I’ve always been afraid of the dentist but Dr Chang’s gentle treatment disperses any anxiety. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Chang. She communicates clearly and takes a genuine interest in the well being of her clients. Reception staff annd dental assistants are also very warm and friendly.

The clinic itself is clean and modern and the treatment room itself is decorated in a way that makes you feel like you aren't at the dentist. Fantastic experience: I didn’t realise this was a dentist practice until I went into the pharmacy next door. I had toothache and they recommended I came here. I thought I was a beauty salon! The receptionist Layra was delightful, warm and welcoming and I was able to see the dentist immediately. Dr Seinha is also very lovely and explained what the problem was with my tooth and my options. He was very gentle as well. I would go again. Nice clean and modern premises too with the latest equipment.

I’m quite nervous seeing a dentist and this was the first time I had zero pain during the entire procedure, not even having the anaesthetic injection! Fantastic experience: Being new to the area, I was looking to find a Dentist locally. My Neighbour had been going to Dr Hoang and recommended me to Dental Haus and I am glad that she did, as I have found Dr Seinha Hoang to be friendly, very professional, knowledgeable & gentle. Besides some normal fillings, Dr Hoang was able to assist me with a difficult extraction of a back molar. My molars tend to have the longest roots & have proved to be very challenging for previous Dentists. Not the case with Dr Hoang, this tooth came out in record time & all in one piece. Considering the tooth came out with the root being on a right angle, I was very impressed that Dr Hoang was able to extract the whole tooth in one piece, gently and in record time. Unfortunately, my experiences with other Dentist's were not as successful, as my experience was with Dr Hoang. I am sure you will find Dr Hoang & his friendly staff are more than happy to assist you with your dental requirements.

Fantastic experience: Wow! I struck gold with Dental Haus and more importantly, Dr Seinha Hoang. The clinic looks boujee and high class on arrival, and all the staff are beyond lovely and welcoming. Feels like first class all the way. ✈️ I’d just arrived on the Gold Coast on Sunday night. I’d had a weird feeling in a tooth for an hour or at the end of the drive. Barely minutes after getting out of the car a pain shot through my mouth, incomparable to anything I’d experienced. I was in absolute agony. I called emergency dental lines, but a few days before Christmas was not getting any response. After a sleepless night of coming and going pain I started calling dentists from 7:30am. After hearing “booked out” too many times to count, Dental Haus luckily had a cancellation if I could make it in 20 mins. Reception were so polite as I arrived and after quickly filling forms I was straight in to the Dr with dental nurse Taayla to assist. It is safe to say I have NEVER been so well informed in my life, and I told him that too! Dr Hoang talked through every step along the way. What he was, and wasn’t seeing. What I might be feeling or hearing before each action was taken. Continued to check I was ok and if I needed reassurance...I was genuinely trying not fall asleep! He was so meticulous with his work. He was honest about what may or may not work for my issue, and he didn’t try to upsell the most expensive procedure. He simply provided me with all the options and outlooks, and allowed me to decide. I just wanted to be able to eat Christmas lunch if truth be told! and here we are 2 days later on Christmas Eve able to eat pain free! And it wasn’t a Christmas miracle…it was the great work of Dr Hoang that has saved my Christmas. Thank you and Merry Christmas to the team at Dental Haus!
