Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t recommend this dental clinic enough. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with such warmth and kindness! Dr Rene Bazin is my dentist and he’s absolutely wonderful. He’s always so lovely to talk to, professional, and genuinely caring, and he takes the time to explain everything clearly. The entire team is just as lovely, welcoming, friendly, and always making sure you feel comfortable and looked after. Five stars, every time! Happy to be a long time loyal patient :)

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extracted. Although I suffer from trepidation of the experience knowing what’s to come I was put at ease with Dr Lakshmi and his nurse Sonya. Dr Lakshmi quietly told me to breathe and Sonya gently held my head so I couldn’t escape No, With Sonya gently holding my head I felt very comforted.

Fantastic experience: I was well overdue for a check-up and clean but didn’t have a dentist on the Sunshine Coast. Comfort Dental & Implant Centre at Wises Road had good reviews so I booked a consultation. Dr Renee Bazin assessed my teeth, took X-rays and created a 3D image of my mouth. The facilities were very clean, and equipment was ultra modern. He did an excellent job of scaling and cleaning my teeth with no discomfort at all. I also had a full fluoride treatment. Then he talked me through some future options I could have to straighten my smile. Thoroughly impressed, great systems, excellent service. And because I had private health insurance, all paid, no gaps. Thanks. You can trust Dr Bazin.

Negative experience: Pretty disappointing visit. Booked in for a clean for my first time in 2-3 years. $240 for a 15 minute clean because the dentist said my teeth were "already clean enough". Never sat in a clean so short, even when I used to go every 6-12 months. Seems lazy, considering I don't floss or have a deep routine which could justify such a short clean. Plenty of other good dentists around the area.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The dentist was great. I do not like going to dentists, but here I had no pain/discomfit. The procedure was very effiecent and quick. I really liked the dentist because of transparency, honesty, and openness, I did have to return to file the filling down, but it was no hassle or trouble. Fantastic experience: Have been going here for years to see Dr. Lakshmi. This practice is the first place that I’ve made my regular, and have so for over 5 years now. He saw me through some big fillings, tooth removal, Invisalign and now regular check ups. He is always gentle and makes me feel calm, which is the reason I stayed. Tanya has been managing there since I’ve been going, she makes you feel like family when you return. Can’t recommend Dr Lakshmi and team enough.

Fantastic experience: At the recommendation of my brother my partner began treatment here. Recently I had terrible toothache which turned about to be an abcess and the lovely Tanya on reception arranged for an emergency appt on a Saturday. So very grateful as i was in a great deal of pain and I was having a particularly bad few days with family member very sick in hospital and very stressed at this initial appt. The dental nurse was lovely and got me a heated blanket and this calmed me so much. I seen Dr Rene Bazin and what a wonderful man he is. Kind and gentle and I feel totally relaxed and calm having treatment. I won't be leaving this clinic - I am very happy with the service here.
