Fantastic experience: Nathan did a great cosmetic job on my chipped front teeth. He made sure they were perfect for my daughter’s wedding and I could not have been happier with the results and the photos! Very professional and helpful Dentist who I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nathan Le is an absolute genius in his field and so well respected for his avant garde approaches that stems from fixing dental/ortho issues from the ground up. I’ve been to many dentist who have turned me away because the complexity of the work needed (I have no enamel) to widen my arch/smile, bring forward my lower jaw to correct my bite and the risks of losing current veneers and crowns and more! Dr Le spearheads adult orthodontic work and sources quality orthodontics appliances globally, he plans complex treatment plans which he simplifies effortlessly to his clients. I know he has clients flying in from overseas to have his support on complex cases like mine. I’m so very lucky that Dr Le has taken on my case where other dentist have said “it’s unaffordable” or “too complex” but nothing is impossible with Dr Le and he has genuinely priced tailored packages and flexible payment plans options to make big dental work possible.

Negative experience: I saw one of the dentists here around 4 months ago for 3 fillings. The fillings were absolutely excruciating, and since then I haven’t been able to eat anything without pain or discomfort in my teeth. The dental surgery has blamed my TMJ disorder for the pain, despite that it began directly after the fillings, has no relation to my jaw, and I’ve never experienced this kind of pain in the 17 years that I’ve had TMJ problems. It seems to me that the dentist triggered a neuralgia, but rather than taking any responsibility they instead charged me for 2 follow-up appointments to ‘fix’ the issue, told me the pain had no relation to the work they had done, and offered no further help. I’m now stuck with pain every single time I eat and have no idea what to do.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Dr Nathan Lee for my daughter’s braces. Today she had them removed and we are more than happy with the results achieved. At Birth, we were notified for both our children that they had tongue and lip ties. Whilst doctors and hospital staff advised that neither should be an issue we decided to do further research and were recommended by friends to visit Best Western Dental. Dr Nathan Le was very informative and knowledgeable and made us feel extremely comfortable and confident to go ahead with the procedure. We were so happy with the service provided for our first daughter, that we booked our second daughter in straight away. I would recommend that if advised your child has either tie, to visit Dr Nathan Le as there are many benefits for your child once fixed and he is the best in the business. Once you meet him you can tell he only wants the best outcome for his patients and is extremely professional and caring.

He explained every step he was doing and didn’t mind re explaining things we didn’t understand and he was also patient with us with all the questions we had. Fantastic experience: Dr Nathan Lee was absolutely amazing! We were having issues with my 5 week old having extremely bad gas issues after feeding and we were unable to settle him after his bottle and he was leaking milk all out of his mouth. He also had a bad latch on the breast and when he did latch it hurt. At the hospital at birth the paediatrician said our son had a lip tie and it wouldn’t affect anything until he started getting teeth and to get it checked then. After some talk with other mums I ended up booking with Best Western Dental to see Dr Nathan Lee to get his lip tie checked. He explained that if they have one tie they usually have multiple. My son ended up having top and bottom lip ties, a tongue tie and top cheek ties that we decided to get lasered off with Dr Lee after he explained all the issues ties can cause now and in the long run for my sons health and development. The laser only took 5-10mintues. My son is now one week post laser and we had our follow up appointment and all is healing well. Not only that his gas has improved and I am able to put him down I the bassinet after a feed, he’s latching and breast feedings well, he isn’t making a mess with his bottle when bottle feeding. Thank you so much!!!! I highly recommend Best Western Dental and regret not going sooner.

Fantastic experience: We saw Dr Le for my 5yr old. He confirmed he has a narrow high arch palate and had an expander made, this has changed my son’s life! He can now breath better, gets good sleep, behaviour issues decreased, better immune system, dark circles, picky eating, asthma, allergies- all are much better in 5months! You need to get your child checked out for airway issues. His expander has helped his little sensory system so much, he wouldn’t be diagnosed with ADHD now, I’m certain he would have 6 months ago. Thank you Dr Le for listening to me and helping us! We need to get more kids with concerned parents through your door, and onto the help they deserve.

I had major work after knocking three teeth out, I had root canal work and crowns done. He and his staff are so professional and I can honestly say I never felt a needle for numbing in all the visits we had. It was a long process but now they look wonderful and I have been complemented many times on my front teeth. Great experience, as I have been to a-lot of different dentist over the years. If you love and respect your teeth , go to Nathan and be completely happy.

Negative experience: My wife went through a lot of pain due to unprofessionalism of Dr. Lee for months. 1. Dr. Lee got her into a plan to get jaw expander so can install two dental implants without clearly informing her. She went though excruciating pain for months due to that and not knowing why she had to get it in the first place. When I went with her to check he apologised he failed to inform her before the start of treatment. 2. Two months into putting braces for her, he mentioned he don’t know how he forgot to get wisdom teeth out before putting in the braces. 3. He convinced my wife that she had lip tie and tongue tie which was not the case and luckily I stopped my wife in time. 4. He was using braces material which I showed to my personal orthodontist that it is no longer used and not a good quality at all. 5. After researching we found out, Dr. Lee is not an orthodontist so he shouldn’t be putting in braces in the first place. He gets his ortho plan from an agency in US. 6. I am an IT professional in healthcare industry and I noticed the vendors equipment he is using in his surgery, i have never seen in any of my clients surgery. Hi has Porsche SUV and his surgery is setup in small home which clearly explains aim is not patient care but earning bucks. 7. We got him to remove her braces and he have not refunded a single dollar. We paid him around $3k to start the treatment. I am honestly disappointed that these kind of healthcare professionals are ripping off innocent patients and getting away with it.

Fantastic experience: Booked a consultation with Dr Le for my 2 week old baby’s lip tie. Despite being told she doesn’t have any ties, I wanted a second opinion due to her not feeding properly and I’m so glad I did. Turns out she had 3 ties which went unnoticed by multiple midwives, the hospital paediatrician and my GP! Dr Le is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything in detail & I felt 100% confident and comfortable with doing the procedure on the same day. Dr Lee and his staff were super gentle with my girl. We had our 1 week checkup today and everything is healing perfect! Couldn’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Really great experience from the start. My son had several ties in his mouth. Saw Dr Le when he was 1 and was feeling a bit nervous. Dr Le explained everything very thoroughly and explained how my son would benefit from having all 4 of his ties released. Showed us where the ties were and what we needed to do post procedure. Very happy with the result. Will be coming back with future children to have them assessed as well.

Fantastic experience: A week ago I brought my 3 month old son to Dr Le to get my sons tongue and lip ties revised. I was super nervous at first but after hearing many positive stories from friends who have taken their babies to Dr Le I decided to go ahead with it. It was difficult to go through with and the first day my son was uncomfortable and sore however he has improved so so much! He is now feeding better and longer, having longer stretches of sleep and is just a happier baby overall! Definitely happy with our experience with Dr Le, I definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr lee and the team at best western were so helpful and caring in regards to my sons lip and tongue tie. From consultation, to the procedure and the follow up they were were amazing!

Fantastic experience: Our son Oliver is nearly 2 and needed a tongue tie and two lip ties corrected, which we were told he didn’t have when he was born. Due to his age we were unsure if they would be able to do the procedure, however Dr Le and his team were able to repair all three at the time of consult, so we were especially great full he didn’t have to go through it twice or have to be referred for general anaesthesia. The tongue exercises became quite difficult and we were very worried the tongue would reattach, however in our recheck appointment we were shown that they were healing very well, which was a major relief. We were astonished with the before and after photos that were taken before our eyes, as we didn’t realise how bad his ties were. Would highly recommend for young children and adults alike as the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and great with kids. Despite Oliver being (understandably) distressed and upset during the procedure, he was more than happy to go back and interact with the staff which says a lot.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nathan Le cut my 2 week old daughter’s tongue tie. He explained the process and outcome to us in great deal during the consult and afterwards proceeded with the procedure which lasted all of ten minutes. We are very happy with the outcome and noticed a difference in feeding, reflux and gas almost instantly.

Fantastic experience: My newborn son had a severe lip and tongue tie. We called on a Tuesday afternoon at 4.50pm and were told to come in the next morning at 8.30am. When we expressed our gratitude for fitting us in so quickly, Dr Le told us he understood how important it was to laser it ASAP so baby could latch for breastfeeding. He was efficient and kind. It was obvious he was very experienced and took time and care with our precious boy. I am so relieved it was taken care of so quickly and we are now happily breastfeeding with perfect attachment. Thank you to all staff who were compassionate and attentive.

The whole team is experienced and professional and I never had to wait to be seen for my appointments always on time, which is a must when life is busy. Tanisha always made me feel welcome and I enjoyed our chats. Can not recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Dr Le and the team at Best Western enough! My dental implant fell out and they managed to fit me in and fix it the same day. He even fixed my front teeth so they were straight too. I literally can't stop looking at them Super appreciate that they go above and beyond for their customers. Fantastic experience: I had come in for a difficult tooth extraction and was seen by Dr. Nathan Le. The tooth had broken in my gum, the procedure performed was virtually painless and I only took 3 pain killers after the appointment. I cannot speak highly enough about Nathan Le and the work he does.

Fantastic experience: Today I had the amazing dentist Edward, in the past I had very traumatic events with other dentist i walked in with anxiety and fear of having a tooth extraction done. Edward walked me through everything from start to finish gave me options on how to proceed with my extraction and made me feel at ease at all times throughout the extraction Edward talked to me and kept me calm.The staff are very friendly, I have now found a dentist who will take care of his patients in anyway possible. I walked out with a smile on my face and will be returning very soon.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Edward and the dental assistant ( so sorry forgot her name) For your help yesterday, I had the most traumatic dentist exproisence earlier in the day l, left absolutely mortified overwhelmed and in severe pain from the procedure I had, I called my mum in tears and asked her to call best western dental because I had heard so many great experiences from people. The receptionist advised that they were fully booked but spoke to Edward who squeezed me in later in the afternoon, when I arrived the team at best western dental were so caring and helpful and I felt so comfortable in the care of Edward, my dental problem was fixed and everything was explained. I left feeling so much relief and comfort knowing I had a great experience I can not thank you enough and I will be recommending you to everyone I know. Words can not express how thankful I am that the team turned one of the most traumatic, painful and emotional days into a better one knowing I had been well cared for
