Fantastic experience: It's my kid's first time at the dentist (Covid has made her fearful & anxious around medical clinics & strangers). Her 1st consultation & checkup was Monday morning & Dr. Natalie H wanted to ease her into the procedure so she placed a temporary filling; she was very informative & explained beforehand & during procedures. We returned the next morning (today) to have 2 fillings done and Dr. Natalie was calm & very patience with my child (fussy [kicker]! She'd push the cotton & rubber bites out with her tongue & kept sitting up to spit! Treatment was excellent & kept doctor & nurse on their toes to get the best position to clean & fill those tiny teeth! Youtube was on for her to be distracted (Bluey & Peppa Pig). Patience, Understanding, Respectful & Kind. Ladies you were so lovely and I'm very grateful for your Professionalism & Care. That includes the new receptionist Ms. Angel (calm, kind & polite) & will have more training to understand all the quirks that comes with the Medicare website & phone calls. Thank you & we will book more appointments for mum & dad.

Negative experience: I had very Poor service from Dentist she took off my teeth that’s alright after that Health Health problem example antibiotic painkiller I asked her give me some painkiller antibiotic. She didn’t cooperate with me. He said no need to 2 days later. I went to my GP then took the antibiotic and Pain tablet, why she didn’t give it to me any prescription she just took my teeth take her payment send me home This one is very very poor service. I don’t advise anyone go again prime dental in Marubra. I hope you should improve your service. We are patient. We are paying not free. This is not public hospital private hospital thank you very much. My Dentist was Doctor Lorna Gladwin.she is getting score out of 10 only 1. 10/1 number and 1 star Nawshad Chowdhury 2/10/24

Negative experience: I had top and bottom partial plates done by Stanley Pinkus and they had wires that I asked to be removed. He cut them off but left sharp edges on all cut wires which ended up cutting my mouth. I had to file them down myself. As well as him leaving half a tooth in my mouth after a breakage. I don't recommend him at all.

Fantastic experience: My dad needed a tooth removed and has highly sensitive gums/is very fearful of dental procedures. He was very pleased with the service he received from Dr. Pierre Khazin, I was delighted to hear about his incredible bedside manner, sense of humour, professionalism and gentle extraction. Dad is thrilled, highly recommends Dr Khazin and will be returning

Fantastic experience: What an amazing job! My son had his 4 wisdom teeth removed in one go and I was so scared about it, but amazingly he was great since he left the room. I can not say enough how competent, professional and friendly Dr Simon Kahlil and his team are: Sharath & Shristi are the best people you may meet with once you enter the premises. Heading to the dentist is not like going to do shopping for sure, however this team make you feel home since you step at the door.
