I was warmly welcomed by the reception team, and the clinic was running right on time—no wait at all. Dr. Abdulkarim was calm, patient, and communicated everything clearly throughout the procedure. I felt completely at ease and experienced zero discomfort. This was by far the best dental visit I’ve ever had, and I can’t recommend Vinnova Dental enough!

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Vinnova Dental. I shared that I was autistic and had anxiety and requested a few small accommodations to improve my experience and the staff were enthusiastic and helpful. I asked that the dentist explain what he was doing/about to do throughout the procedure so I could mentally prepare and if he could keep smalltalk to a minimum. Dr Abdo was absolutely lovely about respecting my requests and also asked me if I was okay with him proceeding frequently throughout the exam and scale. He was very professional with the exam and scale while still being friendly and accommodating. The receptionist Katherine was a standout as she had a fantastic personality and felt very warm and inviting. She made booking and checking out a pleasant experience. I personally also appreciated that she gave clear directions for parking and where the back door entrance to reception was. Her authentic friendliness really reduced my anxiety levels and I will be going back in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing/ following Dr Baisani for a number years both previously and at his Thurgoona practice. I feel confident regarding his expert skills but also his advice which is practical and honest. He has referred me to good specialists as needed.

The dentist took her time explaining everything and provided different options as well as being so gentle. I had such a positive experience for someone who struggles to get over the dental visit fears, I would recommend anyone to choose this place.

I contacted Regan through Facebook after hours about a few concerns I had after a recent extraction done at another dental clinic. Regan was so knowledgeable and helpful. She spent 30 minutes on the phone with me going through after care instructions and giving me advice. I was so thankful that she took the time out of her night to make sure I was fully informed about what to expect and how to handle it. I would highly recommend anyone to listen to her expertise in dental as she might have just saved me from the dreaded hot pocket.

Fantastic experience: Caring and friendly staff from the moment I entered to the moment I left and even after with a next day phone call to see how I was. I was nervous for the extraction but the process was pretty much painless. Also not as costly as what I thought either considering within the hour I had an xray and the extraction. Needs 10 stars.

Fantastic experience: I’m a person who’s genuinely terrified of dentists and was prepared to never ever have my broken molar extracted, despite not eating and horrible pain…until I was referred to the amazing team at Vinnova Dental! They were all incredibly informative, supportive, kind, patient and I never once felt like a burden to them or their time like I have with previous dental clinics. I’m still a big scaredy-cat but I no longer fear future dental needs nearly as much knowing I’ll be very well taken care of at Vinnova Dental Wangaratta

Fantastic experience: All round good dentist. Had trouble getting scans from the clinic I used to go to before moving into town, and the staff really helped - saved me an extra X-Ray for no reason. Dentist great and clear on how I can best look after my teeth. Will be going back.

From the super friendly reception- Katherine to the highly professional team you will be looked after with no judgement, no pain and have every option explored to suit your needs.
