Fantastic experience: Took our 2 yo Casper to the dentist for an assessment due to a fall he had. I could not fault the excellent service we received from the lovely Dr Maggie Ao. She was so caring and patient and gave us all the information we required and after the consult Casper received a lovely child dental pack kit which definitely cheered the little patient up!

Fantastic experience: Dr Dee was recommended to me awhile ago - I’d had a lot of work done on my teeth over the years and needed a second opinion on a major amount of work that needed doing, including crown repairs, fillings and possible extractions….,. This was when I visited Dr Dee’s Dental Clinic. From the word go, she put me at ease, explained everything that was required , and after taking X-rays , gave me a timeline of what, when and how the treatment was to be done . All the treatment was done with the minimum amount of fuss and very careful attention to detail. I’m so pleased with the results and no longer have any fear or trepidation when visiting the dentist . The experience from bookings to reminders to on time appointment to in clinic room treatment to post follow up was seamless and amazing. However, the ladies at Aspendale Gardens Dental Care were warm, welcoming and incredibly kind. Dee made sure to explain everything that she was doing before and during my procedure, as well as checking in regularly with me to make sure I was okay. At no point did I feel uncomfortable. The team here are absolute professionals, not only in their practice but in their approach, understanding the vulnerability of their patients and taking care to assuage their fears and discomfort. They're absolute queens.

Fantastic experience: If you have dental anxiety, this is the clinic for you! My last appointment was scheduled to be in March 2020 but was cancelled due to impending restrictions. I finally worked up the courage to book an appointment this month and was worried to hear the clinic had changed hands in that time - but my worry was entirely unfounded! I have a phobia of dental work but Dr Aisha and her lovely assistant made me feel very calm, and made sure I was OK at multiple stages through my check-up and clean. I had my first ever fillings done as well, and the whole process was super easy and low-stress. The clinic even followed up by phone a few days later to make sure everything was OK. This is a fantastic clinic with incredible staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking top quality care.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for the wonderful care you gave me last Tuesday. I have a real bad anxiety about dentist's. Little bit of valium earphones, loud music (in my ears) and squishy ball all help, but the care and understanding from Deepa and her assistant were exceptional. Checking right through the appointment I was coping and explaining everything and being very patient with me. Booked for check up in 6 months and can't say I won't be anxious but know I am in safe, understanding hands will help.
