The clinic has easy parking access, the receptionist was very polite, and both the dentist and her assistant were absolutely wonderful. The space is also beautiful and very clean. The service was fairly priced, I wasn’t kept waiting, and I felt very confident in their care. As a result, I brought my husband the following week, and he also had only great things to say about the overall service. Congratulations to the team for delivering such high-quality care!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Ola Zaidan about my grinding of teeth and clenching as it was causing me extreme pain when eating and also had bad ear aches. I had a mouth guard to sleep with at night but I grinded right through it. She took the appropriate steps in ruling out sleep apnea. Once this was ruled out she spoke to me about Botox in the jaw and the benefits. I decided to give this a go as I could not bare the pain anymore. It was the best decision I made not only has my pain gone but I’m not grinding my teeth either. Dr Ola Zaidan uses only the very best Botox and ordered fresh for the procedure which was painless. Can’t thank her enough.

She has been gentle, kind, practical, and supportive. As a result I have seen amazing results and am extremely happy with my progress so far. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am undergoing an orthodontic treatment with Doctor Sandy at Smiles Unlimited at Gregory Hills. I am absolutely thrilled with my results. I have been using aligners to fill the gaps in my front teeth and I could see the results within few weeks of my treatment. Dr Sandy and staff are very friendly and made the process very comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Sandy for anyone who needs orthodontic treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have been having a lot of work done recently to correct years of neglect and I am so happy about the results and the speed at which Dr Nabil works. Had 2 wisdom teeth removed this week and the procedure was painless and quick.. didn't even hurt or swell up after. Special shoutout to rest of the the team especially Rania and Nicky.

Fantastic experience: Great experience today for wisdom teeth removal. The procedure was done so quickly, it was surprising honestly. Dr Nabil was thorough with his work and also gave me easy to follow instructions afterwards. it is 8:40pm right now and the removal was done at 1:30pm. The anesthetic took away all the initial pain and now after it has worn off it doesn't hurt in the slightest. I will highly recommend, all the workers were very nice to me, I definitely recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr Matthew is a FANTASTIC dentist! I went in for a routine check up & clean, that I had been avoiding due to tooth sensitivity & the pain cleaning usually causes. I had been seeing a different dentist for a few years but recalled the last few visits were quite rough and painful. I decided to give Smiles a go, and SO glad I did. I explained my concerns with Dr Matthew & he suggested a numbing gel to make the process more comfortable for me. I experience NO pain whatsoever, and he was very gentle & thorough. Dr Matthew was full of good advice & very friendly. My husband saw him the following week & only had good things to say also (and he's not a fan of dentists!). THANK YOU to Dr Matthew & the team at Smiles. We'll be back.

She also explained all the procedures and suggested some oral care options while valuing our insights as clients. The clinic has massive space and relaxing atmosphere. Negative experience: About 18 months ago I went there for a checkup and was told that I needed thousands of dollars worth of work and pressured into committing to getting it done at the time. When I told them I wanted to think about it they started asking me what I wanted to think about and started offering me payment plans etc. Very salesy. I didn't commit and went to HCF dentist for a 2nd opinion and found out that I didn't need any of the work that they claimed I needed and they were just trying to rip me off. Since then, I've been receiving text messages from them asking me to come back for a "routine dental appointment" and despite me texting back to remove me from their database and calling back after seeing HCF to tell them about my experience, they keep texting me. Please remove me from your database. I will not be returning to your practice. And I do not want your "Happy Birthday" message today. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ola is the best dentist I've visited so far. She was very patient and calm with daughter who was very scared and crying. She calmed her down and got all the work that needed to be done. We left the clinic very happy and my daughter was very confident and proud of herself that she got her teeth done.
