenient location, the higher costs compared to other local dentists make this experience even more frustrating. I expected better for the price and hope they improve their scheduling in the future & respect timing confirmed specially when you with children’s.

Negative experience: Horrible company. Awful experience dealing with this company. I made an appointment online, and received confirmation of my appointment. The next day I received a phone call from them asking if it was just a general check up and cleaning, can I move my appointment to a different day as they only want to deal with bigger problems (obviously to make more money than my measly check up/ clean costs). When I advised that I couldn’t change the booking date because I am going away for two weeks, I was asked if I could wait for a call back. I said I couldn't really wait for a call back as I pretty much have to leave right now to make my appointment on time .. The response from the company was that they had to call me back because they had to see if the dentist had time to see me today (she also said, “which I really doubt she will”). I stated that she must have time to see me as I made the appointment and received confirmation of the appointment time, so why am I being shafted now? It ended with the receptionist completely talking over me and not listening to a word I said. They obviously will reply to this review with some kind of excuse but thats fine - If I can just help one person stay away from them, that’s great. Go ANYWHERE else. These people are horrible, completely unprofessional, and only care about you if they’re going to be able to charge you a fortune for a big job.

The removal was much faster then I expected to take out three teeth! I was made to feel very comfortable. Everyone I spoke too was lovely and well informed. The clinic was impeccably clean and equipped with the latest technology, which made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. Dr. Raman was exceptional. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.

Fantastic experience: 6 months pregnant and needed my wisdom tooth removed due to severe discomfort and infection. Dr Leela was by far the most patient and amazing dentist I have ever experienced. She was so kind, humorous, informed me of all the risks very clear and made the whole process so quick and easy I felt no pain whatsoever and didn’t even know she removed the tooth. Could not recommend winning smiles and Dr. Leela more than I could.
