Fantastic experience: My crown came loose on a Thursday evening and even though there were no appointments available the next day, Dr N Minty went out of his way to juggle appointments and managed to fit me in a little earlier than usual. By 9am on the Friday the crown was back in place. This "old school" service is rarely noticed these days. Dr Minty and his team are extremely professional. Give Wattle Grove Dental a try next time you need any dental work done, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I visited this clinic for my youngest son’s yearly checkup & clean yesterday. In the other clinic, most male dentists were hurry works & seems busy to answer parents questions. I’d been told to search special dentist for little kids few years ago. But not a dentist here. Dr Naeem Minty is a gentle & care-approach one. He answered the whole of Mum’s questions :) Will be back for regular checking/cleaning, as my current insurance have no gap here.

Fantastic experience: This was the easiest and cheapest visit to a dentist I have ever had. I thought I would need an extraction. How ever due to the full moth x-ray Dr Ehsan was able to find that the pain was being caused by another tooth that had decay. No extraction, no root canal, just a minor filling. Could not be happier

The girls who work here are genuine and friendly. Give them a call! ****2022 Highly recommend Dr Minty and his team - he is very gentle and has a great relaxed energy. I have been going to Dr Minty for the last couple of years, he has never ripped me off and said I needed work done just for the sake of it. Seriously give him a try and you won't be scared of the dentist anymore =)

Fantastic experience: Dr Mahmoud Was so amazing to get my wisdom teeth out, it’s a very daunting procedure. Before I had them taken out I was explained all the after care and all hiccups that could happen with healing the process and made me feel less anxious, also during he reassured that everything was going okay and asked if I was okay it was something that made an unpleasant procedure actually not too bad for me! I’m not stressed or worried to get the other 2 taken out. Thank you wattle grove dental care and all staff, always so polite and helpful and Dr Mahmoud, it’s always a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Absolute pleasure to visit Dr.Minty. Unfortunately, I have had necessary dental visits from the age of nine due to an accident and have always dreaded the sound of a Dentist! Dr.Minty has helped me with dental issues I had and now it's come down to regular checkups and cleans. The cleans are not painful as what I experienced before. Plenty of parking at the new Wattle Grove shopping centre right infront of the surgery. Keep up the good work! Another filling done today, painless and for the first time ever, I'd didn't opt for local anaesthesia. Good, honest advice is hard to find and very much appreciated. Thanks Doc.

Negative experience: Complete waste of time and money. They did not help my 6 year old who had teeth pain. Told me a bunch of false information and then referred me to one of “their” paediatric dentist who did not have an appointment available for 5 months. I took my 6 year old son here as he was complaining of teeth pain. The female dentist did all kinds of inspections, X-rays and other tests to jack their bill up. The dentist then told me that she is referring me to a specific paediatric dentist. She told me about the required procedures which will take only 5 minutes but (for some unknown reason) they cannot do it themselves. Also assured me that their specific paediatric dentist participate in children's medicare rebate program and there will be no out of pocket expenses. Turned out it was totally false information. The first available appointment with the paediatric dentist was 5 months away and that paediatric dentist did not participate in medicare bulk billing. They had to do a full consultation again and charge specialist rates for it. Moreover they will make their own treatment plan and dont really have to care about this dentist treatment suggestion. In other words I went to this centre for nothing except handing them some money and getting some false information in return. Later I was told by the “friendly” receptionist (she was actually friendly) that I did not waste anything by visiting this clinic as I would have required a referral from a dentist anyway to see a paediatric dentist and paediatric dentists cannot not see patients without a referral. A big fat lie again as no referral is required to see their own paediatric dentist. I asked for the X-rays etc to be send to me. The “friendly” receptionist reply was “I cannot send you anything until the electronic funds transfer is complete and money is received into our account which may take a few days”. Like seriously how ridiculous is that comment. She did however send me the result relatively quickly. I recommend people with small children ask all the above questions before going to this practice. They only told me about one paediatric dentist (I still wonder why) but since then I have made my research and found many others. I also managed to find an earlier appointment. It might be a good idea to book an appointment directly with a paediatric dentist for small kids rather than spending your money twice. And many of them dont need referrals.

I’ve consulted with a few other dentists before went to see Dr. Minty but didn’t feel comfortable. Anyway I found him very polite, gentle, professional and caring. He explained everything about the procedure beforehand. I felt confident and decided to proceed. I can tell you that I made the right decision, now at least I have one less annoying thing to worry about. I recommend him for his great services .

I had a tooth removed and my treatments would normally be done sleep dentistry due to anxiety. Even a de scaling, I would try to rip the chair arms off. The treatment and after care is second to none. This was my best ever dentist visit experience with painless treatment. I cannot speak highly enough of Wattle Grove Dental.
