Fantastic experience: I have been going to dentapex for some time now and the team here is always trying their best for the patients, and that's much appreciated. I have even managed to get my son to come here, who was previously afraid of the dentist, and he was able to go through and have work done on his teeth, which was a first time for us, and all credit goes to the team, who was able to make him feel comfortable and safe to allow for the procedure to take place. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. The staff were unprofessional, rude and the dentist made multiple false promises to myself and my teenage child. Instead of completing the job properly, they only did half of it, ensuring that we would need to come back for another appointment unnecessarily, alongside openly lying about what had been said in the previous appointment. Throughout both visits, the dentists repeatedly claimed to know the previous shape of my childs teeth, despite never having seen him before the accident. Our time and money had been completely wasted. I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for honest and competent dental care! There is sometimes a reason why there's so many available appointments. On a brighter note, the receptionist is a beautiful person, kind, well mannered and very understanding.

Fantastic experience: I've had this great privilege to be at Dentapex today and meet Nicole and her assistant. Nicole made me feel like part of the family and I never thought I could feel this way at dentists given the fear based on past experiences. Not only Nicole did a very thorough and unrushed job, but also ensured I was in my best possible comfort as I was a little nervous at the start. Nicole talked me through all the procedures upfront and was extremely patient with me. I've also couldn't help noticing how patient Nicole was with her learning assistant. Such a true leader. The payment has also been explained well in advance and fairly charged with personal considerations. Thank you Nicole for being such a great person, I can't wait to meet you again in 6 months for check up.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL CLINIC! All the staff there are untrained, unskilled, unprofessional, and create problems to get more money out of you. I saw 4 dentists at Dentapex and all 4 damaged my teeth after forking out $3,000 in the first visit and $9,000 across the other 3 visits. If you want to save your teeth and not end up with ongoing problems, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!

Negative experience: Very bad staff and misleading information they are providing to charge the patients. They've informed us the treatment is fully covered by my private insurance after swiping the insurance card for the procedure code. But, after taking the treatment they demanded to pay extra money out of pocket saying it is not fully covered by private insurance I have. They give misleading information to get you for treatment first and then tell you stories post treatment to charge you more, outside insurance amount. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone.

Currently, I'm having my re root canal done from Dr Jaskaran Kaur due to chronic infection. She is really kind and saved my tooth from extraction. Positive experience: I started off with this dental practice as they were medibank members choice providers, however it appears that the practice has changed management as I now only get around 50% back even though I have 75% cover. Dentist is good however not happy being so much out of pocket compared to my previous dentist, doing exactly the same work. I intend to address this during my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jaskaran, has been a life changing and amazing dentist who has changed my teeth from being crooked to straight. I use to have the most weird teeth ever but ever since I have started using invisalign my teeth have changed and now they are perfect. Invisalign is a quick, easy and convenient way of getting teeth straight rather then using braces and thanks to her I can see a huge difference. I highly recommended her!

Fantastic experience: I was in the worst pain I've ever felt in my life (worse than childbirth), my normal dentist wasn't available, so I called Dentapex; Allison the receptionist fit me in due to my situation and I have not looked back! Dr Kaur is an angel, she fixed issues which had been missed by my previous Dentist. Allison contacted me after every visit to ensure I was on the mend. I cannot say enough about this practise; they are professional, caring, will not cut corners and are reasonably priced. Highly Recommended :)

I had first visited Dentapex early January with severe toothache and frustrated with the service received from some of the branded dental clinic. She not only helped me revive my impacted tooth but also gave me an action plan for my other tooth at a very decent price. Today after almost 1 year of going to Dentapex on a regular basis I can thank her for excellent service.

Extremely safe pair of hands, the best thing about Dr Kaur is that she puts her clients first. I have had all sorts of issues including multiple root canals, tooth extraction and surgical procedures and each time I felt at total ease and professionally attended to.
