Fantastic experience: Great little clinic with a lovely team. Brendan is a great dentist, very thorough and patient. Would recommend.

Negative experience: So incredibly disappointed with CP Dental. I'm not one to usually give negative reviews, but feel other parents need to read this. My husband has been a client for 30 years since he was just 8 years old and our family for the past 15 years consistently. We have generally had a great experience and even recommended the clinic to family friends who are now clients. This afternoon my son who is almost 3 fell and really hurt his mouth leaving one of his baby teeth very loose and wobbly. I called CP Dental to book him an appointment to check the tooth. The receptionist turned us away and wouldn't book him an appointment because he wasn't an existing client and was "too young" and told me to go to a kids paediatric dentist instead. I found this all very confusing (and upsetting in our time of need) as we have taken my eldest child to CP Dental consistently since he was 2 years old - they even saw him when he had a fall at school to check for any damage. I'm not sure if CP Dental has had a recent change in management, but it's definitely not the same anymore. My husband's recent visit was very unsatisfactory with them trying to charge an extra $200 on what he received a quote for - but I won't even get into that now. All this to say, it seems that CP Dental are not a family friendly dental clinic anymore which is really disappointing. We will be going somewhere that can take care of our whole family and not turn us away.

Fantastic experience: As always, great service and caring staff. I have been attending CP dental for over a decade and have never had an issue. All staff are welcoming, professional and put you at ease.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending CP Dental Group at Coopers Plains for most of my life and have always had a great experience there. Even under new ownership and management, the level of service is great. I always feel comfortable, the team are very friendly and welcoming, and the cost is reasonable even if I've used all my private health extras cover for the year. Eshaan was great with my check-up and clean, was an excellent communicator, and gave some really helpful tips to help keep me on top of my dental health.

Negative experience: The first doc I saw said I had a wisdom tooth issue which upon the second consult by the specialist cleared the fact that it wasn’t.

Positive experience: My daughter has a big phobia of the dentist, the thought of having drills, needles etc freak her out big time, we have tried many dentist and we have not been happy so we decided to try CP Dental as our son has been going for his braces. My daughter saw Adrian yesterday, he was such a delight, he was talking to my daughter about everything he needs to do and going threw all the steps and while making light of things and joking around, he made my daughter feel very comfortable and relaxed and i thank him for that, my daughter has come a long way when it comes to the dentist still got a way to go but small steps and thanks to Adrian she is happy to keep going back to see him.for her regular check up and clean. I would highly recommend Adrian to anyone.

As someone who is quite nervous and anxious when it comes to going to the dentist, he made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. So very disappointed with the new dentist even though it was free checkup, my wife and I both went back to CP and could not be happier with the level of professionalism and service. Well done Alice, Brendan and the team!

Fantastic experience: Had.some pain ten days after having wisdom tooth removed by a dental surgeon, suggestion from the surgeon was the pain may have been the tooth next to the one removed maybe decay. After a quick look and an X-ray, no decay was found that would cause the pain, reviewed my medication, suggested over the counter pain medication, to come back in a couple of weeks to let stitchers desolve and to have a clean because the mouthwash I was given to use had caused staining, otherwise a clean bill of health. Minimum charge, very happy. First time I have been there.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists but, honestly, CP Dental at Coopers Plains is the best so far. Their best attributes that attract me: 1. Friendly and welcoming front office staff always smiling and always responsive to your needs 2. A range of highly skilled dentists and other professional dentistry staff always available to suit my needs and schedule. I am really pleased with the service I have received from my highly skilled dentist and hygienist- I have stayed with the same dentist and hygienist for years and my dental health has improved significantly under their charge. 3. They are in the Medibank’s panel which gets me the maximum benefit. I save money 4. They are conveniently located making accessibility easy Overall I am really glad that I came to them 8 years back and stayed with them. I recommend them to a number of friends who report complete satisfaction.

She explained the procedure very well. The hygienist was lovely and good at her job. No choking feeling. I felt completely at ease. Thankyou so much to all. I've been going there for years and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: Great clinic, professional doctors and nice and helpful receptionists! Dr Cheng is our family doctor who is pretty nice, gentle and professional. She is good at getting my 3-year-old to open his mouth to get a checkup It will be great that the clinic can have a small children’ corner with some books or mural, which will be helpful when the kids have to wait (although we seldom have to wait, the doctors usually quite on time!)

Fantastic experience: I have used CP dental ever since having my wisdom teeth removed at 21. I’m now 36 and these guys are still my go to dentist. Their prices are quite competitive, their service is impeccable, their dentists are highly skilled and the staff on front desk are a super helpful and just downright delightful. What I love most is that they all go for a conservative approach to dentistry so they aren’t just out of gouge money from your pocket. Big shout out to Dentist Amy Bechly who is a fantastic dentist and the only possible person who could have filled the big shoes of Chris after he retired (I was a long time patient of Chris). You are my new favourite Amy (hopefully Chris doesn’t read this). I will always use CP dental and so will my kids and my husband. Thanks team for your outstanding service and high quality work!

Fantastic experience: Our family has been going to CP Dental for 17 years - we've never had a bad experience. Dr Adrian is amazing!! Like most people, we suffer from terrible anxiety at the dentist. Dr Adrian always makes us feel comfortable, goes at a pace we can handle and goes above and beyond to get the job done. If you have children who experience problems at the dentist (or adults), Dr Adrian is your guy. My 8 and 10 year old know they can trust him to do what's needed with minimal pain and discomfort..... and he's proven it visit after visit. The reception staff are always lovely and so friendly, putting us at ease as soon as we arrive - we have been attending this practice so long, its like visiting old friends. Fantastic experience: About 5yrs ago I had my first visit at CP Dental Coopers Plains after someone highly recommended Dr Esther Cheng. I’m so glad to have found Esther as she’s been incredible at every appointment with communicating warmly, understanding my anxiety/trauma with some dental experiences in both my teens and adulthood and encouraging me to voice any concerns openly. She’s always ensured my physical and emotional comfort is the top priority during everything from a routine checkup and clean to root canals. Esther also has a fantastic understanding of how other life factors or my state at the time can impact my appointments with her and she allows for that with consideration. Thanks to the positive experiences I’ve had with her, my oral health’s improved and my anxiety before checkups is either low or zero now, which is a huge win. Highly recommend CP Dental Coopers Plains, the whole team are lovely.

Fantastic experience: From my very first interaction almost 5 years ago as an extremely scared, high anxiety, PTSD, etc the staff at CP Dental could see l needed time to adjust which they were more then happy to cater for unlike a lot of places who simple wont take the time to get to know there clients needs. Which lm sure lm not the only one who has had some really bad encounters with Dentists in their past. However the care, kindness and dedication to ensure my mental & physical needs were met have been unlike anywhere else. After my interactions l then entrusted them to see my kids who have special needs and was yet again blown away with the time, patience and respect they showed to helping my little ones. So l can not highly recommend this practice enough and l want the Staff to know how deeply l appreciate what you do and that l THANK YOU for the amount of work you do and have done for my family and me. Hopefully the owner knows how extremely lucky and greatful they are for the absolute dedication and outstanding service that the staff go to is beyond in order to make this practice feel like it is welcoming to everyone and the quality of its service is unlike any other. Again thank you to the amazing staff at CP Dental you really are the best.
