Fantastic experience: Thank you to all the staff I’ve encountered at my visits, they have all been so nice and reassuring. Needed to have extractions for dentures and understandably very anxious, Dr Ali did the extractions and was very understanding of my anxiety and was very gentle and reassuring. A better experience than I anticipated, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am a new client with Coastal Dental Care. I really got lucky getting Dr James Anderson as my dentist. He has a natural easy way about him that makes you feel confident in his abilities. Dr Anderson regulary checks on your comfort level during your procedure and makes adjustments to ensure the best for his patients. The ladies on the front desk help make this the best dental practice I have been to. The ladies are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Coastal Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: I had the most enjoyable experience at Coastal Dental Care. As a nervous client, Dr Ali made me feel at ease and relaxed. The girls on the desk and assisting were lovely and friendly. Nobody really loves going to the dentist, but this practice will change your mind.

Negative experience: The dentists are great. The booking system is awful. They needed to change the time or date on 4 out of 5 appts I booked over the 5yrs I was with them. When I'd finally had enough, getting them to send my records to another dentist was another nightmare.

Fantastic experience: My 2 kids saw Michaella today and she was absolutely magnificent with them. They are both under 5 and was able to comfortably sit through the checkup by themselves. She made them so comfortable and knew all spoke then through what was about to happen, gave them time to feel comfortable with what happens next and was so patient with them. Very thankful!

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice, I normally feel pretty anxious going to the dentist. Dr Rui Lee and her dental nurse were great and it has helped, my next visit I feel a lot better about it and actually lol forward to completing the plan put forward. All the staff there were all very friendly and professional.

She is patient, kind and caring, and above everything else, she is gentle!! My children also love seeing Miss Ally! They actually ask me when they are seeing her again! Fantastic experience: Dr Jacki extracted my wisdom teeth today. Having had a bad experience with the lowers when removed years ago, I was feeling nervous about the procedure. Have to say!! Amazing at what she does, didn’t even feel the needle on either side and she explained everything that I was going to happen so that there were no surprises! Negative experience: I am posting this review in hopes that this business will review their staff's performance and consider making some changes to the way they approach the public. We had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, but my daughter cannot attend as we have other commitments, and I was certain I had booked it during the school holidays. Nevertheless, they called me to confirm however i had to reschedule, the receptionist refused, and quite RUDELY stating it was because we were rescheduling again. The last time we had to reschedule was because my daughter was sick. I was 99% sure they wouldn't want her illness spreading in their clinic, and it wasn't an issue during that particular call. Today, I declined their offer to refer us to a pediatric dentist, as it's unnecessary and they could have just rebooked the appointment and we would have been there not a problem. I will never visit Coastal Dental again and will be informing everyone I know about my experience.

Fantastic experience: I am delighted with Dr Jackie Orbst. I had considerable pain due to my wisdom tooth. After Dr Jackie 's treatment the pain was relieved immediately. My condition is cerebral palsy and I have difficulty keeping still (like Parkinson's patients) which makes it particularly challenging for various treatments. Dr Jackie is amazing with me and I would highly recommend this dental practice 100%.
