Fantastic experience: Dr Park is a very caring and kind doctor! I don’t love visiting the dentist; hence have put it off for a year and a half and upon finding two holes (to be expected) Dr Park very kindly sat me down to view the x rays together and talk through what he recommends. Very open and honest conversation; price included, felt very relaxed which I didn’t think I could say in regards to a dentists clinic!!

Fantastic experience: I rang fix dental as I had a badly eroded tooth that was causing me substantial pain, from the first message until I arrived for my appointment they were fantastic. The dentist asked what was wrong and what I wanted to do to fix it I said remove the tooth. Which he did and with little discomfort, when it was exrayed the tooth had split which meant it was extracted in 3 pieces. 22 hours later I am pain free A big thank you to the whole team at fix dental upper Mount cravat Ross Mazzitelli

Negative experience: I had an arrangement with MT GRAVATT FIX DENATL practice to finish off a root canal procedure. Unfortunately I fell ill over the weekend and called on Monday morning to reschedule my Wednesday appointment. They told me that I would lose my 100 dollar deposit because it was less than 72 hours, even though they were shut. I called back again to try and fill the appointment with my wife and they again refused. I told staff that I had agreed to further future dental work which was also worth THOUSANDS of dollars and they still would rather take my 100 dollars for work not performed. I am extremely disappointed, dissatisfied, annoyed and hurt by the lack of personal consideration, putting a policy before a human and their personal experiences. I was trying to keep their staff safe from becoming unwell and called as soon as they opened on Monday morning. I do not recommend Mt Gravatt Fix Dental. They put money and profit before people. If this is how they treat people, then i'm certain they will be doing the most minimum work on your teeth to maximise their own profit anD or even recommend work that is not needed to agin boost their own profit. FIX DENTAL = UNTRUSTWORTHY

Fantastic experience: Golden dental find, I will be moving my entire family to this practice. Wonderful, helpful and very accommodating front of practice staff. All the dentists and dental assistants are amazing, caring and professional. I’ve tried several dentists since relocating to Qld and nothing compares to Fix Dental. Pricing is finally more affordable (something dentist practices aren’t known for, especially when you have private health insurance) with no hidden charges. It definitely is not a practice that ‘what you pay for is what you get’. Fix dental have highly qualified and very advanced & experienced dentists who use the latest technological equipment available. I would 110% recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: If you are anxious to visit a dentist like I am then Dr James is the dentist to assist you with overcoming your fear of going to the dentist. Dr James has a calming demeanour and gentle nature which helped me a great deal whilst getting a crown. Dr James made me feel safe, calm and relaxed during the entire process and did an excellent job in repairing my tooth. He takes the time to explain the procedure, the risks involved and what the cost will be. I cannot recommend Dr James more highly. He is a true professional with empathy, understanding and value for money. Fix Dental are an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Negative experience: Have been a fan of fix dental for sometime. my appointment was scheduled for Saturday the 21st June. I was calling on the 19th June to reschedule my appointment due to a sore throat. I was told by the receptionist that because its less than 48 hours I will be charged $50. I called around 18.45pm on the 19th. I understand that there is a policy but if it's before two days, the policy should be honored. I was called twice before it went to voice mail. It's bad enough that dental is expensive and you want to rob people in broad daylight!!!.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to see Dr Lee for about 2-3 years now and I'm very satisfied with his service. He's polite and careful and I really appreciate that he takes the time to properly assess and monitor potential issues rather than act on it immediately, which is what my previous dentist did. I believe Fix Dental are an honest bunch of professionals (or at least Dr Lee is) who look out for you rather than line their pockets.

I could not believe how good my teeth looked after. They are open extended hours, so booking in after work was no issue. Also, super budget friendly. I highly recommend them. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to fix dental for over few years now, every half yearly check up and clean. Receptionists there are always friendly and welcoming. I’ve been to different dentist there, also had a crown done and felt very comfortable every-time. Dr Caden whom I’ve been seeing for 2 years do my regular check up and clean, he is caring and polite, he performs only what’s needed to be done. Unlike some other dentists whom just tell you to do treatments that are unnecessary. A lot of parking on site and they are always on time.

I'm a person that has high anxiety with dental visits but Dr. Lee was very calming and disgussed my options. Negative experience: Please don't fall for their cheaper price of $199. They will make every tooth extraction as surgical and charge you the higher price of $329. No wonder you will always find an appointment on any given day at any time with them as people might already know this. $199 price tag is just to lure in customers to get you on dental chair.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist has always been burdensome task. Some of my first childhood memories steam from horror experiences at the dentist, where my mouth felt as if it was the battleground, and each visit was the following campaign of a never end war of pain and suffering – that was until I had my first experience at “Fix Dental – Mount Gravatt”. Thanks to Fix Dental, rather than my mouth acting as accommodation to the trenches of battle, my gums felt the comfort equivalent of 1000 thread Egyptian cotton sheets. My annul dentist trip has gone from an event that was to be avoided at all costs to one of my favourite times of the year, not only do I get such a fantastic experience with the friendly team but I also get to go home knowing that my oral hygiene is intact. As someone who spent the first 25 years of my life jumping from dentist to dentist, with a “no strings attached” relationship to each clinic, I can proudly say that I have finally settled down and found my “lifelong dental clinic”. I urge anyone that is contemplating their next trip to the dentist to book with Fix Dental to experience to “brighter side”. After getting recommendations for oral surgery from other dentists for my impacted wisdom teeth, I sought a second opinion at Fix Dental. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout the entire process, providing excellent aftercare. Negative experience: Asked me for a $100 deposit for my next appointment which I stupidly paid and booked a relative for a root canal as they have “fixed price”. Very misleading ad as they advised us we had to pay $179 on top for extirpation etc. I would not recommend.

She explained to me the after care process in great detail and was smiling and friendly the whole time. Dr Wang I could not fault. She wasn’t judgemental (I have seen other dentist who are very judgemental), explained the whole process to me, checked up on me during the extraction and answered all my questions I had. She was very warm and friendly. I chose to see her through a recommendation from a friend and I’ll definitely be telling my family and friends about Fix Dental and Dr Wang. Negative experience: Initially I had a great experience with the friendliness of the dentist at Fix Dental but the complications with the dental work itself has led to me leaving a negative review. After what was meant to be a simple filling to a tooth which never previously hurt, I've had 3 appointments since due to pain. I have since seen a specialist and have been told that the dentist has drilled extremely close to the edge of my tooth causing it to be extremely frail. What was meant to be a filling under $200 has cost me $2K so far and will be a further $4K to attempt to save the tooth. There was minimal accountability after the initial appointment and I have changed dentists since to reach a resolution.

Fantastic experience: From the first contact phone call to the visits, everything was/is amazing. There's no hidden fees or fine print, everything is up front and Dr Jonathan is exceptional, we're so glad we made the change to Fix Dental and highly recommend them.
