Negative experience: No matter the doctor assisted well however appointment timings should be followed. At reception I had to literally go and remind that it was appointment time and could you do something about it, it's so unprofessional, that we are talking to someone regardless of patients waiting.

His assistant was also amazing, checking on me throughout my procedure, holding my hand for reassurance and providing comfort during the injection. 100% found my new dentist

Fantastic experience: I have severe dental phobia. I saw Dr Rachel at Harrisdale Dental and she was so kind and patient. I needed extensive work so had IV sedation for 2 extractions plus preparation for 5 crowns. Today I returned to have the permanent crowns fitted, Dr Rachel prescribed a tablet to take beforehand which made me far less anxious. I was able to have the work completed while feeling far less anxious I highly recommend Dr Rachel especially for patients who suffer from dental anxiety

Negative experience: I never write reviews, but I just have to this time. Horrible experience. The place looks new, but as soon as you go into the rooms, it's really old and outdated. It was clear that the dentist and the assistant haven't worked together for a long time. I didn't see the dentist changed her gloves from the previous patient (a family member before me). I could go on and on with how unhygienic the whole process was but I'd rather save my time doing something else. I went home and brushed my teeth. Never coming back.

She didn’t recommend any unnecessary tests, like an X-ray, after evaluating the situation, which I really appreciated. Her approach was both professional and considerate.

Fantastic experience: I have got two of my tooth treated at once for root canal by Dr. Vidya. Every sitting of the root canal treatment has been meticulously carried out and has ensured my comfort level is maintained. Adequate effort was taken to ensure there was no contamination of any sort including my own saliva not entering the cleaned root canal during the treatment process. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Vidya for any of your dental concerns.

Fantastic experience: Dr Praveen is the best option anyone can get in perth. A friend of mine recommended me to him and he is person who is really good at what he is doing. It is always rare to get a doctor who genuinely listens to our concerns, provide best possible solution in much better way we could expect from any other doctors. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Harrisdale Dental enough. Dr Somya Gupta and the team have made every experience I have had as pleasant and stress free as possible. I had put off going to the dentist for a long time until I started getting unbearable pain. Since April I have visited 7 times to work through my treatment plan and all of the things recommended for me and every visit I am incredibly impressed by the caring nature I receive. I know for a lot of people going to the dentist creates anxiety but I genuinely felt cared for every visit which has helped me a lot. Plus now I'm pain free. Win win.

Fantastic experience: The Dental surgeon Dr.Rachel is absolutely warm person and experienced. She took her time to explain on the procedures and answered all my queries. That gives me so much comfort on what to expect. Furthermore the receptionist took the liberty to follow up on my well being after the procedures. Overall a positive experience. Not forgetting Dr Vidya who triaged and expedited my treatment, her words are equally comforting given a previous negative experience I had elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist but Proveen was so caring to me, asking if I was alright and stopping occasionally. He explained everything to me and gave me all my options for some future work. The lass at the reception (sorry I don’t know her name) went out of her way to make a phone call to enquire about costs and rang me at home to let me know. All in all a very friendly and helpful surgery.making my dentist visit very bearable. Thanks

Negative experience: Would never recommend Dr. Vidya of this centre to anyone. The amount of unbearable pain, stress and trauma that was caused by her negligent and unprofessional conduct is just too much to brush aside. Please save ur money and peace of mind and go elsewhere. Went in for tooth filling. Prior to the procedure I had no pain, sensitivity or nothing at all. During the procedure l experienced sharp pain and raised my hand as she had asked me to. But she didnot tell me anything about what caused the pain and continued with the procedure. Once everything was done she told me that my nerve was exposed and that she applied some sort of medication and it could flare up and root canal might be the option out. I was not at all happy as my permission/consent was not taken before she applied this medication . If she had told me about the nerve exposure I would have asked her to instead extract the tooth or do something else. She obviously didnt give me a choice as she knew that filling cost more than an extraction and she was only after the money but I still blindly trusted her and left the place. But from the next day I started experiencing unbearable pain which got worse. After waiting a whole week I called the centre to let me know about my concern. Asked to speak to the dentist and called 2-3 times. But not only did she not bother to give a call back nor talk to me she didnt even bother to address my unbearable pain. What kind of a doctor does this to her patient. Being a weekend an on having unbearable pain was the worst thing. Definitely taking this act of negligence by Dr. Vidya further up so that another innocent patient doesn't suffer like me.

Negative experience: Went in last year for a tooth removal and was in the chair for over four hours and they left part of my tooth in there. Decided to give them another chance today because l had extreme tooth pain and walked in for a 5minute consult and a charge of $60 for me to be told l should see a specialist.. not impressed at all. Zero rating for this place

Positive experience: So my partner broke a tooth couple days ago and in searching for a dental place close to where we were staying this place stood out.
