Fantastic experience: My three daughters saw Dr Maged, and they were all a little bit nervous. By the time we started the check up he had completely calmed them down. Not just calmed them but he explained things to them in a way they would understand. 10/10 will take all five kids back to see him! To the point miss 8 was crying, himself and Katie said would you like to watch how it’s done, and said she could stand between them to see.

I could not speak more highly of the treatment received and the service of Hollie at reception. Excellent facilities and state of the art equipment used. Highly recommend Epsom Dental in Bendigo.

Fantastic experience: I feel like I've said it before, but it still applies; we ADORE Alyssa. I take my 5yo daughter here, and she genuinely gets excited when our 6 month check up arrives, because it means she gets to see Alyssa. Alyssa is so sweet, gentle, and kind. We were supported by Layla in our most recent visit too, and Layla is very friendly, but I can also see that the team gets along so well. Everyone is attentive and kind. If you have young children, 100% go to Alyssa. I'll be taking my youngest to see Alyssa soon enough too!

Fantastic experience: My children are new patients to Epsom Dental as I was looking for a place that was good with anxious children and that had new technology and skilled professionals to assist with some concerns I had. Dr Ashane is such a lovely young Dentist. He was so upbeat and positive when interacting with my two. I had one child who was teary and this quickly turned to smiles with how gentle he was and offering positive words. The purple toothbrush and stickers were a bonus too! I’m so pleased we made the change, as my concerns have now allowed us to seek preventative treatment. Highly recommend!

All this time we have been seen by Ken, who would have to be the best dentist that we have seen in our entire life. He is gentle and never does things that do not have to been done and does not rip you off. The office staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I could not recommend this dental surgery highly enough. It is just like one very happy family.

Fantastic experience: Iv been visiting Dr Ken at Epsom Dental for over 5 years now and always have the best experience. The clinic is always very clean, reception staff are lovely, services provided are top quality, parking is easy and if your in any pain they always give you an appointment within very reasonable time to help you out. Today I went in thinking I would probably need a filling and wanted to enquire about the cost and further information about veneers. Dr. Ken was very honest in saying I didn't need any fillings today and answered all my questions in depth, giving me multiple cost options to ensure there was an option to suit my needs. Iv always dreamed of having veneers done but after multiple horrible dental services in the past while I lived in Sydney, I was left way to scared to even consider it a possibility to undergo a service which wasn't absolutely necessary. Dr. Ken has always treated me so kindly and patiently and ensured I'm comfortable and in no pain which has really eased my fears over the years to a point I now believe I can go through a longer procedure that's a bit of a luxury as im now no longer scared to visit the dentist. A massive thank you to the whole Epsom Dental team, I can't recommend you highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Alissa Enscoe is a Dentist at Epsom Dental and is incredible. My son has Autism, a moderate intellectual disability and the bells and whistles that go along with that. He has major anxiety around needles and dentists but not with Alissa. He had a tooth removed today and didn't even know he had the dental injection. She also did a small filling for him and he sat through the entire procedure like a champion. I can't not praise Epsom Dental enough for their amazing people skills and dental work.

I was able to book an appointment in a timely manner and not wait months to be seen. The staff were friendly. The appointment itself went really well. My nervousness was met with understanding and I was listened to, given proper anaesthetic, and even given a lil stress ball. Everything was explained to me and I felt like I was in safe and capable hands.

All the staff are so professional and friendly, Dr Jordan is one amazing dentist and I’m so bloody happy with how my teeth are looking after Invisalign treatment and fillings. They were understanding throughout my fears and panic attacks and got me through over 12 months of invisalign treatment and have given me a new lease on life with my new smile.. I will never use any other dentist nor will I recommend anyone but Epsom Dental!

Negative experience: My partner had a tooth removed last year, the dentist left half the tooth in there. He paid upwards of 5k to have veneers and they haven't been glued on properly which has now resulted in his teeth becoming severely infected. This work should be remedied without cost as he has paid top dollar for a shocking service.
