Fantastic experience: It is the ‘Complete’ in ‘Complete Smiles’ (CS) that sets this dental clinic apart from all others. ‘Complete’ meaning this is a team of pros that work together to find the best solution for you. This team helped me out of an emergency (and a world of pain) with my wisdom teeth. For years other dentists have just waved away my concerns and my pain. But now the problem is fixed finally thanks to CS. To say I am highly impressed is understatement. To say I am thankful is also massive understatement. Don’t hesitate to call CS, don’t even worry about the money (it’s fair and it’s worth it).

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service and genuine care for their patients. I needed a wisdom tooth taken out due to an infection, and they managed to get me in the next day. They even reduced the price seeing as it was an easy extraction. I'm normally pretty anxious at the dentist but they just have a way of making you feel at ease at Complete Smiles. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Super positive experience. It was a completely non-judgmental environment and Dr Vincent was lovely and helpful. They kept me informed about any suggested treatment and were mindful about out of pocket cost giving multiple appointment and treatment option. Fantastic experience: My dad was recommended to see Dr Hanna because he needed extensive implant work. We were very appreciative to have a complimentary implant consultation including the scan. The appointment was not rushed, he was very informative and upfront with costs and all the facts from the very start. My dad is very happy that he is able to chew comfortably again, Dr Hanna takes alot of care in his work. The team are also very supportive and accommodating. Will definitely be recommending family and friends.

Negative experience: When I initially inquired about the price of a root canal, I was given incorrect information, stating it would cost between $1300 - $1700. However, during my consultation, the dentist quoted me $1800 just for the root canal process & the crown part will cost extra. During my initial check, Dr. Hana suggested getting a scan done, which he said would cost $150. I double-checked with him before proceeding with the scan if this price included today's visit, to which he confirmed. I agreed to the scan, hoping it would provide clarity on my dental issue. However, after the scan, Dr. Hana mentioned it was primarily for him to determine the number of canals, providing no direct benefit to me. Later, when I went to the reception to settle the bill, they demanded $200. Dr. Hana then acknowledged there was confusion .It was a poor attempt to extract more money from patients. Despite paying the full amount, when I requested a copy of my scan, they sent it via WeTransfer. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts and suggestions from the clinic, I was unable to open the file. Despite requesting a resend or an alternative format, I never heard back from them. I caution anyone considering this clinic and hope others don't have the same costly and frustrating experience I did.

I've just had an extensive overhaul of my rather neglected teeth, and he was gentle, thorough, thoughtful; he made my experience comfortable and the results are excellent. (Loved their immediate crown-milling machine which meant crowns were done while I was in the chair.) The practice is friendly, efficient, and I highly recommend it!

From the initial phone call to book in an appointment, to the warm welcome when entering the clinic, to the gentle and effective clean and check up, to the cavity fill and protective covering for my baby tooth. I cannot recommend them enough and they make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. They are such experts in their field and genuinely care about my oral hygiene and health. They provide tips on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums and also foresee any potential issues I may encounter in the future. Looking forwards to seeing them in 6 months for my check up!

Fantastic experience: An amazing dentist and individual who prides himself on perfection, patient care and best patient outcomes. I have followed Dr Hanna around since his Sydenham days, and to this day, have received the best level of care and treatment. A patient deserves nothing but transparency and honesty, both which I continue to receive every visit. To top it all off, at my latest visit I had to take my 1.5 yo (due to emergency) who was welcomed by the lovely staff and offered balloons and bubbles! What more can I say other thank you Dr Hanna and team! Amazing service!

There are a number of dentists on this street but this one is a Platinum Bupa partner (free check ups!) and it is clean and modern inside. My initial visit and clean was with Chau, who was very friendly, informative and even got me flossing properly. I felt well-cared for. Fillings done by Dr Hanna on a subsequent visit, he managed to do 3 in one go! Will be back in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: I woke up with very bad pain from my wisdom tooth and was desperate for a dentist. I called the clinic and even though they were fully booked the dentist was kind enough to see me through his lunch. The treatment was painless and tooth was out in a couple of minutes. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Since I was a young boy, I have gone to the dentist at least twice a year. I have been to a number of dentists in my time, but I can finally say I found the perfect clinic for me. As we know, a visit to the dentist can be very nerve-wracking, but Dr Hanna and the team make you feel so welcome and comfortable which is very important. Most important thing about a dentist for me is that they are gentle and not too aggressive, which is very calming and gives you more confidence. It's a 50min drive for me to get to Complete Smiles- Vermont South, but the drive is well worth it every time. I cannot recommend this clinic more highly!

Negative experience: I had an appointment for my 11 year old today which was booked (2.20 pm) a week ago and I was informed (text message) time was moved to half hour later (2.50 pm) by clinic. Never got any call from clinic for any confirmation but reached at assigned time. Hers was last appointment as clinic was empty (one patient was being seen inside) but the receptionist kept saying repeatedly that they never got confirmation from my side and doctor has emergency to attend to so cannot see my daughter. The whole time she kept insisting that the appointment was not confirmed. I did not understand what emergency was she talking about when clinic is meant for general dental consultation and we were the last appointment. Absolute lack of ethics, responsibility and compassion. Never in life seen any doctor turning away patients. Even if appointment wasn't confirmed, the doctor is available and the clinic is open (closing time is 5pm) how ethical is it to turn away a patient when it would hardly take 10 minutes for a general consultation. Also, an M rated comedy show was running on TV in the waiting area so I had to seat my daughter away from it. All positive reviews in Google made me to go to this clinic in this newly inhabited area and this was my experience. I wonder if the reviews are real or paid. I had to click at the star because I can't post without that but no rating from me.

Fantastic experience: It was a good dental experience @ Complete Smiles. Visiting a dentist after a number of years and the whole experience was smooth. John Hanna engaged in general conversation for a good 5 mins before getting to work on the teeth. Both he and his assistant were patient and answered queries that I had. The ladies in the front desk were friendly and cheerful. Had a bit of a hiccup with Hicaps but they sorted things out (and worked as a team!). Will certainly use them for my dental needs
