Fantastic experience: I’ve always had great professional experiences with fillings and cleans with this dentist and I recently decided to have some crowns done so I wanted to do some research and get some more quotes from other dentists. I had 6 done and this is not cheap at any dentist so I visited many many to get prices and a feel for the service and the clinic and eventually decided on Newstead Smiles to have this done also and I could not be happier. Great care was given and everything was explained and done to the highest standard and I could not be happier. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr Emad and his team enough! I saw Dr Emad for advice to correct a few minor cosmetic issues in the lead up to my wedding. Where other dentists had quoted me over three times as much, Dr Emad worked with me to find a solution that worked for my budget, my timeline and my lifestyle. He was incredibly detailed and was never judgmental. Importantly, I never felt any pressure to buy or “fix” more than exactly what I wanted. The experience was exceptional from start to finish, and I’m so happy with my results!

Negative experience: Never again! I just wanted to have my reiteigner glue it back on a loose spot. It took him 40 minutes to glue the spot properly (he removed it twice and glued it back on and when I went out and looked at the tooth in the mirror, I saw that a piece of the tooth had broken off! I was shocked and went back. When I was able to talk to the dentist, he just said with a gloating grin that it wasn't him. Hard to believe. He fiddles with the tooth for 40 minutes and then says it wasn't him. Who does he think he is, just because he's a doctor? He can be glad that I don't report him for assault, I mean the front tooth is immediately noticeable. So one day later, the reiteigner is loose again.

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing a client to Newstead Smiles and Dr Emad and Jasmin have been nothing but amazing! My client was a little nervous to begin with, but has been made feel totally at ease on each visit thanks to their patience, friendliness and professionalism. The clinic is always spotless and we are always greeted with a warm smile from the lovely ladies at the front! Amazing place to visit if you don’t typically enjoy going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my first appointment at Newstead Smiles with Dr Salman and what a great experience. From the moment my hand touched the door handle, I was greeted by the team that obviously love their job. The banter was fun and genuine as I wanted in their beautiful reception on a velvet lounge designed for a luxury hotel, not a dental surgery. As I waited the team were busy on the phones and almost by magic, I was whisked into the treatment room on time. Comfortable and relaxed is not a feeling I often associate with Dentist visits and it continued as I met the man behind the mask. Knowledgeable, friendly and clearly a caring guy, he talked me through the reading of my teeth before the clean and polish. His attention to detail is exactly what I’d expect from a dentist with his experience as they tentatively took care of teeth. Like paparazzi there were a few photographs of my smile, my teeth and before I knew it, the visit was over with a little gift bag to take home. Out of 3 dentists I went to looking for opinions he was the only one who seemed to care about my actual real teeth.
