Negative experience: I’ve been to many dentists over the years and unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had. I came in simply for a check-up and clean with no pain or dental concerns. However, I was charged $330 — including $50 for facial and dental photos taken with a standard photography camera, something I’ve never encountered at any other dental practice. What concerned me most was being told I suddenly needed four fillings, despite not having any symptoms and not having had a filling in over 10 years. I saw my regular dentist in Brisbane just six months ago, and they raised no issues. I will definitely be getting a second opinion. The recommended treatment plan felt excessive and profit-driven, and I left feeling taken advantage of. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Front desk staff was super friendly, I requested an earlier appointment as my wisdom teeth were hurting more than expected and they accommodated for that, ensuring I was 100% comfortable with any changes.

Negative experience: I visited this dental office for a tooth infection. After a very quick examination, I was simply told that they couldn’t do anything and that I needed to see a specialist. I ended up paying $150 just for a prescription and a referral. Two days later, I saw another dentist who took the time to treat the infection and provided a much more thorough diagnosis. I’m disappointed with the level of care I received here — I expected a more serious evaluation, especially for that price.

I’ve searched for years to find a dentist that actually is gentle when cleaning teeth and they truly lived up to that expectation and their word. The premises are very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was amazing and explained the costings, the dentist explained everything that was to be done in full detail. The scale and clean was exceptional, very gentle which meant no squirming by me. You also get to choose something on Netflix as a screen is on the ceiling so is great to watch. I was so comfortable here having dental work done i booked in for teeth whitening and the outcome far exceeded my expectations absolutely fantastic and well worth the it If you need any work done no matter how small - please give then a call - you won’t regret it

I have never felt so comfortable with any other dentist before and I have seen many dentist in the past. The girls at the reception are absolutely amazing and all the dentist and dental staff. Negative experience: Poor service from staff and management. Glad I didn't get as far as an appointment, goodness knows what the outcome would have been. Don't waste your time. I got mucked around for two weeks, causing further damage to a broken tooth, then couldn't get an appointment. Should never have wasted my time.

Fantastic experience: Dr Su Lin has been my dentist for many years and there is a very good reason for this. She undertakes her role with enthusiasm, a caring nature and above all professional integrity. I have always received the highest level of dental treatment from Dr Su Lin, including general checkups, a dental implant and wisdom teeth removal. Last year I required a dental crown and due to unfortunate personal circumstances, it was necessary to get this work undertaken by another dentist. This crown had a few issues (sensitivity, incorrect colour and slightly proud). I sought the opinion of another local dentist and was told that a root canal would be required, as it would be too difficult for him to replace this crown. I decided to delay the replacement until I could travel to Perth and seek an opinion from Dr Su Lin. Dr Su Lin accessed the task of replacing the crown and although it was a tricky procedure, it would be possible if the tooth decay within the faulty crown hadn’t progressed to the root. Fortunately, due to Dr Su Lin’s skill and experience the crown was replaced without any issues, it now looks and feels like any other tooth.

Fantastic experience: The team are always so caring, friendly and professional! I’d recommend this practice to anyone, and especially if you have anxiety about going to the dentist or a procedure like wisdom teeth extraction.
