Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeremy Lam and his team are fantastic, Jeremy completed two upper wisdom teeth extractions which were high risk in nature. Regardless, everything from the procedure to suture removal went smoothly. I went into it a little nervous as you would be, but for anyone getting their wisdom teeth out here, you are in good hands!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. Very efficient. Dentist Jen explained everything thoroughly. Left feeling very confident about this dentist clinic. Quoted wisdom teeth removal and price was very reasonable (each person is different obviously).

Negative experience: Be wary of this clinic. In particular Dr Albert Lin. The work I had with him caused me severe ongoing pain and permanent nerve damage. It has cost me a large sum of money to attempt to fix elsewhere. My life has not been the same since my work at Grange Family dental. Every moment of the day I live with pain. I wish more than anything I went to another dental clinic. I also chose this dentist based on all of the 5 star reviews and these do not always reflect the truth.

Fantastic experience: Today, my son had a dental appointment with Dr Albert and his team. The doctor and his team were very gentle and knew how to deal with children. My son had a thorough check up and x-ray explained very well. He also had to extract one of his baby tooth and Dr. did it in such a way that he didn't even feel his tooth was being extracted. A remarkable procedure and expertise. I have come across very few dentists who explains our issues eloquently. Dr. Albert was very generous and friendly. It is also one of the dental practices that offers reasonable rates. If anyone needs a dentist, then this centre is the best place to be. Thank you, Doctor and team.

Fantastic experience: Went for my first visit last week. The first visit was a very reasonable price compared to other local dentists. The dentist identified the same issues identified by my previous dentists and did not push any new treatments or services. I will come back for my future visits.

Fantastic experience: Dank you Dr. Albert Lin for the new filling! You have been the first dentist in my life to properly numb the tooth and I couldn't feel a thing. I was concentrating on the wildlife show on the TV, while Albert fixed my tooth. The result looks really good. Next checkup is already booked.

Fantastic experience: I have being seeing Jeremy for over 5 years. Throughout my adulthood I have procrastinated having my wisdom teeth removed, due to my fear of pain. I recently put my trust in Jeremy to have this procedure and I’m so pleased I did. The experience was nothing but positive, Jeremy took the time to ensure I felt reassured, safe and that everything was under control. Fantastic experience: Absolutely the A1 Dental Surgery in Brisbane. My family and I have been regulars here for many years. Recently I required 2 crowns. I have never required any major dentistry so was a little apprehensive. I also had a very tight time frame for the surgery to be completed. The reception staff were extremely helpful with appointment times and patient with advice. Jeremy was especially generous with his time, working late and also during his lunch break to fit me in. He was gentle and ensured I was comfortable. I have nothing but praise for his professionalism and appreciated that he was acutely aware of being more particular than me with the completed work.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the greatest dentist I have ever been to in my entire life. Dr. Jon & Dr Jeremy are masters at what they do. I had horrific anxiety with dentists I was given such support and care by Dr. Jon and Dr. Jeremy. The needles they give you for anaesthetic here are by far the most painless. They don't rush and make sure you are as pain free as possible. And the dental work they do is quality. I quite literally drive over 400 kilometres just to see this dentist. They have gotten me over my fear of dentists and anxiety due to they're excellent care. Can't recommend them highly enough, anyone I know that has a tooth problem, I recommend they go here. They are THE BEST!

Fantastic experience: I had three wisdom teeth removed with Dr Jeremy Lam. Dr Lam was very thorough and took the time to explain in great depth from my first consultation with him in the morning to my extraction later in the day. The amount of care and time dedicated during the consultation and procedure was not like any other experience I’ve had with my previous dentist. For the extraction, his knowledge and experience showed when he happily answered any questions or concerns regarding the procedure and after care. Not only was he quick removing the wisdom teeth, he was superb at creating a very stress-free and relaxing environment with hints of story telling and jokes. I started out quite shaky and tense but quickly relaxed, knowing I was is safe hands. Dr Lam’s after-care recommendations aided in quick recovery, I had little to no facial swelling and minimal gum pain. Dr Lam and his team provided wonderful service from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend them more!!

Fantastic experience: The team including Jeremy, Jen ,Lauren and Caite were extremely generous fitting me in late on Saturday when I urgently needed attention. Fantastic experience: Dr Jeremy Lam and the staff at Grange Family Dental are amazing! What originally started out as a regular check up, Family Grange Dental discovered an abscess on my front capped tooth and provided the plan to treat the abscess and receive a new front tooth crown. I was treated like a Hollywood super-star and was spared the Hollywood cosmetic treatment fees - very reasonable costs! Dr Jeremy is first and foremost a professional and perfectionist. This was certainly exemplified in receiving the correct colour, shape and fitting of my front tooth crown. I was able to 'test drive' a temporary crown and Dr Jeremy 'perfected' the long-term crown from my feedback in wearing the temporary version. I didn't think it was possible to improve on the temporary crown but Jeremy persisted and I now have a crown that authentically matches the look and feel of my other teeth and my smile! It is not artificial-looking at all and has the look and feel of real tooth. What's more he was able to shape the crown so that it improved the straight alignment of my top front teeth. True perfection! My wife (!) and I couldn't be happier and are truly grateful to Jeremy and the team at Grange Family Dental for looking after me.

Fantastic experience: Grange Family Dental has the best dentists and the team! I have been visiting and getting various treatments ( including tooth extraction, teeth cleaning, root canal treatment , crown etc.) about three years. I contacted other dentists before, and they weren’t transparent with the procedures, timeline, and additional costs, however, Grange Family receptionists and dentists were very informative, clear and responsive with our questions. Their experience removed my dental operation concerns and worries! Also, the office is always clean & hygienic and has up to date equipment with the recent technology. Dr. Jeremy Lam is always cheerful, calming and has a great knowledge of dental health and techniques! I’d strongly recommend Grange Family dentists for anyone who needs a regular dentist spot and a treatment plan!

Fantastic experience: We have all been going here since we moved to Brisbane 8 years ago. They are absolutely fantastic with kids and have looked after my son from when he was a toddler until present day. It doesn’t matter which dentist we’ve seen. They have all been brilliant. The girls behind the desk are always amazing and help with any health fund issues etc…On Monday I had to get a root canal, which I’ve been putting off for years due to how awful my experience had been at a specialist dentist in the city many years ago. Dr Jeremy put me at ease with his wonderful sense of humour and calm nature and before I knew it, it was over! NO pain, quick procedure and within a day or two I couldn’t even tell I’d had anything done. Absolutely first class. Cannot recommended this practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of Dr Jeremy Lams’ expertise since around 2005. I had avoided seeing a dentist for far too long. My teeth needed some serious work to get sorted, root canals, surgical extractions.. etc. I was so scared of the dentist I even got my mum to book my first appointment, through pure luck she found Medland and booked me in with Jeremy. The calming influence of Jeremy is second to none, although I was extremely apprehensive and anxious of what was to come Jeremy put me at ease every step of the way ( even the not so fun parts) Dr Jeremy has been my dentist ever since. Countless visits later I can still say this man is nothing short of a true professional. Fast forward to present day and I have developed such trust for Dr Jeremy and his team - especially Dr Albert that I nearly fall asleep in the chair At points! 5 stars isn’t enough!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to a specialist for a root canal retreatment. I had to wait for 4 months for an appointment. My friend recommended me Dr Lam and I got an appointment to see him in a month. I am so impressed with his expertise, patience, and the way he makes patients at ease. I highly recommend him but at the same time, I don't want him to be booked out.

I have not seen a medical practise that is so friendly & professional - from the reception staff, the hygienist, nurses & of course the dentists. They obviously have long ongoing relationships with their client base, and they know how to achieve this. Jeremy has given me excellent care, & I have been able to have all my extensive dental work performed in their one stop shop. This includes my crowns, and dental implants which have been problem free. He has a plan that he discusses in detail with you, so you can be confident in both the costs, care, and outcome. This is easily the best dental practise around, & I am thrilled with their service. Recommended to everyone I know, who will soon become patients as well

Fantastic experience: Grange Family Dental (GFD) are an extremely professional workplace, they deliver with upmost quality and have excellent dentists on board. I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Jun Wei Loh and I was in disbelief at how smooth sailing the operation went, as well as the recovery process. He knows how to perform an efficient removal procedure as well as how to achieve the best recovery from wisdom teeth removal. My face did not swell up post operation, I was able to eat more than just soft foods after 2 days and there was minimal pain in my gums. I cannot rate Dr Jun more highly for anyone seeking this procedure, as well as GFD.

This provided the well needed confidence knowing you are in good hands. Jeremy is extremely experience doctor who is very gentile, thorough and provides extensive consultant (and laughs). I without-a-doubt would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!!

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend grange family dental highly enough. It’s a smooth and seamless process, from the welcoming and bubbly reception staff, who always greet you with a smile, to the technicians and dentists, you can’t go wrong. They use the latest technology to make anything from a checkup to a crown easy and comfortable, to the point I almost fell asleep getting a filling! My son actually wants to go the dentist as Jeremy is so gentle and so he can play video games!

Fantastic experience: I had some drama with my wisdom teeth. I went to a dental specialist before I came to this clinic because in the appointment with that specialist, he didn't even ask me to open my mouth and just wrote me a quote and said "see you in the hospital". Dr Lam, on the other hand, did a thorough test and advised me that this is actually doable in the clinic (as he is experienced and sophisticated). He explained me patiently about all the possible issues that may encounter in the surgery and very good at relieving my anxiety. I therefore accepted the surgery and it didn't took too long to take all my wisdom teeth out. What's more, the quote Dr. Lam provided was much more affordable. The smoothest dental clinic experience I have ever had. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Anna is an amazing hygienist who is so knowledgeable about teeth and brushing. She also lets kids watch movies while having teeth checked which my kids love. Dr Perline is delightful and so thorough. Great customer service with reminders and rebooking. Highly recommend this practice!!

Anna is full of great dental health tips, and is a fountain of knowledge when you have questions. Her friendly and warm disposition makes the difference - especially when you're stressed about visiting the dentist. I can thoroughly recommend Anna and the rest of the team at GFD. We travel from the south side of Brisbane because of their customer-centric attitude.

Fantastic experience: While it isn't my favourite place to visit Anna and the rest of the team make it much more appealing. I am one of those people who are highly anxious about visiting the dentist. I need happy gas just got a check-up. Anna is professional and reassuring throughout the experience and I come away from my visit feeling calmer than when I went in! Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this practice for 20 years. Dr Jeremy Lam has operated it for the last 10 years. He and all his staff are professional, personable and extremely helpful. The practice always seems to have the latest and best dental technology which means, speaking for myself, no treatment seems protracted or tedious. Most importantly, they will always make time to fit you in if you are in trouble.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jeremy Lam has been my dentist for over a decade now and I have nothing but 5star experiences to comment on. He is so good I followed him to Grange Family Dental from Medland Dental Centre. I suffered a very traumatic event years ago that has seen the requirement for complex fixes to my jaw and teeth. I have three implants from Jeremy, which is very much a specialisation of his. Jeremy's attention to detail is remarkable. Grane Family Dental even have their own onsite lab and can turnaround a porcelain crown same day. Apart from his kids, Jeremy very much lives and breathes dentistry ... and prioritises his patients. I highly recommend Jeremy and his team.

I've had several dentists over the years and all sort of issues, from braces to fillings, from root canal work to extractions...Jeremy is the best. He takes the time to explain, in plain English, what is wrong and how it can be fixed. He has a solution for everything. The team around him are just phenomenal, they have a bit heart. In my opinion, they are very reasonably priced too.

Fantastic experience: They are super family friendly. Warm greeting from receptionist, then the waiting area is comfortably setup, for both grownups and little kids. We visited the clinic several times, the first few times, my kid wouldn’t open her mouth during checkup, but she always have good time during the visit. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to see Jeremy and the team at Grange Family Dental for around 10 years and I can highly recommend them. Their expertise, compassion and level of care is amazing.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I attended this practice before the current practitioner took over. We were always very satisfied with the care and attention the previous practitioner and with a change in the ownership one is always apprehensive that you will have the same confidence and connection with new. We found very quickly that we did make that connection with Jeremy and his staff from reception right through to the chair. The current owner has grown the practice not only in custom but in facilities. We are now very comfortable with our six monthly checks and a clear plan for the maintenance of our older teeth. We now have a one-stop shop for the more complex dental procedures such as crowns. in and out in around two (2) hours from base preparation through tooth design and fitting and for what we believe is a very reasonable cost particularly if you have dental cover with your health fund.
