Fantastic experience: Very friendly team, great communication.

Negative experience: I left with my composite that has been built on my real teeth , completely chipped at the top . There was also scratches on the front surfaces of my composite on my teeth after my cleaning . It’s unfortunate because it’s an expensive fix that I cannot afford to repair at the moment . After my clean there was still some plaque left I can feel with my tongue on the inside of my molars . When I called prior as well they said that the price was $250 for a clean but that’s only if you leave a 5 star review before you pay . Other wise they raise the price to $260.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service!! I had an unexpected emergency with a broken metal retainer & they could fit me in day of & helped me. Dr Abraham is amazing & I will go nowhere else from now on. Incredible dentist with an incredible support team. He went above and beyond in my appointment & I can’t thank him enough. Negative experience: They are way too expensive I paid $590 just to get a small front tooth out which took them less than a five minute to pull it out.And than they gave me script to go to pharmacy to pay for medication again.Am very disappointed and not going back there very pricey for just 15minutes in there.

I had fillings done last week and two wisdom teeth removed today. I was out of my appointment within 15 mins for the removals. So quick and pain free. From the first consultation to the Surgery undertaken in hospital I could not fault anything undertaken by them in the process. Our family is extreamly grateful for everything , we have our beautiful happy little boy back!

Fantastic experience: I visited Abraham and Bini, to get a detailed procedure done. There was a total of about 3 extracts and 5 implants to be done. This was done under general anaesthesia and I must say, I am totally satisfied. Starting from Leonie, who guided me through the appointments, the costing, the payment and various other procedures, to Dr Anoop Jain and his assistant technician, Althaf , from the anaesthesia team to Dr Abraham, who did this 5 hour procedure for me and to Bini who guided me on the post procedure care, it was all very well managed and taken care of. We are amazed at the access we had to our doctors, when ever we needed guidance, post the procedure. I am a person with a dental phobia I must say, but this experience was a cake walk for me. I must mention everyone to complete my feedback in fact; The nurses and the assistants who helped with the support functions and Dr Shanice, who pitched in her views in between. Negative experience: Initially, Abraham’s charm and confident demeanour mislead me to believe I was in capable hands. He has a way of putting patients at ease and convincing them he genuinely cares. However , this facade quickly crumbled when I began suspecting there were problems with his work as he made excuses for things not going to plan including blaming me as the patient. Fortunately I made the decision to self refer to a specialist who has confirmed my worst fears that Abraham’s work was substandard and I now have an extensive repair quote for the corrective surgery needed to fix Abraham’s mistakes. I attempted to reach out to Abraham to resolve this matter however he would not accept accountability so I took my complaint to the Health Ombudsman who has taken it very seriously and it is currently being thoroughly investigated by APRHA the governing body which all health professionals are required to be registered with. I now know I’m not the only victim after reading another review written here a few months ago by Cheyenne De Groot who along with myself has also required extensive repairs due to Abraham’s inability and incompetence.For anyone currently seeing Abraham or considering his services, I strongly recommend seeking a second opinion on any work he has done or plans to do. Protect your health and well being by staying away from Abraham.

Fantastic experience: I am one person that really struggles attending a Dentist due bad experiences from when I was younger but by having sleep dentistry I can say A2Z looked after me really well. I have no problems at all recommending them. All the staff treated me very well. The pre and post communications were excellent which is very comforting.

Dr Abraham is extremely honest and will let you know if he can not do the work after going over the xrays and dental imagery over and over trying to find a solution to help. The IV sedation made all the difference—I didn't feel a thing, and the entire process was smooth and completely comfortable. Negative experience: Okay so it’s been a long time coming but I am finally confident enough to post this review. I hate Abraham. He stuffed up my mouth so bad that I had to go to another dentist to get it fixed. He has done unnecessary work on my partner which has led to further expenses and we spent over 20 grand on one appointment That has traumatised me forever not only that but he called me the worst patient he has ever encountered and he made a point to my partner about it. He also wouldn’t listen to a single thing. I had to say he would only listen to my partner and when I went to another dentist there was holes left in my teeth that weren’t filled. I had overhang that was crazy uncomfortable to the point. I couldn’t eat properly. My gums would always get infected with daily brushing and flossing all because of Abrahams Work Also overcharged us to the max if you had good service through this clinic lucky you I was not a lucky one we got taken for a ride. I have been consulting multiple professionals as to whether or not I should sue but due to life circumstances I do not have the time, nor the money to sue the clinic anymore spent all my money on getting all his work fixed at a different clinic never ever will I go back also forgot to mention that I’ll be waking up with a mouthful of stitches after my procedure which caused me to freak out and have a massive panic attack which ended up putting me in hospital so in summary if you want a respectful dentist that’s not the tooth Nazi I’d go somewhere else if you don’t want to spend Stupid amounts of money because he has a fancy practice go to a different place. I highly do not recommend these guys unless you have a lot of money and don’t mind having unnecessary work done to you. I spent eight months in pain trying to get him to fix it but he wouldn’t listen so I had to go somewhere else and they fixed it within three appointments the anaesthetist was good. He did his job exactly but I should never have had to be put under any anaesthetic. Oh yeah also I forgot to mention that he did two unnecessary bone graphs, one of which ended up getting infected when I went back to get advice. He yelled at me like a little child. I am updating this post after they have responded and their response is actually a joke. You have to be kidding me. I stood there in your practice and literally broke down crying. There is no way you didn’t know of my discomfort till now. I made it very clear that you have traumatised me.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental surgery, after a failed bone graft I thought i would have a gap in my smile forever. Dr Abraham gave me a graft and used my own blood sample to ensure its success. He was able to place my implant and my tooth before my wedding. Extremely professional and explained the process at every step with scans. Wonderful service.

Fantastic experience: I have to admit, I was anxious about having a twilight sedation surgical procedure on my mouth. The preparation process was very easy with face to face, email and phone conversations. I appreciate the text reminders leading up to the day of my procedure. I was kindly greeted by Dr Zacharia, Dr Jain, the anaesthetist and the reception staff and felt very calm. The procedure went well, I recovered quickly from the anaesthetic and I have been recovering well with great after service care. I would take advantage of this service again! I have been regularly going to A2Z Dental for past 14 years. I find Dr Abraham Zacharia to be extremely acknowledgeable, trustworthy and approachable with his consultations and procedures. He is only too happy to answer any queries or concerns that I have, and is upfront with costs and recommendations. He is also helping me explore different avenues to resolve the cause of my bruxism issue to prevent further damage to my teeth in the future. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to A2Z for a few years now. After my first treatment, I started going for regular check ups and cleaning every six months, and since then I never had any other issues with my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Shanice and the team.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Make you feel at ease. Very modern and up to date dental practice. Would recommend to anyone. I recently had a splint made to help relieve the arthritis in my right jaw. Bone on bone grating and constant pain. It has been the best thing. I no longer have jaw pain and chewing is so much better. I only wear it at night even though recommendation is constantly, but due to my work in customer service I found it difficult. But even with 8 to 10 hours of an evening it has made a huge difference to my level of comfort.
