Fantastic experience: New customer here , came based off the reviews. Honestly the team know what they’re doing. Was so easy and lovely to work with , my daughter was nervous and Dr Patel and his assistant were great at explaining and taking breaks when needed. Appreciated the patience , smiles and realistic communication. No nerves were triggered and treatment plans were realistic. All my kids got a lovely dental pack too , very much appreciated thank you! And must say online booking was a breeze

Fantastic experience: I found all staff to be courteous and friendly. Premises are very tidy and clean. There is off-street parking available - important to me. Treatment provided was clearly explained and professionally conducted. Quotatations and billing is clearly itemised. Very satisfied with this practice.

Coming from someone who suffers with a mild case of dental anxiety(don't we all?), I'm very happy to have started my new dental journey with Dr Donna. Skilled, experienced, patient, calming and willing to take the appropriate time to thoroughly explain the procedures and ideal outcomes. So far, I've had a clean, alongside a detailed consultation, mapping out a comprehensive dental plan which is currently well under way. The dental milestones I've been lucky to achieved with Dr Donna surpasses any previously visited dentist in my years. Don't put it off, do yourself a favour and book in a consultation with Dr Donna and the friendly team at Camden Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: Like most people I avoid going to the dentist at all cost due to bad past experience but Dr Amber and Dr Chirag are both the most lovelies dentists. They are both thorough and provide painless treatment I’m glad I went for a second opinion because the initial dental clinic I went to did not pick up on other issues.

Also I hate needles, big phobia and they are fast and accommodating of this need to get it done quick without fuss. Always made to feel welcome. Everything explained throughout the process and modern practice/equipment. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

There are options for those that are fearful of the noise or needles etc. so no need to fear at this dentist . The staff are warm and friendly and make the dental visit a relaxing experience. Fantastic experience: I’ve never been to a dentist that I liked until now. The environment is so calming and the dentists and dental assistants are wonderful and kind - especially Emma. My 6 year old daughter has had bad experiences at other dentists in the past, but loves this one and isn’t scared at all now. We will definitely both be back and highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: The team at Camden Family Dental are fantastic. The reception staff were accomodating to an urgent dental situation for my 8 year old. Dr Donna was thorough, kind and patient with my son, explaining things clearly so he understood what was happening and she took the time to reassure and calm him whenever it was needed. Extremely thorough and my son had a much better experience than i remember dental visits to be when I was the same age. The dental nurse who saw my son was lovely and even gave him headphone so he could listen to the tv. Fantastic experience: Camden Family Dental are a wonderful team of caring people, actually they are like a family. They provide a consistent high level of service and care. Ive never been to any medical apt where the wait time is so short!. Dr Chirag has heloed me so much with my initial fears about dental procedures. He is so friendly warm and engaging and he checks in constantly and will look an alternate ways if you are in any discomfort. My generation (45 to 55 years) grew up with very different technology and so many if us have avoided dentists. I highly recommend Dr Chirag and his team and I now have my dedicated dentist. He got me through root canal therapy, and extraction and a crown. I want to pay special mention to his assistant Elisha too who provided such care and genuine interest in my wellbeing.The clinic which is one of Camden's old homes is light, airy, fresh and welcoming. This team is really on the ball with looking after its local clients and are to be highly commended. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Dr Chirag and all the dental assistants and receptionist were amazing. Made me feel safe and comfortable in the dentist. During my extraction both Chirag and Christie were amazing in asking me if I was ok and made sure I was comfortable. They will definitely be my go to for now on.

Negative experience: Torture! After (Dr) Chirag administering the anaesthetic gel within 5 seconds tried to inject the main anaesthetic, but as the needle struck I jumped and moaned of pain and he waited about a minute for it to work after doubling the gel dose, I ended up with triple large lips. While he was drilling the nurse was concentrating on the drill spray, Yet! disregarding my gargle of overspray and blood in the back of my throat, nurse sat me up while I gargling in the waste and (Dr) C) said "you don't like to swallow"? I replied "Your kidding I don't swallow blood" - I went to rinse and there was only 50ml of water in the cup and to HAD to ask for more water, after the effect of the ''triple anaesthetic'' dribble I asked for some tissues, (DR) C ) said "use the tissue under the cup"! the nurse responded and came back with 2 tissues whilst asking (Dr (Dr) C) permission to change the soaking dribbling bib; response "OK"! After the polishing he asked "am I OK"! I instantly replied Yes just to get away from the torture chair, I now need to constantly remove the frustrating trapped food after each meal; I now have to wait another month for an appointment with another Dentist to fix the substandard work. I am Not trying to discredit Dr Chirag or his practice in any way, but to express my honest opinion about what truthfully happened, but to make them aware it was torture in every way and hopefully! fix their problems for future patients; I would definitely NOT recommended this dentistry!
