Fantastic experience: I am travelling through and found this dentist and was able to get straight in for an emergency appointment. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist but was in that much pain i was happy to go in. Everyone was absolutely fantastic and respectful of my fear. Only dentist Ill ever go back to.

Negative experience: Absolute savages when cleaning teeth. Mouthful of blood & leave with dirty teeth. Mistake after mistake at this clinic. 3 chances too many. Terrible customer service too.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough for Dr Mysore and the staff at Burnett Dental/1300 Smiles. I have never felt at ease going to the dentist until my first visit here. Having multiple issues, I felt taken care of and no judgement. Can't recommend them enough, so much so that I will be going for regular visits from now on.

Negative experience: Very rough and disappointing outcome.

Negative experience: Generally have been happy with the practice, but extremely disappointed at Dr. Charlie's refusal to prescribe antibiotics before a dental procedure following heart surgery last year, despite my GP and Cardiologist recommending this prior to any dental work. Will not be returning to the practice as a patient.

Penny explained everything that was happening and what the noises meant during my son’s procedure. Negative experience: I arrived 20 minutes early for paper work. Then every person arriving even if they didn't have an appointment were seen before me. So I left. they only rang me after 45 minutes maybe noticing I would not wait any longer and there were no others to put in front of me. I feel they have forgotten that I'm the customer and not their servant.

Negative experience: I went here to see a dentist last wk as I was in EXTREME PAIN. I didn't ever think dental pain could be that bad. I had a dental appointment with my regular dentist in Brisbane in 5 days but explained it had become so bad I couldnt wait that long. The reception staff were perfect and extremely helpful. The dentist was rude, abrupt and completely uncaring. I paid $80 for her to look at where the pain was coming from then write me a prescription for antibiotics & tell me it should help with the pain in about 3 days. I asked if she could give me better pain killers and was treated like an addict after panadine forte. I asked her how I was supposed to work or even sleep in the much pain and she said, " what do you want me to do about it?". Then said go to emergency room if it hurts that much." No treatment was offered either. As soon as I went to the pharmacy to get my antibiotics the staff asked why the dentist didn't give me something for the pain and told me they usually do. Do not go here for any emergency treatment they won't help you at all! I had to see another dentist in Bundaberg a few hours later.

Negative experience: So the dentist I saw was nice but not helpful, cost me $80 for less than 5 minutes to tell me that where my pain is coming from that I haven't got any teeth there, I'm pretty sure that I know that. Then she tells me that I could be my wisdom teeth making the pain and that I need to get an X-ray, only thing is I had my wisdom teeth removed over 23 years ago and I told her that. So it was a total waste of time and money seeing them.

Fantastic experience: I was made to feel welcome as a first time customer, I was anxious as I'm not keen on Dental treatment, I was comforted and reassured during my treatment, explained step by step all the way, tooth extraction, filling had fallen out n tooth became brittle so there was abit of an effort to remove the tooth.. I had great service and well looked after.. I was in a lot of pain the night before they fitted me in first thing next morning.. After pay is welcome which helped me out heaps on short notice. I recommend 1300Smiles with no hesitation at all .. I appreciate and thank you 1300Smiles for taking good care of me .
