Fantastic experience: If I could give 6 stars, I would. Had a fantastic experience with Dr Freddy and his assistant Priscilla. Dr Freddy made the whole process so smooth and seamless and did a fantastic job on my teeth. He was incredibly informative and clear during the entire consultation. The dental assistant Priscilla also worked synergistically with Dr Freddy, adding to the level of comfort and expertise. Will definitely be back for all future appointments!

Fantastic experience: Ansu has the most beautiful demeanour with my young children. They genuinely look forward to coming to their visits. Ansu is very considerate and regularly has in depth conversations about our treatment options and plans and the rest of the staff are always so accommodating. It always feels like a very personal experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: By far the best Dentist i have ever encountered - with a large fear and anxiety of visiting dentists the team are amazing, and to have a compassionate Dentist like Dr Evangeline Alphonso made the visit even better with her empathy and excellent dental work. Fantastic experience: After visiting another dentist in the area, I decided to try here for a second opinion. I had a chronic toothache and Dr Evangeline decided I needed a root canal. Honestly probably the best dentist I have ever visited, easy to talk to professional and without a doubt gentle. Dr Evangeline is now my future dentist and can highly recommended to all. Fantastic experience: I only went to BDC as they were a preferred provider of my health insurance. I so glad I did!! My first visit was for what I thought was 1 cracked tooth, it turned out to be 2 cracked teeth. I was super impressed with service from when I walked in. My greeting from the girls on the front desk was kind a warm (sometimes people forget to mention these little gems who are the ones that are the face of the business) they are the first and last to help us out. On my second visit Evangeline did a thorough check of my teeth, taking so many photos and explained and showed me everything she was taking about. I was also impressed with the technology used at the practice. I’ve now had 3 visits and a few more to go. My teeth are super important to me. Thanks team for making me feel so comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ansu Saji is the best. We went there for my 4 year old son. He was very comfortable with Dr Ansu even on his very first appointment. 100% recommended

Negative experience: Made an appointment for my daughter to see the dentist. When she arrived they informed us the appointment was cancelled. When asked "why?" They said they tried to call to confirm the appointment but nobody answered so they cancelled. If nobody answers then the default position should be to assume the appointment is still on. Not that it's cancelled. The cancelled appointment was a major inconvenience. I still give it a couple of stars though due the previous visits (approx 3 times) the place was reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I have TMJ and suffer from terrible pain, such as tightness in the jaw and migraines. Evangeline has recommended laser treatment and I am now so happy with the result. I now have a relaxed jaw and my migraines are minimal. I highly recommend you to see Evangeline for laser treatment If you suffer from TMJ and any other dental procedures go see Evangeline. You will not regret it. I can't thank you enough Evangeline and all the lovely girls at Berwick Dental Clinic & Surgery. You have given me my life back. Negative experience: Poor work done it’s a failed root canal that’s still infected also a broken file in tooth which I should’ve been legally informed about. Had to get it pulled out. Not good enough lost 6k

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth that was causing pain. My first appointment was with Dr Lily. Unfortunately my tooth was too inflamed for the anaesthesia to work properly but Dr Lily listened and was so kind and caring throughout the whole process. We collectively decided that it would be better to try again when the nerves in the tooth settled down. Dr Lily was spot on. A few days later I saw Dr Avangeline to complete the extraction and it went seamlessly. Again, Dr Avangeline was so lovely and put my nerves to rest. I think I've found my new dentist team!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at Berwick Dental Clinic and Surgery. I visited Dr. Collins. I had an inflammation in the root canal. I am patient and didn't know that in this clinic your teeth are your responsibility, not Doctor's. Dr Collins has NOT advised me to make an examination with Endodontics before treatment, because she wasn't sure what material was inside my tooth. And treated as was. As result I spent 4000$ for root canal treatment!!! After a few months, inflammation repeated. I have done a deep screening with Endodontics, he said your all tooth is cracked and it looks like a mistake by a dentist. My tooth was extracted. I spent for this luxury experience 5000$! My advise find another place where will care of you but NOT just about money and bussiness.

I have always been terrified of the dentist, but Dr Alphonse is so gentle and kind that she has helped to alleviate my fear, and I now go back willingly. This clinic is now the only one I will visit, and I highly recommend them for anyone who dislikes visits to the dentist.
