Fantastic experience: Was initially apprehensive going to the dentist as I’m not always so keen about the experience but glad to have found Wattle Park Dental. The staff was very welcoming and Dr Monika was very good at making sure I feel comfortable and less anxious about the whole process. She was very gentle and made the whole experience less stressful for me. Will continue to come back here as I feel very well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Got my wisdom teeth removed and future checkups done by Dr Monika, who's done an amazing job every time and made me feel very safe and comfortable with the operation! All the staff especially the reception are absolutely lovely and welcoming, I could not recommend this clinic more!

Fantastic experience: I recently had dental veneer work done on my 4 front upper teeth. It was a bit of a process getting the colour match right but I am very happy with the final results. Dr Reina did an amazing job and all the clinic staff are lovely. I was very anxious about the whole process but the pain relief provided was brilliant. I saw 2 different guys who were both great and really worked with me. As a neurodivergent person who has avoided the dentist for the last 3.5 years, my fears have absolutely been quashed and I’ll be back every 6 months for my checkups!

Fantastic experience: I wish I could do more than 5 stars. I had the most magnificent experience from the first contact and results. It was Monday morning and during the weekend I lost part of my filling. It was causing terrible trauma to my tongue so needed something done urgently. Ran Monday 9.15 am and was seeing Rayner at 9.30. By Thursday I had a completed crown over the tooth. What can I say. Thank you everybody. Your kindness from that first call to sitting home absolutely satisfied with my experience was exceptional. This is now our forever Dentist. Thank you all again.

Negative experience: Will no longer be a patient at this clinic. All you care about is making money. I paid $160 for my yearly check up and you couldn’t even provide me with Xrays when I have told you that I have had pain, odor and difficulty flossing between certain teeth. All you care about is selling me wisdom teeth extraction, I paid all this money to be told something that I have known for years and not have a simple Xray to know if my preexisting cavities had gotten worse between my teeth. Men in healthcare should not be dismissing their female patients, especially in services that are so costly.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional patience and compassion! All the staff are lovely and gentle, but Dennis in particular is amazing. I have seen him care for 2 of my elderly relatives over the last 6 months, one who is quite anxious. I don’t think I have met another healthcare professional with his level of empathy. He really listens to the patient’s concern, hearing what is important to them. His willingness to listen and not rush was invaluable! Thank you Dennis and team!

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at Wattle Park Dental Clinic with Dr Marvin who was very welcoming and thorough in his assessment. He advised me to get a couple of fillings so we set up an appointment Dr Monica and Janice. Both of them were wonderful, understanding and so empathetic. Dr Monica talked me through everything so I was comfortable. I had a fantastic experience. The ceiling TV is such an added bonus, it took my mind off being at the dentist whilst being in the chair! Only negative would be the fees, I have found they are a bit more expensive than other dentists. But I do think they are worth it!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from dentists as well as reception staff. The dentists are knowledgeable and offer options and recommendations without forcing them on you. Both my children also love going there - they are so patient and kind that the kids don't freak when procedures are being done. My son is neuro divergent and had tooth fillings done with no issues at all!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been at this clinic since a I was a kid. I’ve always been happy and satisfied with the services provided. I admit I was dubious when my long term dentist retired as having dental procedures can be daunting. Having now had three visits with the new dentist’s I am so pleased I gave them a try. The new dentist Monica is so gentle and thorough. I’ve had a general clean and check up and didn’t even have to use sensitive toothpaste to assist with the process. I have full confidence with the services of Wattle Park dental. The administrative staff are so helpful and understanding and the dentists are very caring and carry out their work with expertise. Fantastic experience: Although this place is nearly two hours from where I live, I’m very pleased I made the trip. I was quite nervous about my root canal infection and worried about finding a root canal specialist quickly. However, their team arranged an appointment with a specialist in less than a week, which was a huge relief. Especially considering that it is very hard to get an appointment in less than 1-2 months. Dr. Marvin not only helped me with my root canal but also addressed other dental issues and provided helpful advice. The reception staff were very friendly, and the whole team was excellent. I’m very happy with the care I received and highly recommend this place.

The customer care and understanding is second to none. E.g. my husband chipped his tooth a few days before our wedding and the staff at Wattle Park Dental were the superheroes to the rescue! Not all heroes wear capes!

Fantastic experience: Not scared of dentists, I'm more scared of bad teeth! Whats more, bad oral health can lead to chronic disease so we need to look after them. So many dental clinics closer to home, but I travel to see Dr Stephen Do as a dentist I trust. Modern methods and equipment ensures patient comfort and quality treatment. I've had cleans, fillings (incl reconstructing my front tooth), teeth whitening, an implant and crowns. He knows what he is doing and is a lovely guy to boot!

Fantastic experience: I am always fearful to go to see a dentist due to a low threshold for pain. But my recent experience with Dr Marvin Yau was great. During the treatment, Dr Marvin was so gentle that the procedure didn’t cause any stress for me. In addition, all the staff members I met at the clinic (Lauren at the front desk and Tessa who works as a dental nurse) were super friendly and helpful. They provide an excellent service for patients!

Fantastic experience: A+ service and results. Such a professional establishment, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Dr Reina Yang is one of the most patient, caring and attentive Dentists I've ever come across. Dr Yang, a self confessed perfectionist, was absolutely committed to achieving the best results for me and kept me informed and involved throughout a series of appointments to redesign / repair my front teeth with composite resin veneers. The natural look and feel of my new teeth, and the quality of the work that went into creating them has exceeded my expectations. Thank you Dr Yang and team!

Fantastic experience: Very caring, professional, high tech practice. I travel from Springvale just to attend this practice. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental nurse to the dentists are very friendly and make a point to engage with their patients and remember things discussed in previous appointments. Very caring staff when doing painful interventions and even let me watch Harry Potter on the TV during my filling! They keep up to date with technologies and make the patient centre of care by involving them in all aspects- showed me before and after photos of my teeth to help me understand what is happening. Highly recommend this practice.
