Fantastic experience: As a HBF preferred dentist cost was much more reasonable than our previous dentist - the dentist explained all of my options very clearly and I didn’t feel pressured. Also the dentist I saw was the dentist that provided the work I wasn’t referred to a colleague as at a previous place.

Negative experience: While the dentist cleaned my teeth alright and the receptionist was pleasant, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The cleaning felt very rushed. and I felt pressured into getting X-rays, despite my clear refusal and recent good results from my last x-ray. I explained this and he was still pushy on getting an x-ray. The hard sell for additional services was off-putting, and to top it off, the final bill was significantly higher than the initial quote I received, making the whole visit feel like a rip-off.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with my experience at Aveley Dental. When I arrived with my mum, the receptionist was lovely but the the dentist was immediately rude and dismissive toward her, asking her to leave due to a faint scent of cigarette smoke—something I couldn’t even detect. The way it was handled was uncalled for and completely disrespectful then tried to silence me for standing up for her as it's no way to talk to a lady and abuse the no abuse policy to try to shut me down/ gaslight me into complying and to further silence me Before the procedure, the dentist attempted to charge me $120 for an in-house X-ray, which I couldn’t afford. He never mentioned that I could’ve gone to SKG in Midland for a bulk-billed dental X-ray, which would have saved me a lot of money. This felt like an unnecessary upsell when he should’ve been upfront about all options available. To top it off, he told me he couldn’t even proceed with the treatment because my tooth had a hook on it—something that should’ve been identified earlier. My time and my mum’s were completely wasted, and the entire experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation was deeply upsetting. Would not recommend Aveley Dental if I could give 0 stars I would. Update: I later (after 4–5 weeks) went to Morley Dental, where the dentist properly assessed my situation. I’ve now been referred to the hospital for surgical removal of a wisdom tooth and to an orthodontist for a displaced front tooth — both issues that were completely missed or dismissed by Aveley Dental. This has reinforced my view that my original experience wasn’t just unprofessional, but also dismissive of legitimate health concerns. Around a week later, I also developed severe gum inflammation, to the point I couldn’t eat solid food. I can’t confirm if this was directly related, but it’s concerning that I left the initial appointment feeling ignored and without any advice or follow-up. -0/10

Fantastic experience: The Dentist was really good I think he explained things very well and did a really good job on taking precaution and explained things step by step in detail with the thooth I myself was Abit silly not eating enough and not having enough fluids in my system and felt little light headed and drowsy from the anesthesia but otherwise the Aveley dental team was great in taking care and of me thanks dental team i would highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: Hi there, I cannot recommend the staff an treatment at the Aveley Dental Clinic enough. I moved to Australia 3 yeats ago and was lucky to become a patient at this Clinic. My dentist is professional, kind and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist is very gentle and very thorough. The admin team are friendly and personable and make me feel welcome on each visit. I an really happy with the high quality, skilled cared I receive from the team at Aveley Dental.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my work done so far on my teeth at Aveley Dental. I have found the team there including the receptionist, the dental nurses and the dentists all to be very proficient and thorough. They use the latest tech available to see what's going on, best of all though, no pain!

Fantastic experience: Great little local dental clinic, staff are friendly and facilities are modern. I've had braces and I clench my teeth so in the past I've had retainers and guards done with a traditional mold and I always gave up wearing them, but at Aveley Dental they use a cool 3D scanner and just email the files to the manufacturer. The night guard they made for me a couple of years ago is so comfortable that I wear it every single night.

From the friendly greeting by receptionist, to the most gentle dentist! Rebecca, amazing,Very caring with 8 yr old, who was surprised, when he found out , his tooth had already been removed! Thank you all so much. I highly recommend! Who would have thought a visit to the dentist could be described as pleasant. So friendly, I was put at ease as soon as I walked in the door. And didn't break the bank either! Thank you so much, I will be back, hopefully not too soon!

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from a toothache over the weekend. On Sunday i looked up Aveley Dentist and was able to chat to someone on the website. They were excellent in their manner giving me an emergency appt. The staff and Dentists I met today were just awesome, and very understanding of my emergency and asked me to start antibiotics and come back for an extraction. From the moment I sat in the dentist chair I felt looked after. I can’t believe I am looking forward to going back for the extraction. It’s a wonderful feeling of being in safe hands. ❤️Sharon

Fantastic experience: I’ve avoided going to the dentist for years. The longer I left it the more embarrassed I became. My teeth aren’t bad and I know the importance of dental hygiene, I just kept putting it off. I bit the bullet and attended Aveley Dental last week. Dr Seerat Aneja and her assistant Rachel were amazing, totally put me at ease and were very friendly and professional. The receptionist (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was the same, she handled the account and rebooking with professionalism, courtesy and a friendly chat. I would definitely recommend this clinic 100%

Fantastic experience: I am happy to have found Dr. Patel as our dentist especially for my 7 yr old child, Graciela. He is always very gentle and patient with children that are scared to go through procedures. His calm voice always gives assurance to both child and parent that cleaning teeah or pulling out a tooth is not that painful. The staff Zee and Zoe is very warm and accommodating. They find ways to make appointments convenient too. We are happy clients of Aveley dental. ☺️

Fantastic experience: We always get the highest quality of service from staff - from reception, to the dentist, hygienist and everyone. Everyone is just so lovely and nice to me and my family. Our kids love seeing Dr. Patel because he is gentle and very friendly. His assistants are all caring too, ensuring we are still doing okay during entire sessions. I had so many checks and procedures done, and I can’t recommend them enough as pricing and service are really amazing. I recently had an appointment with Mabel, the hygienist, and she is very lovely too!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Dr Patel is amazing. I have recently become a patient after reading other reviews and I’m nothing shot of extremely impressed and very grateful. I had an adhesive restoration done on two teeth requiring local anaesthetic. Dr Patel is so gentle and I never felt a thing when he did the injections which I was a little nervous about. The whole procedure was completely pain free with Dr Patel and his lovely assistant regularly checking on my welfare. It was actually a nice relaxing experience! A very thorough and professional team including Zoe the lovely receptionist who is extremely helpful. If you are after a pleasant professional and thorough dental experience you will find it at Aveley Dental.
