Fantastic experience: No one loves going to the dentist but I have to say Pioneer Health Dental made it such a better experience than previous dentists I have visited. Rebecca was so professional and always concerned about my comfort and wellbeing as well as doing a great job on my teeth. Actually exceeded expectations.

Fantastic experience: Sarah and her assistant (Georgia?) were so understanding, gentle and thorough. Beats all the dentists I have been to and I have been to a few ! Felt very comfortable and took away my fear of dental needles. My last dentist gave me the anxiety about the numbing needles and Sarah is the first who’s been so gentle that I barely felt them. Her assistant ( Georgia?) was also very attentive and caring I felt heard and cared about. Never going back to anyone else!

Positive experience: I booked in for a checkup and scale and polish. Before my appointment I requested a quote and was told the procedures would cost $270. After my appointment I was presented with an account for $390. I was then told that they had omitted the X-rays from my initial quote, at no point was I advised that these would incur an additional cost. The practice manager was called in and he said his staff would be instructed to ensure they included the cost of X-rays in future quotes. The service rendered by the dentist was excellent.
