Dr John assessed every tooth in my mouth, assessed a potential issue with one of them, and quickly gave me some options that would lead to a very logical solution. The cleaning was beyond amazing and felt my teeth again free of all the tartar that had been created in the last 6 months. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to blue tooth dental for 10 years, and can’t recommend them highly enough. Dr Fatemeh looks after my whole family, and is fantastic. I had quite a few dental issue which she has resolved and now I just need regular checkups. My daughter actually likes going and has started being really diligent which her brushing based on kind encouragement from her Dentist!

I guess my relationship with Dr Fatima and Bluetooth Dental is as close to loving your dentist can come. Fatima takes the time to know her clients and I genuinely believe that I am valued and cared for every time I visit. She was very warm, extremely knowledgeable, and professional during the entire six-month journey, gently guiding me to the right decisions. In one long session, when my back was sore, she gave me a plush cushion to ease the discomfort. She really cares. And then there's Dr. John - he's the implant master! He took care of my chompers like they were his own, all while jamming out to some uplifting party tunes. Mo designed me a new set of teeth, with amazing attention to detail, including realistic little ridges, and making sure they were perfect for me. All the admin and technical staff were terrific, professional, and caring. Rob at the front desk was an absolute ripper. I even learnt some history about Harald Bluetooth the Viking King from the 10th Century. Famous for his dead, blue-coloured tooth, and his ability to unite disparate Viking tribes, and now Bluetooth Dental is all about connecting you with a smile that's as bright as the Aussie sun!

Fantastic experience: Dr John Dawoud and his assistant were so lovely with my two kids. It was my 4 year olds first appointment and she was quietly nervous. All in all it was an enjoyable experience for both kids and myself. We received advice for maintaining good dental hygiene. We were also offered a high level plan for managing/monitoring my sons overbite. The kids were given a nice dental kit and toy each after their checkups. Dr John and all of the staff made us feel very welcome, they even took us in early. I cannot recommend Blue Teeth Dental highly enough. We will be back in 6 months for our Half yearly checkups.10/10

As everybody knows dental care can be a costly process but thanks to Rob I was able to access early release of my superannuation to cover the entire process which was quite extensive. Thank you Dr John for the fine teeth and care you've provided me although the process took nearly 6 months it was well worth it. To Ash and Jess and again Rob thanks for the welcoming reception you girls and gent provided everytime I came into the Bluetooth. All in all Bluetooth dental gets 10 out 10 rating from me.

Fantastic experience: Lovely practice. Atmosphere is very calming. Reception staff are helpful and welcoming. I think Dr Pam is the best dentist I have ever seen! She wasn't focused on the past (i.e. don't be afraid to tell her you haven't been to the dentist for a while!). I found she really cared about what she could do to help me and my oral health right now. She is very experienced and this shows as she walks you through what's going on and what you need. On top of it all, she was kind and pleasant! Would highly recommend Dr Pam.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant. Went here on the recommendation of a friend and was blown away by the professionalism. No upselling or shaming, instead the dentist explained everything clearly. She even said I had a good mandible. No one's ever complimented my mandible before. I played it cool but deep inside I was like, "girl, you just made my day." Aaaand then the fluoride treatment at the end tasted like cotton candy, like omg. Can't wait to go back in 6mths!

Fantastic experience: Went to Blue Tooth Dental after moving to the area and looking at some of the reviews. They don't lie, I reckon this is the best experience I've had at a dentist. I haven't been as often as I should have recently because of covid and travelling so I was dreading it a bit. I saw Diana for a clean and a check up who was excellent and set me at ease and explained everything, I didn't need any restoration work so I only Dr Fatimah briefly but I have no reason to believe that she wouldn't be as excellent as the practice she has built. I will definitely be back, I'm already booked in.

Over the course of just over 12 months the whole team at the practice were incredible. Whether it was booking in appointments at short notice, moving them, answering queries, being seen on time, the list is endless, it was all managed with a smile and stress free. Dr Fatemah and her team are wonderful and will explain everything (even for just a clean), monitor any issues (or potential issues), keep you informed, answer any questions and more. Just don't be afraid to ask. They are very willing to help you.The clinic is modern and they seem up to date with the latest equipment and knowledge. Receptionist, dental technician/assistant and dentists are always personable, polite and professional .

I didn't think it was possible for my teeth to look and feel the way they do now. I've always been terrified of dentists (and found the experience incredibly painful) and as a result my teeth have suffered greatly - which meant when I went to Bluetooth, there was a lot of work I needed. Dr David has always been so understanding and kind. I feel listened to and understood. My fear has definitely decreased over the time I've been visiting, as I know that if I am ever in pain that I will be heard and helped, and whatever measures are required will be taken. Not to mention the amazing way he has fixed my teeth - you can't even feel or see the fillings, despite having to fill so much of them. I really cannot recommend Dr. David enough - especially if you are afraid of dentists or have had painful experiences in the past.
