Fantastic experience: Dr Diana Arcila has been caring for my dental needs for the past 7 years. Owing to her expertise in the clinic and careful instructions as to how best to ensure I clean my teeth inbetween visits, I rarely need anything other than a check up and clean. She has a very warm and caring approach with all her patients. I will continue seeing her and highly recommended others visit her clinic for the best dental care.

They make you feel comfortable and are great if you’re a bit nervous about dental procedures. Highly recommend. I recently saw Dr Bueno for NightLase treatment. She was great at explaining the therapy, asking for my feedback across the 4 sessions and her care was so genuine. The treatment has given me more space at the back of my throat and helped improve my breathing and sleep.

Fantastic experience: I chose VIP Dental for laser canal root therapy and am very happy with my treatment. Dr Diana is exceptionally professional and I felt very comfortable in her care. The laser treatment is absolutely painless and cleared my abscess in one session. Reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Miranda isn't close to where I live but it was well worth the journey. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to give VIP Dental a go, and anyone in need of canal root therapy to choose laser treatment with Dr Diana. Thanks to all the VIP team!

Her knowledge in dental and peripheral treatments is extensive in that she works closely with other professions to obtain optimal health outcomes associated with sleep apnea, airway and sinus symptoms and bacteria effects associated with oral hygiene and and inflammation issues which affect immune function. I highly recommend Diana to anyone looking to improve their dental and overall health.

Fantastic experience: The most lovely staff. Quite easy to fill out all forms. The dentist who worked with my kids was absolutely incredible with them! She was so lovely to all of us! Explained everything so well and in child terms with the kids. My kids are 10 and 7. And haven’t been to the dentist in a long time and she made the whole process such a positive experience! Will be going back soon! Definitely would recommend! Especially for kids!

Fantastic experience: I have found VIP dental recently and have already been a few times for clean, check up and multiple fillings! Dr Ekaterina was excellent every visit, by far the best dentist I've ever seen. Attentive, professional, gentle and thorough. I had no paid during or after the procedures, even though my fillings were quite tricky. I loved my experience with Dr Ekaterina so much that I have also taken my 2.5 yo daughter to see her for her first check up (which went very smoothly!) and referred my husband for his clean & check up as well. The reception ladies are always so friendly and helpful as well! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I attended the VIP dental clinic as a new customer for the first time today and my experience was absolutely lovely from start to finish. Dr Andrew and his amazing assistant were absolutely fantastic ( I’ve forgot name so sorry!) , they were incredibly patient with me when I was getting a bit nervous, provided me with top quality care and spent time explaining all of the details involving the procedure. 10/10 I will definitely be back and would 100% recommend this practice to others

Negative experience: After paying the expense of a crown just before Christmas, which I considered to be very unsatisfactory, due to my inability to chew on that side of my mouth. At the time I was told if I had any troubles to call and the dentist, which is no longer there, and she would fix the problem. I was informed that it would be fixed for free as I didn't have this problem before the crown and it was apart of the service. After the consultation, with Dr Bueno, I was shocked to be told that I would need to pay $132.00 because it was another tooth that was high. Funny, I didn't have a problem before I got the crown.! At the initial consultation, I had the side of my mouth scrapped cause of the suction being shoved down into my gum. As I left the dentist apologised for her staff and said they were temps and I wouldn't get them again. Second appointment not much better. My whole experience was very bad, and will never go back. I have been a patient of VIP for a few years and hate to be treated this way. Good luck going there.

Fantastic experience: After going thru a phenomenally bad experience with Primal Dental Caringbah, servicing my 3 children with clean and check up visits that took 8-10 min tops….My transition to VIP was exceptional. Diana treated my children with care and skill. She was very transparent and amazing at explaining everything as well as giving my children much much longer appointments and completing all their needs efficiently. So happy to find an honest and good dentist. All staff amazing too

Positive experience: They have great doctors. But unfortunately there ir not much payments options for non residents. Is expensive each treatment.

Negative experience: The actual clinic and staff are very nice and seems very professional. I asked the front desk for a full head scan as I am planning to get MSE or SARME. I needed a full head scan, so my doctor can plan the procedure around the various nerves in the maxilla (where they start and end). Furthermore, I ended up getting just a lower third scan which I will have to get redone and more exposure to radiation.
